Fantastic experience: The actual tour guides at the stops along the trip was amazing. Really enjoyed them all!! Mackinac Island was so much fun as well as all of the other mini tours. Bus driver really took care of me (disabled) and the other handicapped woman. Was very appreciative of him. He helped make the trip goid time. VI was horrible. She refused to give us water unless we needed to take medication or felt sick. However, she had at least a case in luggage area. Had to buy water at hotel. She was rude to some people and really made it clear she didn't want to be there. She gave us no snacks until the very last leg of the trip where she was going bananas trying to give them away. She had two big boxes of assorted brands of chips and tried to force me to take one home. I will say that the woman below lied and there is zero way that the bus driver received any part of the 50/50 $$. I'd totally go again if VI wasn't there.
Fantastic experience: The 3 day fall tour was great the driver Paul did a Fabulous job..the escort V not so Fabulous but V was sitting close to us & we watched her count the 50/50 money & she did give the money to 2 different people so the lady that said V & the driver took the money is SO WRONG...THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter, best friend and I went on the fall color tour and had a blast. The Bus driver, Paul Barbieri, made the trip for my handicapped daughter very safe. The trip leader V, was so much fun and kept us entertained. Accommodations were perfect. Would do this trip again. We made new friends also.
Positive experience: The 3 day fall tour trip was excellent we took was great. What wasn't great was our "Escort Vanetta" We did not receive any directions for the 1st 2 days. Someone must have said something because the 3rd day we did get information. What was appalling was she was selling 50/50 tickets and never informed us that that the 2nd half of the money she kept and split between herself and the driver Not cool. I would definitely do more trips with a different "Escort"

I'm sorry you felt this was a 1 star experience. However, I would say that we do have many casinos that we visit that are much closer. You did choose a Gun Lake Casino trip which is about 2.75 - 3.5 hours away (depending on stops and traffic) and we advertise 5 hours at the Casino so there's not too much we can do about the timing. I would have to insist it was not poor planning or communication on our part.

Fantastic experience: My mother started taking these trips and really enjoy them! My sister and I started going with her and we always have so much fun! It is a low cost trip we can afford and build lasting memories! The bus hosts are always a joy and make the trip even more fun! I like the games and raffles along the way and they even pass out treats!

Fantastic experience: I like their variety of trips, especially to quaint places around Michigan that otherwise I would have never been interested in going to. (I am not a gambler but still enjoy the ambiance of casinos atmosphere when one included). TT&T are organized, efficient & generally rates are fair... comparable to other local tour companies. Office personnel are good with contacting customers timely. I recommended them to many of my friends who are also pleased with their travels. Finally, I really like that they are back on the road since pandemic shutdown . Fantastic experience: wish i could remember our drivers name- he was very quiet paid attention to his driving, never once did i feel uneasy being a passenger. i felt safe with him. and our escort she was fun! easy going-i was on the tour alone but with her (Becky maybe??) she was easy to talk with- i didn't feel so alone, the whole trip ws relaxing cannot wait to travel more with this company. Fantastic experience: TTT is the best.
Negative experience: This was my first time with TTT. The bus driver and guide were very nice. The reason for the one star was the Bus!. The wifi did not work, the toilet would not flush. The air conditioning was very loud and the audio system had a loud pitch sound. There were no cup holders for your drinks. And no usb port for cell phones. Until there's an improvement in buses I will not travel again.

Fantastic experience: I have traveled with Travel Treasures for about 6 years, the last 3 planning my own trips casino trips. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. They do everything in their power to make your trip easy and fun. We have never had a bad bus driver either, they are always a hoot and have great driving skills!! I will be using them for many years to come!!! Dion, our driver, was great!!! His driving was good, he was a good sport with all our obnoxious jokes, he handled the group of crazy witches and the bus like a pro!! Serious though, I would request him for future trips, he had a great attitude!!! I would recommend him for a driver for others as well! He is a keeper!

Positive experience: This is a very nice travel agency if you like going on day trips Casino trips and overnight trips I went on a day trip to Burch Run & Frankenmuth with them. It was really nice we had plenty of time to shop in Birch Run then headed over to Frankenmuth where we went to Zehnder's and had a chicken dinner which was delicious that was all included in the price of the trip which I really did think was a good deal then after we had time to walk around at the shops in downtown Frankenmuth. We got home from the trip about 10 p.m. at night so overall for the price I think it was well worth it for a day at Birch Run and Frankenmuth a beach driving up there this way you can just sit back on the bus and relax and enjoy the ride I definitely would recommend checking on their website and seeing all the trips they take.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Travel Treasurers and Tours was fabulous! This was the second time renting a casino trip. Everything went smoothly! I always get nervous when I run a fun raiser like this. This time I didn't have as many people as last time and Aaron Cox worked with me so we could still make a profit for my VFW group. He prepared the flyers for me, which were colorful and lively. I was notified on who the bus driver was and how to contact her. She was an excellent driver. Lastly I must say even though my contact Aaron had a baby, (well his wife did) that week he made sure I knew who to contact in his office so everything would go well for us. Thanks Aaron you are the greatest!! I will definitely call again!!

Negative experience: Gave money for eight people on Jan. 2, 2015. Trip scheduled for Jan. 6, 2015 and was canceled on Jan. 5, 2015. It is now almost four weeks later and have not received our refund. Be careful!!
