Fantastic experience: Staff was thorough and on time with my repair.

Negative experience: Needed a tow driver for a nail in my tire. Paid for membership, paid for additional same day service, was told tow driver would be there in 6 minutes. An hour later, after waiting outside, I called back to check on the status, and they told me they no driver was on the way because I supposedly cancelled the request. Don’t waste your time or money on these incompetent clowns.

Fantastic experience: Lupita & James were extremely friendly and helpful! Their service was fast. I went to get my IDP, it was very easy and they offered everything you needed on site to receive it same day. I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Thank you!

Negative experience: I received numerous unsolicited calls back to back from this number while recovering from a medical procedure. Gave them a call back when I was mostly recovered and found out they kept calling to offer me another service I am not interested in. I shouldn’t have to answer the phone to opt out of receiving an unsolicited advertisement. The person needed to hear me say ‘no’ before they’d take me off of the call list. Will not be using this location if I can at all avoid it.

Fantastic experience: My hats off to AAA in Wheaton. I stopped in to find out about an international drivers license and was immediately greeted by Gretue . I told the receptionist I had a doctors appointment at 4 PM and it was about 340. Well let’s just say it all happened in a blink of an eye. Thai Was very diligent and professional, and I was out of there in no time. Let’s just say I had time to spare at my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Walked in to apply for my International Driver Permit (IDP) and received it within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and very efficient.

Negative experience: I was dispatched at 914pm, I've been sitting on the left shoulder of the road for 3 hrs and was told the tow truck driver needed gas and would be right here in 20min at 11pm.. I called back 40min after to find out he went and took a different call and I was going to have to wait for a different driver. I'm so Glad we pay for this service. 12am and counting This was supposedly a priority tow

Fantastic experience: Great service, pleasant experienced staff

Fantastic experience: I came to AAA to get an international driver's license and left with the license, a membership and a credit card. The woman who helped me, Guenet, was extremely polite, professional and helpful. For that matter, the entire staff could be described similarly. Guenet was not pushy but explained each set of relevant options clearly and convincingly. How could I say no? I left for my trip shortly after visiting the office and was unable to complete the email survey they sent to follow up my visit as it expired by the time I had returned. I was most impressed with the entire operation in that location and was expecting much less than what I got. How rare is that today?!

Fantastic experience: I went into the AAA Wheaton retail store because I just joined AAA, via a promotion, and wanted to confirm my membership. I have passed this AAA store since 2014, as one of my doctors is located in the same building. I was greeted by a representative named Susan who answered many questions I posed to her and provided a wealth of information to me regarding the benefits of AAA, as well as guided me to the map section, as I have several lengthy road trips planned for this year. Susan provided me with the name of an AAA location closer to my home for further information because I live more than an hour away from Wheaton. This is the first AAA store I have visited and I was surprised to feel so welcomed as I walked in the door. I received A+++ service. If I did not live so far from this location, I most definitely would use the Wheaton location as my "go-to" AAA store for assistance and information. Susan was extremely helpful, professional, kind, and the success of AAA is due in no small measure to employees like Susan. I am hopeful AAA will commend Susan for her excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Always a nice staff at the AAA. I get my maps here with my AAA membership and use the notary services mostly. They do passport photos. I was surprised to see a set of Amazon.com lockers in the AAA space. Good service!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. Went there to get an international driver's permit. And despite what the website says, they DO take photos there if you need it and it cost a little bit cheaper than walgreens. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to these guys for helping me get my car tagged and titled in Maryland! I only recently became a MD resident, and didn't really know where to start the process. The folks at AAA, specifically Andrea and Joshua made it as painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: Always pleasant people, from entering the store I feel that everyone is ready to help. I personally always deal with Lisseth who never rushes me, she is patient and answers all my questions. I don’t recall long waiting time at this location ever. Even during COVID19, when ten office as closed, I was able to get fantastic service when purchasing my ticket and travel insurance. I would recommend this office to everyone, the whole team is a pleasure to deal with.

Positive experience: Receptionist is particularly friendly, efficient, and knows the office well. Parking in the lot can be a challenge as the building also houses many medical offices.

Fantastic experience: I have been orovided excellent guidance and advice for vacations at various stages of my young marriage. From honeymoon planning, to first domestic flight vacation trip with a young child, to first international trip with an elementary school age child. Each time the customer support has been stellar, informative, personalized, and left us excited to plan the next trip!

Fantastic experience: They always provide excellent customer service. My visit was to acquire my tags for my vehicle. They had provided the 30 day tag necessary to complete the work on my Jeep. It just made complete sense to return to Triple A with my completed safety inspection paperwork to get my two year tag. As usual, they immediately had me sign all required documents and offered to put the sticker on my license tag. That's the Triple A way. Thank you for the great customer service.

Positive experience: A couple of years ago, this location was reconfigured. I am not pleased with how the front desk is setup. The travel agents are great though.

Fantastic experience: Did a fast and efficient job of getting new Maryland tags for my vehicle here. Yes you pay a premium but if you have AAA you get a little bit of a discount on the premium. If your time is worth much then the savings over going to the MVA are significant.

Fantastic experience: Although there are a lot of other services available now, at one time AAA was the only game in town. Still a great deal on maps and roadside service if you need it. A lot of insurance companies also offer roadside service. Is that for your own car or can you use 4 rental as well?

Positive experience: Do NOT get the international Driving Permit here. The agent forgot to stamp my IDP and I later found out when I was denied car rental in a foreign country. The car rental agent showed me what it should look like. Update: AAA and the GM at this store has reached out to me after the initial review. They offered apology and refunded the fee, which I accepted. While this did not solve my travel problem, I appreciated their effort. Hopefully, this will not happen again and their agent will provide better service in the future. Please review your IDP and ensure that it was appropriately done, if you have to get it here.

Fantastic experience: Fast service, friendly people. Good value

Negative experience: Place sucks. Can't ever get a hold of them and if you do they put you on hold for more than an hour. They don't even charge me every month and I' have to call them literally every month and ask why they are not.charging my account. This place had been a pain in the ass and only had them for less than 3 months
