Negative experience: My so called agent never bothered to call me back. Went to see Mike on Monroe Street in Dearborn. Mike walked me through the whole process. Mike would get 5 stars.

Negative experience: Worse customer service!! They do NOT answer emails - if you call the office you cannot leave a voicemail because all the office voicemails are full! Policies are non-renewed. Past dues are up to the customer to find out about. There is NO support from this office.

Negative experience: While my 90 year old mom in the hospital, AAA MI increased her auto premium 375% ($420/month) for her car to sit in my driveway. No compassion for her challenges with 3 hospitalizations in a month. I called GEICO. They had compassion and worked with me to get the premium to $5/month. Long time customers leave AAA MI as when you need them they will rob you!

Positive experience: Seems to give me the lowest rates. Can't believe they charged me $12.50 have paper sent to my home.

Negative experience: Called to pull my policy up and see who they are billing and they just say call this 1-800 number, then I told them just pull my policy up and see my account. Unprofessional rookies the assistants Transferring my agent because of this!!!!!

Negative experience: No one answers the phone and when they answer he is not in the office. When we leave messages he doesn't call back. He comes at 11 am and leaves at 2. His assistance can't put a bank number correctly.they say get 100 calls per day but I didn't hear anything when I was there.

Negative experience: I went to this office today to add a vehicle to my policy and change my agent because the one I had is no longer with the company. When I got there, I was greeted by the receptionist. She was nice and still in training. No problems there. Waited for a good 30mins so I could speak to the agent there. Ok, no big deal. After I saw him and explained why I was there, he told me I should call AAA's 800 number and speak to a rep there. Gave me a seat in a cubicle and dialed the 800 number for me. After 20 min, I got fed up and asked if someone in this office would take me on as their customer and be my agent.. That way, they could bring up my policy and adjust it. He told me I would have to send an email request and have someone assigned to me. After an hour since I got there, I had accomplished nothing. Got no help from a service I pay for every month. I was forced to leave without anything helpful and waisted this time for nothing. He could have just told me to call the 800 number from home and resolve everything that way and not wasted my time, which in turn made me late for work too. I would not recommend this office for resolving issues. Or maybe if you have all day, because the 800 number took 2 hrs and it's the end of the day but my situation is the same as when I started.

Save the headaches and your money and take your business elsewhere. This place having falling down on customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
