Fantastic experience: This is a great efficient service for applying for a visa. You do need to fill some things out yourself before using this service but this service will do the annoying parts for you such as going to the consulate and processing the visa. Delivery time was excellent and extremely efficient. The employees will work around the clock for you. Highly recommend this service if you need a visa quickly.

Fantastic experience: I recently applied for and received Chinese tourist visas for myself and my husband. At first, I was hesitant about filling out the visa applications since I had read online that the process was tricky. There are services that will fill out the application for you, and of course, charge you a large fee to do so. If you know how to follow instructions, then fill out the application yourself and have VisaRite act as your agent to go to the Embassy to pick up your approved Visa. VisaRite will check your application before you submit it and make suggestions for corrections, if needed. I had 2 small corrections to make. I am very pleased with their service and the speed with which I received our Visas. The folks who work there are very knowledgeable, sincere, and very accommodating. You will not go wrong if you choose VisaRite for your Chinese Visas. Oh, very important, they answer the phone if you call.

Fantastic experience: Generally, I don’t write reviews. But VisaRite is exceptional. I needed R-Visa for China. The website has very clear instructions without any ambiguity including the fees etc. Communications are excellent and very professional. Attended to every minute detail. Did not create any unnecessary delays and followed the schedule as per the original communication, and even got the Visa earlier than I was expecting. Negative experience: Dont ever use this service. They took my money, promised to process my visa application, began the processing of same and then informed me that they were too busy to complete the application. They wasted a week of my time snd now I may not be able to obtain my Visa in time. Dont trust these people!

Fantastic experience: I've never written an online review before- either positive or negative- but I was so impressed by the way VisaRite handled my visa application package that I had to say something about it. I had to arrange visas for a group of 7 musicians to perform in Shanghai. I live in Boston and the visas had to be hand- delivered to the NY Chinese consulate and I knew I’d need agency to do that for me. I was initially attracted to VisaRite because they were less expense than most other agencies. I was a little concerned they might not be as quick or knowledgeable as some other agencies. I couldn’t be more pleased. I had a fairly complicated visa situation and ,VisaRite was amazingly responsive with the many questions I had. I generally got a response within 30 minutes after I sent them an email, and the different people I dealt with were always extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They addressed my concerns with great detail. All my visas were processed quickly, and they were all approved and returned to me about a week before I expected to receive them. I hate to think what would have happened without VisaRite’s help, and I can’t imagine another company being so effective and easy to work with. They have a lot of information on how to fill out the visas appropriately, common mistakes, and examples of what forms should look like filled out. After I sent all my information, I realized I transcribed a number incorrectly on the form. I called and emailed VisaRite, and they were extremely responsive and put me at ease. They helped me to figure out how I could help them fix the error, and notified me each step of the way in terms of when they received my documents, an estimated time of when everything would be processed, and also when it would be shipped back to me. The draft application form with its ability to save changes and readily retrieve working versions made it easy to complete. Following submission of the prepaid application, the VisaRite team communicated with me almost immediately to clear up one small error and following acceptance of the application, gave me a clear timeline for return of my passport and visa. I was getting my Chinese visa and missed sending some documents, and they made sure to list every area where it was needed to have more information and they described how to do it. You get your money's worth with Visa Rite and you are also treated kindly. Good customer service is important to me, and they went above and beyong.

Fantastic experience: I applied for a Z-visa (which I successfully received). They were very helpful throughout the process, even answering questions before I paid, saving me much expense when I had to get a second work permit because of issues with the first one. They were able to process a photo taken from a phone into a visa-ready photo for a nominal charge, and corrected my application by email before I sent it by post. I was in another country at the time, but by paying for Express level I was able to have my visa back in 10 business days, of which only 4 were at the Embassy (the rest was shipping across the ocean)! Props to Jason who helped me personally on the phone and by email whenever I had questions. His service was top-notch! My only complaint about the service is it's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for: a worry-free fast process where they minimize the chance of any visa denial by double-checking your application before AND after you mail it to them. Also, the service counts as travel for Chase Ultimate Rewards, which was a nice bonus.

They promptly inform clients every stage of process once they get the passport is a rare feature done by other Visa companies. Fantastic experience: VisaRite surely delivers. I got every single document I needed to work in China processed by them and they always delivered. Their site has easy to read instructions on what you need to send them, how you need to fill every form and helpful tips and pointers on what to do if you face certain situation. Their staff is polite, attentive and quick to reply to any doubts you may have. When I was authenticating some documents, I pointed an omission I noticed on their site and they said they would fix it. When I came back for my visa paperwork they had indeed fixed it, which shows they actually listen to their costumers. VisaRite was by far the simplest to use and guided me through all of the preparation step by step. Fantastic experience: It's a little pricey, but my experience was efficient and painless. I received an email almost immediately after they received my visa application in the mail. That email was followed up by a phone call to inform me that parts of my application needed to be redone. The walked me through each section and helped me understand exactly what I needed to change to ensure a smooth visa issuance process. Once I made the changes, they sent me a tentative schedule of when my visa application would be delivered to the Embassy, issued, and sent back to me. I had no issues after that and my visa was mailed to me by the day they had promised.

Negative experience: As suggested by Visarite, I used UPS to send Visarite my passport for visa processing. My passport is missing, and I may have to cancel my trip abroad. I advise using a different visa processing company.

Fantastic experience: These guys are absolutely great! They're very responsive, highly professional with a quick turn-around time. Here was my situation: My employer suddenly told me that I have to visit China in two weeks so I needed something that had a quick turn-around time but at the same time not interfere with my daily activities. Some other companies require you to show up to the consulate but I do not have that luxury of time. Doing most of the application online was necessary to me. Visa Rite was the perfect service. They have an easy to follow online application with detailed information on what documents to mail them. Perhaps the most sensitive document is giving them your passport, but don't worry! They keep in touch with the entire process if you ask details about your application. I had a lot of questions about the process, but these guys were quick to answer all my inquiries. For example, I was initially confused because it seemed that both the tourist and business visa seemed applicable to me from the government's perspective. After a few email exchanges with Visa Rite, they cleared up my confusion and helped me process my business VISA application. I had other questions in terms of receiving an official receipt of the transactions and differences between my current shipping address and my receiving address. They answered all of my questions in no time! I felt like a very valued customer. Perhaps the only part of the service that could be improved is paying with the credit card information for PayPal. For some reason, they link the shipping address with the billing address on the online payment form. This is an issue if your billing address is in a different state but your shipping address is in another. However, a work around is simple since the billing address indicated in the payment is completely different to the final shipping address that you will receive your documents since you will specify the final shipping address on the online application and not on the PayPal payment form. Overall, it's a great service! I highly recommend it if you need a Chinese VISA ASAP.
