Fantastic experience: Second time here for DMV services and had an amazing experience both times....so much better than going to the actual DMV. The friendliest, nicest, most helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This place sucks. The employees don’t know how to talk to people and there’s a sign that says not to use bad language which tells me LOTS of people do there because they’re incompetent.

Fantastic experience: I had the most unbelievable experience at this AAA office. I dealt with four different people in the one hour that I was there and each of them couldn’t have been nicer. From the man who checked me in, to the woman who answered questions, to Daniel Champagne, who helped me with getting a real ID, to the guy who took my picture. I have never seen a team work so well together! I would recommend anyone to go here for their DMV needs or their AAA needs! In fact, I will be returning to get auto insurance. Thank you AAA!!

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place, I have similar experience with other that has bad experience with the staff. If you are not a AAA member, they don’t even try to help in anyway.

Fantastic experience: I went to get my Enhanced Driver's License and it was so nice not having to wait forever! The staff was warm, friendly, and extremely efficient. FYI, you have to have a AAA membership in order to do DMV business at a branch office. The only thing I didn't like is that it's located in the same building RIGHT next to a Starbucks with a drive-thru. The parking was limited and the lot was cramped due to the line around the building, which made it a pain to get a parking space due to having to maneuver around the line of cars. However, that's a MINOR inconvenience when compared to a trip to a DMV office!

If you have any business to handle with AAA, this is a good location to get things done fast and easy. Tell them Sark sent you ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this location to renew my international driver's license. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and kind. They got us in and out fairly quickly, even though it was a bit busy on a Friday afternoon.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with the staff. I drove an hour to this location to complete my TSA precheck and was turned down very aggressively by the staff. Despite having my pre enrollment complete and documents from TSA stating no appointment was needed, the staff did not care and they sent me on my way. Really disappointed with how this situation was handled. Should reimburse me for my gas money.

Fantastic experience: I had to do a Title exchange from from Florida to New York. During the process of all the paperwork I messed up the paperwork three times, requiring to delete and start over again. The staff was very patient with me as I kept screwing up on the right forms to fill out. They were good crew and easy to work with.

Negative experience: They tell you to show up at 8:45 and make you stand outside in the rain until 9. Terrible service from Felix, assistant branch manager

Negative experience: Nice people but inefficient. They spend more time chatting up with customers than actually doing work. Last time I went there, 4 people were “working” in the front. In reality only one of them was working and the other 3 were dilly dallying. Wasted our time for no reason

Negative experience: went on there website. read ALL info. trying to get tsa quick check because I'm disabled and can't stand in line (sciatica). traveled 45 min had ALL my information needed to get a TSA quick check. Wait in line for 15 min,,, get up to the line and lady says you need an appointment !!!!!!!!!!! why is this not put on the WEBSITE !!!! she says i have an appointment at 11:30 am. it is now 9:30 am !!!!!!! terrible terrible service for handicap people. SAY YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT ON YOUR WEBSITE. and i'm on the website now. HOW DO YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ?? I called office and i'm currently on hold for 20 min !!! do not use this place.

Fantastic experience: Rochelle and the rest of the staff are super helpful , friendly, and cheerful. You can do so many things at this location. They tell you how long it will take. There are places to go while you wait: Starbucks, Trader Joe's, and I even went to the nearby urgent care clinic to get an ointment prescription while i waited for my International Driver Permit. Thwy have helpful information for traveling. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had to do a lease buyout from Honda. This required New Registration from an old one. The staff was able to help me with all the paperwork getting the car registered and helped me be filling everything out. Everybody was amazing! I loved the experience. Everyone worked together as a team. The first experience was Monica super sweet and helpful. Angel answered all my thousands of questions. Felix did the reregistration, and Rochelle was a Gem. They even do TSA pre check-in. Will definitely be coming back here

Fantastic experience: A very pleasant experience. A bit out of my way, but more relaxing than locations in big urban centers. Competent personnel and very helpful. As it is located in a mall, parking is reasonably easy, but not necessarily next to the office. However, as they work mostly by appointment, finding a good parking place is not too hard either.

Fantastic experience: Calling for an appt was a hassle but doing it on line was much easier and for the same day. Once I got there it was pretty quick. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Negative experience: Be aware when getting your IDP that it is NOT the equivalent of your regular NY class D licence! It is restricted from GTWR of 26000 lbs down to 7700 lbs and only 8 passengers. I can't drive my family in our Hyundai Starex in Korea because it has 11 seats... Thank you AAA for being so clear...

Negative experience: I would give them zero stars if I could, people are nice but inept when it comes to DMV transactions, second time I've waisted a visit after being told they could do the transaction and could not. They do not understand the DMV system and need more knowledge and training. What a waist of time. Simple registration transaction they needed to call DMV for help, DMV was closed so guess what, waisted another trip.

Negative experience: After losing my license yesterday, and I made an appointment here for a replacement license w/ new photo. I called before making the appointment to be crystal clear on what I was trying to accomplish and what documentation/paperwork was needed. I show up only to be told they can only do a new photo if I have my existing license , or if they treat it as a wholly new application for a license. When I offer up my Global Entry card, passport card, and utility bills... I'm told actually, those don't suffice. When I call out the docs do suffice per ID-44, I'm told my AAA membership isn't active. This despite my being logged into it on my phone. I caught the discrepancy: AAA created a wholly new account for me when I renewed in 2022; the staff here were pulling up the old membership number. However, the staff here said that was an impossibility, that AAA never issue a new membership number to someone, and dismissed me out of hand. And with that, I left. All in all, a wholly frustrating experience that accomplished nothing.

I had the pleasure of stopping in today for a formerly dreaded “DMV Experience” You can tell the employees truly care here, as the Branch Manager Angel greeted me with open arms and a big smile! Oliver and Felix helped me get my plates transferred in no time! Such a great place!

Fantastic experience: Turned in my license plates from car I sold online. Plan on upgrading my drivers license next. Also help with Passports. Appointments highly recommended. I am a AAA member so I'm not sure if non-members can come here for services or not. I will update if I find out. Staff nice and also quick.

Positive experience: It was very convenient to be able to go to AAA to get a new ID instead of having to go to the DMV. It was very peaceful and quiet at this location. That being said, I feel like I can only give 3 stars because it took SO LONG. I don't know if the guy who was helping me was being trained or if he just didn't know how to do what he needed to do, but the other 2 employees had to give him advice along the way. Even so, it took about an hour to just apply to get a replacement ID. The other employees seemed to know what to do, I just got stuck with the one who didn't.

Positive experience: I can't fault these guys for handling the kind of reimbursement request I wanted... My reimbursement requested needed my original invoice, but I thought I brought mine with me, but it turns out I didn't... We both acted as professional as possible, with mature composure... I did use minor profanity at the situation I was encountering at hand though, but not to fault them They understood. They simply told me they won't accept a photo of the invoice that would've been emailed to them instead....which is funny, because Uber for drivers allows photos for driving approval.... This office proudly *WOULD* if the regulations set by the upper branches in AAA didn't prevent them from accepting such copies of documents. I really don't understand why they wouldn't just allow a photo if that can make the process easier for the consumer, esp with the aforementioned about Uber, but I guess it can also be expected when the DMV is likely administered by boomers >->Yeah, word of advice: **don't get stuck in a snow bank where AAA won't pick you up even if they say they'd reimburse you**
