Negative experience: Worst company I've ever dealt with. I order Express shipping which cost $20 for 2-3 business days and Its 4 days now and I haven't recieved anything. Tried calling their line but no one ever answers no matter what time or how frequently I called. Sent multiple emails but no one replied. Then I finally got an tracking number in an email that said my package will be delivered another 3 days later (no one replied to my previous email)...why the hell did I even bother paying for an Express shipping if I'm getting it in a week. Amazon should start offering services like these because im sure IdL would be out of business because they know what a 3 day shipping is.

Negative experience: This company has the worst customer service ever! Don't bother calling their 1-877 number they DO NOT answer. I called for three days straight, and during business hours and it just goes straight to voicemail. It must be run by a single business owner because they also respond to emails about two days later. Their website claims they do 24 hour processing, this is NOT true!! I ordered from on a Friday and I decided to pay the extra thirty something dollars for an OVERNIGHT delivery and it has now been three days (Wednesday) after I placed my order and I still have not received it. They did send me reply to my email (sent FRIDAY) just yesterday (Tuesday) saying "they had an emergency and decided to close early, sorry"... so again this most be run by one person. Because the whole company shut down due to an emergency. Seriously?? This company is a fraud. Customers beware! Use another company and save your money. There are plenty of competitors that charge the same price. Even when I complained to them not once did they offer to issue a refund for their errors. This IDL was for a customer of mine traveling today. Now he will have to depart without something he paid almost eighty dollars for. This is unacceptable. I will be using a different service company going forward.

Negative experience: I place order couple days ago. Last two days i try to get them by phone and email but no luck. DMV do not know nothing about IDL Travel company. U.S. government requires you apply for an International Driving Permit with either the American Automobile Association (AAA) or the American Automobile Touring Alliance (AATA). By "The 1968 convention" (as amended in 2011) - the period of validity of an international Driving Permit shall be either no more than three years after the date of issue or until the date of expiry of the domestic driving licence, whichever is earlier (no 5 years or 10 years). That mean the IDL Travel company selling FAKE DOCUMENTs. FRAUD Business.

Fantastic experience: 2nd order as great as the first.. Got my IDL last minute for a trip to Russia. Got in the day before I left as I expected. I lot it during a move, Emailed them told them what I needed.. They gave me a total, and I had it on my hand the next day.. Best Service ever.

Fantastic experience: Ordered license and made the mistake of ordering it to be rushed. Did not need it until 1 month from the order date. They processed it and then refunded the shipping amount. During the transaction I was not able to get ahold of them and left a few messages, so they refunded the full amount. Great customer service!!! Use them for sure. Happy customer!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional agency. No response to telephone calls or emails. Over night license order came 6 days after order and two days after my departure to Europe. You can find better agency that can give you license on the spot.

Negative experience: I made a order online on June 3 and its already June 10 witch i havent recieve anything yet. I try to call Md sending email and sending even mesgae on there facebook page. Butno one is coming back to me at all. Im getting stressed out as i paid online and when i checked the status it shows me its on production 1. What the hell does that mean? Negative experience: Ordered and paid for an International drivers license on June 29th. Website says "all Applications are processed in 24 hours" I have not received a single response other than the automated order receipt. I sent an email 0n 7-7 and got no response. I called today and the call goes straight to VM. I left a voicemail today and thus far no response. I recommend trying another service.

Positive experience: I requested for a resident ID AND IDL... They came through at the right time but there was a mixup. my resident ID has a different name and address which i believe it was an error from your end but my IDL Is fine. My Order number is #61997. i sent an email from my yahoo but no reply..

Negative experience: I applied yesterday for drivers license on this website and with overnight delivery. I got a tracking message and after few hours got a message that shipping has been cancelled. Have paid for overnight delivery,I called the FedEx but was told to contact idltravel. Have been calling them and it's the machine that's answering. I'm gonna take this serious and report this website as scam unless I get a reply and what I paid for as soon as possible or my full refund. My ID #100742

Negative experience: I applied and paid online for my international driving license with idltravel since 19th august 2016 .and have never gotten any email or any online update. my application I'd is 100577. Negative experience: Beware of this website. Its a big fraud. I made a transaction in their website. Its more than a month , i dint get any reply from them. They have a fake automated telephone number, which never answers your call .They cheated me . Dont be a victim of this website. I am reporting this website to cyber crime for fraud. I wish i had done some little research before making a transaction.There should be an option to give zero rating for this fraud website.

Negative experience: I applied for my DL on July 10th and never get it. I sent multiple email and leave couple voice mails but I never got an answer. I am leaving the country on the 28th and I hope to get my license by than. My aplication #42265. I will write an other review if I get my DL on time but so far I wont recommend anyone to do business with this ppl at this website. Thanks
