Fantastic experience: I recently had the privilege of performing my pilgrimage (Umrah) to Makkah and Madina with my mother and I cannot express enough gratitude to Ainul Haramain Travel for making the journey smooth, well-organized, and truly memorable. Negative experience: Alhamdulillah, I have completed my second umrah . Its always a great experience going to Umrah . However, I must say I was NOT very happy with the accommodation that was provided to me by the Ainul Travel . when I arrived at the hotels, my name wasnt on the list of the guest at the hotel . Seems like I was on a standby. Also, I purchased a double occupancy room but instead I got a triple occupancy room with two other people . Which was NOT a good experience sharing the room with them . when I returned back on 1/26/25, I contacted Ainul Haramain Travel (twice) to file a complaint and asked to speak with the manager or the owner. Representative stated she will have someone call me back soon. But as of today, NOBODY has returned my call . Again, This is NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE with the accommodation!!! NOT SURE IF I WOULD TRAVEL WITH Ainul Haramain Travel again.

This was my first Umrah trip, and since I travel a lot for work, my time and availability are very limited. I don’t have time to make extensive plans. I felt so safe and felt like I gained a little family on this trip. There is joy in my heart to be going to Umrah, but there is even more security and belonging on this trip because I chose the right company to take me on this journey to the home of Allah. Positive experience: The people from this agency were friendly, helpful, and answered our questions. I gave it four stars because we didn’t have a guide with us while traveling from JFK airport to Saudi Arabia. The people that were going were helping each other out and relying on each other. A travel/tour guide must be present or should be introduced to us that they are part of this agency so we can get guidance from them. This is part of the services we are paying for. Another recommendation is that please share the umrah PDF way before we perform umrah, not on the actual day. People were very tired and sleepy on the bus. This is not a good time to go over how to perform umrah for the first time. It can be good time to reiterate the steps though. I felt we could have been better prepared for umrah if this was shared and gone over earlier. These are my suggestions for Ainul Haramain. Overall, I would say I had a good experience with this agency. Thank you!

Negative experience: This hajj and umrah group deserve a zero rating ,if it is possible,never repeat never travel with them. I initially booked to travel with the group from 26th March to april 12,ticket was issued ,after that my plans changed, l decided to travel on March 28th to April 11,l paid the charges, We had a tour guide with us who was supposed to guide first time umrah visitors,he dropped us of at Medina and we never saw him again till the day we about to leave medina,we stayed a day in medina,luckily some of the group members were annual umrah pilgrims so we followed their directive and we arranged for a private tour for ziyaarah.We came to Mecca to a roach infested,and dirty rooms,the only restaurant in the hotel was always packed to the brim,we had to wait for other to finish eating before we could get a seat,we had to clean tables ourselves to be able to eat iftar and do prayers on time,because the hotel was understaffed and we couldn't wait for staff Anytime l put a clean my room sign on,the room would never be cleaned, l would come back to the sign turned to DND Apparently my departure date wasn't changed only the arrival,l got to jeddah airport at 11.37am on the 11 only to be told l was supposed to depart on the 12,l was very upset,decided finally to come to the hotel 3.40aml was ushered into a dirty and the reception told me housekeeping starts @ 11am,so either take the dirty room or l wait,and when l called the agency, all they could say was the hotel is understaffed,mean while they promised us a five star hotel Nobody should ever travel with,them,they don't care about anyone,once you pay money, they don't care,i

Fantastic experience: We recently used their services to perform Ummrah at the end of January. They made the whole experience very easy and affordable. The hotels and transportation that were arranged were very nice, clean, and convenient. The hotels, Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel and Makkah Clock Royal Tower (A Fairmont Hotel), were situated right next to where we needed to go, so going to the Prophet's Mosque or the Haram multiple times a day was easy. The group leader Haroon was especially helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He provided lots of historical context to the places we visited in tours and gave lots of good tips and advice for performing Ummrah and reserving slots through the Nusuk App. He also went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time, that we didn't lose anyone during travel, that we took ample breaks, and that the group knew exactly what to expect. This was my first Umrah and Ainul Haramain Travel made it a very pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend their services to any first timers or Umrah/Hajj veterans who want to have an easy experience when going to perform Umrah/Hajj again.

Positive experience: We used Ainul Harmain this November for our umrah. The accommodations they provided; hotel, transportation, etc were all amazing! Both our hotels in Makkah and Medina were right across the haram which made praying there extremely convenient. The staff were great, friendly, knowledgable and extremely courteous and helpful. I do wish they were a bit more organized when it came to the tours, gathering everyone, informing people about the nusuk app and protocols ahead of time because of the lack of availability for the rawdah, and making sure we had the right visas to bring zamzam back home. A flag with the group name would’ve sufficed, letting us out on the tour stops instead of driving by would be ideal, and making sure we had the correct visas to bring zamzam with us would have been appreciated. These were a few areas that let us down momentarily but overall a great group of people and it was still a good trip!

Fantastic experience: I just returned from my first Umrah trip ever with my family and I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience. I booked my trip with Mr. Haroon Hasan and couldn't be more happy with the 5 star package he put together for my family. We flew Saudia (direct flight and no BS layovers like other airlines [total nightmare stories on Google]) and check in was smooth. Haroon is a humble and warm hearted young man and he was very attentive to our needs and concerns throughout the trip. He took us out on ziyarat (site seeing) in both Makkah and Madina as well as performed the entire Umrah from start to finish with us guiding us along the way on what to do (which really is comforting when going for the first time). He also informed us of virtuous acts to try an attempt like praying in the Hatim, etc when we had the time and energy (I don't recommend doing any of those things in your ihram, wait till you're in regular clothing) Haroon also had another wonderful young man join us in Madina whom he works with named Salman, a local Madina resident. With Haroon (fluent in English and urdu) and Salman (fluent in English and Arabic) we had 0 issues moving around both cities and interacting with the locals. All logistics were handled without issues and we faced 0 hiccups allhumdullilah throughout our trip. I recommend Haroon to all family and friends and speak confidently that you will be in good hands when going abroad with him.

Negative experience: If this is your first time Umrah, especially if anyone traveling who is sick and need help please DO NOT go with this travel agency. Lack of communication, no experienced guide and unorganized. You and your family will have to figure out everything once you're in Madinah and Makkah and there is no one to help or answer your questions when you are in Saudi. Also, they should get rid of this guy named 'NOUMAN', extremely rude, doesn't know how to communicate with others and no leadership skill at all. I don't know how this bad mannered person can be group leader where he doesn't have a single quality to lead or just even talk to others with respect. Everyone who were in our group shared the same experience. We got our lesson and regret now and wanted to warn others.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend traveling with Ainul Haramain. I had the fortune to travel for my first umrah with them and it couldn't have been gone any smoother. Everything was well planned and thoroughly organized. We flied direct Saudi Airlines (no transit) and boarded a bus as soon as we landed and headed to Mecca, dropped off our luggages in our hotel room, and then went to perform umrah around 12AM. The stay was at Rehabul Khaimah and it wasn't the most comforting stay. It was a good 10-15 min walk to the haram. And The bathrooms were a little unclean and there was no shower tubs. I didn't mind because I am young and I love to go out and spend most of my day outside. If your traveling with family, I recommend you get a hotel upgrade in Mecca. Other than hotel, I have no complaints. Medina, on the other hand, was joyful. Our hotel Sofral Huda was 5 star and was a comfortable stay. Medina all around was beautiful. The people, environment, food, and shops (especially dates) were superb. I recommend all to do to Mecca first, deal with the hustle and bustle, and then come to Medina and relax before you head home. The package was very economical ($1.8k) for airfare, hotel stay, and travel from Mecca to Medina and back to airport. I would go with Ainul Haram any day.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to umrah with them and I was really pleased with the way everything was taken care of. From landing to leaving. If there ever was a problem they were on top of it. They also look in the best interest and find the best deals and hotels. Not only the group leaders were really knowledgeable and and took us on well planned trips and showed our both Mecca and Medina in different perspectives. If you guys really want the best experience and great spritual experience this is the group to go with. Especially if you guys are young crowed they too make it so everything is easy and best to understand. Inshallah when you are concidering your next pilgrimage Ainul Haramian is the one to go with.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time in Saudi Arabia with Ainul Haramain. I went with their tour this past May/June for the first 7 days of Ramadan for Umrah, a total of 10 days. We stayed in Medina and Mecca. The way the trip was seamlessly organized made the experience very satisfying. The accommodations were close to the masjids and were very comfortable. Instructions by the group leaders were clear. They went out of their way to accommodate any need, obviously within reason. I would travel with them again, inshallah.

Fantastic experience: My family recently traveled for Umrah. We used the Ainul Haramain Travel agency to do so, and it was definitely the best option. Both of our hotels were great.The agency had planned in advance and arranged the flight for us. They also provided us with guides and transportation so we knew where to go and what to do. They also helped us find the best tour guide in both Medina and Makkah. Their representative was even present physically in Makkah to make things easy for the pilgrims. Negative experience: They worst place to get umrah visa from and the worst people to deal with. There is a guy called Nauman, has beard and looks a true practicing muslim, and he took my passport for getting me the visa and didnt send me the passport back till just 6 days were left to travel. Also i paid for my tickets and umrah. He filled out my name WAQAS AHMED SIDDIQUI instead of WAQAS JAVED SIDDIQUI, and he keept insisting to travel on this wrong name as the last name and first name are correct and thats what matters. I requested to issue me a new visa and after 6 days on the day of travel he told me they could not get it fixed. And he forged my name on my visa by scratching the middle name. I didnt travel and requested the refund as it was their mistake. Insitially this Nauman guy told me he will not refund me my visa fee 200$ but his superior told him to refund me so i got the check for a post date from Nauman, just in case if i dont travel on this visa. And he told me ill get a refund of tickets on my credit card. But later on what I got, he charged the flight cancellation penalty on my part and charged me 265$. Horrible human being horrible person. Because of his mistake he made me to pay. For the sake of Allah i wanted to go for Umrah, but neither i managed to go for umrah and also had to pay for his neglegence. Allah is there to see what my niat was and what he did with my Halal money. With my money where will he go? One day all of is have to stand infront of Allah. And Inshaa Allah, Allah will ask him this question.
