Negative experience: This company will call, mail or approach you on the beach, offering free things in exchange for your attendence at a 90-minute, high pressure, travel club sales presentation. Costs of membership start high but are discounted, "today only" to $7,000 - $9,000, plus a $398 annual fee. About the travel club: Most of the travel deals are "not available" when you try to book and many require reservations up to 9 months in advance.

Negative experience: I’ve had this program for several years. It is a high-pressure sales pitch, they did get me not only once but twice with paying extra money to try and improve my membership. Unless you are retired and have ample time to plan ahead for everything you want do, can go anywhere that they have at that time in their inventory this is a terrible program. There is never has a vacation site that’s available at the time I’d like to use it where I want to go… it was a very poor use of my money.

Fantastic experience: The folks that did not purchase with this company and were just in it for a free gift, I wish you all would stop writing such bad comments. I followed through with plan and I bought a vacation membership. MY experience with Premium Destinations thus far has been GREAT! They are so nice and friendly, they explain everything in detail, they are very helpful, and I can't wait to take my first vacation on my amazing membership. I am so happy I went to the presentation that day and actually listened and paid attention unlike those that just went to get a free gift and leave. Keep up the great work Premium Destinations!

Negative experience: The free stuff isn't really free. Don't waste your time.

Negative experience: My wife and I considered doing business with this company but we changed our mind at the last minute. The phone calls continue from the expired vacation section trying to get us to book a vacation at no charge. I have filed a harassment complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as the company refuses to remove my name from the calling list. I have been registered on the National Do Not Call List since 2008.

Negative experience: Won't stop calling me despite my continued request to stop. I would NEVER do business with a company that is this disrespectful. They know they are breaking the law by continuing this practice but none the less won't stop calling me. RUN from them..................

Negative experience: One of the worst companies ever. High pressure sales, lack of disclosure on policies, they will make you sign membership and Loan and you will never be able to book a vacation no matter how hourly you call them to book a vacation said them we not available now do not trust them they are very bad mess up my credit and never stop calling me.

Negative experience: Total and complete misleading scam! The “gifts” they offer is a joke ! The $100 dollar gift card expired in 3 days, the restaurant gift card is limited and it’s for restaurants.com you basically have to spend $40 to get an additional $40, and finally the free nights is a nightmare to try and book plus you have to pay a “processing fee” then you get something in the mail to pay an additional $50 to get an activation code. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: One of the worst companies ever. High pressure sales, lack of disclosure on policies, will wait until cancellation period (3days) is over so you cannot get any refunds. Cancellation period is not mentioned and you cannot leave to read over contract. Fine print is fine and where pertinent information is. Check the BBB and read the complaints. I went by myself and my sister went by herself. No spouses. Mine was deceased and hers was in a nursing home. Walk away from these underhanded people. You will save your money and your credit rating. I am still getting calls after 4 years. How sick is that ? Thankfully I have scam alert on my phone--- and they leave a message for me to return the call. Not in this lifetime.

Negative experience: They sent a scratch off flyer if your numbers match you could win a vehicle or other items, I thought it was from a dealer ship, my numbers matched it said call this number, when I did they told me I would have to pass with my wife to the address of the company, then they started asking me how much I make do I have credit cards what's my DOB when I said no to his questions and hung up days later I have been getting calls from this company from different numbers at even 11 at night and I mean alot like at 9:00 pm 9:01 pm then 9:16 pm all the way to close to midnight. I have blocked there numbers but its alot of numbers they call from and with area codes of different states but they use mainly numbers Arizona and florida

Fantastic experience: NOT A SCAM as you can see the people who didn't pay are the ones complaining.this is like going to BJs you pay for a membership to join to get discounts the only difference what they sell happen to be more expensive and therefore the joining cost is alot more. But considering what we all pay for a nice vacation this is well worth it.

Negative experience: Anyone who thinks they are getting something for free from these con artists need to purchase a piece of a bridge. Rude and condescending when you say no thanks. Want to waste my time? Let me waste yours in return. Steer clear of this scam!

Negative experience: One of the worst scams - the sales team outright lie, the product they sell is not as it is pitched and they do not do the right thing when called out for these issues.

Negative experience: I had been to this place before and my husband and I decided it was not for us at the time. We were invited back about one year later. We went back for the presentation and were told we would not see the presentation not get the gifts we were promised. They said we would have to wait 2 years. Yesterday we were approached by one of their snake salespeople and again asked to come see the presentation. I informed her we had been there before and she said no problem as long as it had been 1 year I told her it had been 2 years. No problem. We were to go there this morning at 10 am. I received a phone call from a gentleman at 9:40am stateing we would not be allowed to come because we had been there 2 times. I told him no just one because they wouldn’t let us see the presentation the last time we were there and had not received our promises gifts. He became rude and would not listen to me. I tried to explain that we had recently retired and had decided this might be something we were interested in because we wanted to travel. He became even more rude saying I was not allowed to come and that was that. This place is a scam. And not honest. Do not sign up for this program. I had been told by a friend that signed up for it and he said it has hidden fees and did not live up to there promises. Snakes!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I got a call from this company and we're so glad that we took the opportunity! Perfect for newly wed like us! we've had our honeymoon in Las Vegas using the gifts that we received in this company! Thank you for providing us your free services! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have to admit that at first I hesitated if I would go to this such kind of presentation, but who can resist a 2 round trip airline tickets with a 3 days and 2 nights of hotel accommodation? so i gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave it a shot. I attended the presentation for the sake of getting the gifts and was so satisfied by how good, or should i say best, their accommodation was! Wasn't planning to be a member but now I am! Now I can Travel with less expenses! That's how satisfied I am!

Negative experience: My husband and I drove from Orlando to attend this presentation in Ormond Beach. We learned about it at the Orlando Florida Home and Garden Show. Dana, the staff who worked with us, wrote the address for us on scrap paper. We never received a written invitation telling us about the requirements of being on time by 2 p.m. or being left out of the event. I was told, after playing Plinko, that I would receive a $100 gift card, $50 dining card, and a 2-night/ 3-day vacation...following a presentation. GPS showed traveling time of 55 minutes. We left home, allowing 1 1/2 hr. We realized that this weekend was a conclusion of Bike Week. As we came into Ormond Beach., there were a couple of car accidents. As we got closer to the Intercoastal Waterway, the east lane was closed down. We had to take Backroads through neighborhoods to get back to a light that would take us over the Intercoastal Waterway. At this time it was 155 and we were just fixing to cross the bridge. I called the office to let them know that we were about a mile away but still several minutes, with the traffic snarl. We gave our names and receptionist said that she would let the leadership know. She also gave us directions to office and parking, etc. We quickly entered the building, used the restroom, and was ready to register. It was 2:10 p.m. We were told by the front desk that we were too late and we would have to be a part of another event beginning at 4:30 pm-2 1\2 hrs. later. We had already, a week before, said we could not do an appointment that late without pets which needed to be cared for. We agreed to pick up the first 15-minute segment that we were missing. We could go in for the majority of the presentation. But that solution was adamantly denied. We asked to speak with Dana's manager. He had come out, listening at the side of the desk. We were never introduced to him until I asked, "Are you Dana's manager?" He acknowledged and then wanted to finish the conversation. We asked to be seated at his desk. He said, "My desk is right here at the counter." We went over and sat down on a couch. This manager, finally invited us to his desk, across the room. He confirmed that we could not enter the presentation at this time. By now, 10 moreminutes had passed. Since we made the trip from Orlando, I asked for my 3 gifts. He said that was not possible unless we went through the presentation. We were willing to do that, in accordance with the current presentation and the beginning of the upcoming one. We were trying desperately to avoid the rush-hour traffic home on a Friday afternoon. Finally, exhausted, we asked for our deposit back. We were given a $20 gift card. My husband said that situation, a trip from Orlando and back home, our time, and the way we had been treated was so very disappointing and represented what we had already read on the current reviews of this travel agency. As we left, Dana's manager said to me, "you cannot come in here and tell us how to run our business" We really are not interested in running their business. We had given the time and gasoline of 2 people źand expected a more understanding response as a business that encourages vacations. Whatever you have read as a review, it's true. I don't know how much money would have been requested of us, - we just wanted to receive the promised gifts for our travel expense and time.

Negative experience: Got a Call from a call center in the Philippines by a person named Daniel, He told me that I just won a free cruise for 8 days, but need to come to the office in Ormond. The person didn't even know were the headquarters are in Texas. This place is a scam. Don't waste your time with these people.

Negative experience: This company just called my cell phone with some bs scam. When I told the woman to remove my number from their calling list she had the nerve to say "why," and then wanted to tell me "no way we will remove your number from our database." Guess it's time to make them pay $1500 per call received.

Negative experience: These people are crooks! They sell your personal info, even if you buy nothing! I attended their "travel membership" sales pitch about 4 years ago, and they WILL NOT stop calling me!!!!!! When I added up the cost and factored in the lost income from forgoing other investments, I explained that I did not want to buy, and they were very very rude! The sales girl got her manager to come over, and her manager was unbelievably condescending to me. Thank God I didn't buy anything because these con artists sound like they have ripped off an awful lot of people. They keep calling me (even today, 4 YEARS later!) from different numbers, different sales people, stating different company names every time but always giving the same address, and saying "I believe you are familiar with this location, correct?" Hell yeah I'm familiar with it. I wish someone would lock them all up.

Negative experience: We were sitting on the beach at Daytona when we were approached by a lady who promised $50 in cash, a free 7-day vacation and $100 for dinners at places like Olive Garden and Red Lobster if we sat in on a 90 minute promotion. She didn't tell us what the 90 minute promotion was about but it had something to do with vacations. We agreed to go but had to give her $20 to hold our "reservations" for the 90 minute talk. She said we would get that back when we arrived at the place where the talk was given. We agreed and gave her $20. We went to the 90 minute talk. We received a reward credit card for $70 (the $50 plus our original $20). The 7 day free vacation was a scam. It required us to send in $100 and then it would still not be assured because the dates were not all available. The free food at restaurants were coupons that we had to search online. We had to pay $25 to get $10 or $15 off the total price of the meal. The restaurants were awful. Places we would never go to. This was a waste of time!

Fantastic experience: Yes very nice company! This is where we signed up for our vacation package! They made it possible for us to take the vacations that we would only dream of because of cost! Definitely check these people out and tell them I sent you! The Popplewell's!

Negative experience: We were on the beach and was approached by a lovely woman who asked us if we would sit through a 90 min presentation, no obligation to purchase anything and we'd get a $100 visa GC and $100 dining dough card. An extra 100 bucks on our vaca sound nice, so we went. We met with a sales girl first (can't remember her name) she was so nice during our first sit down. She went over where and what hotels we like to stay in. On average how much do we think we spend per year on trips and what their company could offer us. By this time we were headed into the presentation and was told to turn off our phones, participate and write down questions. Once inside the room where the presentation was held we were told to sit on the inside seats all the sales reps had to sit on the outside seats (weird) the rep looked like Brendan Fraser and showed us (couples) dream destination videos and told us his son had open chest surgery (not open heart) open chest, And that he valued his family, that's why he takes them on trips and loves to save money doing it. At the very end of the presentation he showed us a 3 min clip of the Disney movie Up, the part where the wife dies. Bizarre!! 90 mins later were back out in the open with our sales girl and she's fuming, really fidgety, asking us what did we think. Once we told her we were not interested she starts insulting us for not wanting to spend $14,990 with them, and an additional $389 per year fee. All to stay in a condo at $189 a week in the most dreamiest of places. Yeah right! She tells us she has to get her boss to sign off on a paper saying we don't want the offer, she comes back and says my boss has this offer for you $1299 right now and he's busy with people who are interested in buying. We told her were not interested still and maybe at a later date we'll look into it. She says " cmon really, I mean no one ever comes back, Everyone just comes for the free gifts and my boss spent $500 per person to give a nice presentation and you don't wanna buy" while she's talking a white thing flew out her mouth onto the floor, I was so glad it didn't hit my foot. I told her the way your talking to us I'm not having it, give us our free things and we'll go. They make you sign a paper saying you can never go back to any of their presentations again in life. GLADLY!!!

Fantastic experience: APRIL 24-26, 2015 I agree with the last reviewer--Why complain about something you received for FREE? Premium Destinations staff was very kind and respected our wishes not to attend the sales presentation. All you have to do is tell them you're not interested--LOL. We stayed at the Best Western Castillo Del Sol in Ormond Beach, FL and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A 2-night stay for two with FREE, HOT BREAKFAST each morning more than paid for the taxes we paid for the entire stay ($14.76). We felt lucky and privileged to stay there as the hotel was booked solid the entire weekend. Front desk staff was VERY FRIENDLY, contrary to many reviews I've read on other review sites. Most people who don't have pleasant stays there are the ones to blame. Complaining in a less than tactful manner will get you that in return. Be nice and you will be treated with so much more respect and will get any issue you have resolved to the best of their ability. We've stayed there twice now, and would definitely stay there again! Great location, pool, steps to the beach, close to everything and SAFE!! You're on vacation--RELAX & ENJOY!!

Negative experience: This is a SCAM.. Tix. for airlines are NOT FREE.. many charges.. facebook reviews are very informative.. re terrible experiences. called the so called mgr. who would not Own up to being responsible.. would not even give me airline number whom he said is responsible.. I told him.. so u r promoting an airline to your prospective customers. whom you know nothing about.. he told Me to try to find who called me for the presentation..He took no ownership of the offer and its flyer they gave me.. The rep continually stated "Free" airline tickets throughout the presentation.. Beware.. as my mom used to say.. and I should have applied to this one.. "if it's Free, it is not worth anything..".. This was our last chance to go North, my husband is elderly and ill, to see our grandchildren before he passes on.. so sad.. please, save your money and time and fly on deals for ligit airlines.. no one should go through this.. God bless all of you...

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience! Clearly, anyone who complains about a "free" gift they receive, is a complete idiot! LOL Premium Destinations treated us with amazing respect, and the presentation was informative, and relevant. Also, when they told us it would be 90 minutes in length ... it actually WAS!!! Before the presentation even began, they went over the gifts we were promised ... so if the lady who posted in the previous review had half a brain, she would have made an educated decision either to attend, or not to attend. I would recommend this presentation to all who actually enjoy traveling, and enjoy saving money. I would not recommend this presentation to the mooching free-loaders like the woman who posted the previous review.

Negative experience: BIG STUPID WASTE OF TIME!!! We were harassed on the beach and went to a presentation. We were offered a week away for free (but it turns out that it is only during limited times and in limited places - you have to pay 100.00 for the application for the vacation and then an additional 250.00 to book....total rip off!!!) and then we were offered a 100.00 dinner voucher - but you have to spend 50.00 to get 50.00 off and it's at high end expensive restaurants that we wouldn't go to. It was a huge disappointment because we wasted our afternoon and didn't receive useful gifts at all. We felt seriously mislead and I discourage anyone from going to this presentation.
