Negative experience: They charged me a fee to give me a refund on a canceled air ticket. Have you ever paid a fee to get a refund after paying a cancellation penalty. Go think about that for a moment. Still want to deal with this agency. Sloppy, no communication, mis guided information provided. Book direct with the airline. So this travel agency is probably work from home set up for individuals. People assisting you are not trained travel advisors but trained computer quote booking agents. Quotes are phone photos screen shots and your booking confirmations are driven directly from airlines. They are simply facilitating as middle people between you and the airlines. You can get better rates going direct tot he airlines on their web sites. No follow up by the agent and no service other than booking the tickets.

Fantastic experience: I had to travel in urgency and called HT, Mr. Fareed answered the call and helped me through with the reservation. My call was answered promptly, HT representative, Mr Fareed worked diligently and help me get a good price. Establishment deserves a 5 Star rating

Negative experience: I am a life long Houston area resident and always have heard about Horizon Travel . I was issued a ticket however not informed that from Houston to Dubai I am allowed 23kg and from Dubai to Karachi , it drops to 15jb due to change in airline . She tried to save me $200 but it cost me $900 USD extra in baggage fees . I will never ever you Horizon in this life time .

They charge you for the ticket and when airline canceled they charge 200 dollars for cancellation done by airline.even though airline told me that I would get a full refund and they Did not even bother to inform me of flight cancellation. . I am going to file an official complaint against them. Do not book a flight with them. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: I purchased tickets from them in early March to travel to My country when COVID-19 was not very serious. My travel plans were for July 2020 and unfortunately due to the circumstances our flights were not going to my country. I had gave a deposit of $1500 which the rest I would pay later, when flights were canceled I called and asked for a refund for my tickets and at first no one responded to me and then when they did they said they will deduct $300 from the deposit I gave them even though the airline we were going to fly with was refunding 100% to their customers. Still they deducted $300 from my amount that they refunded. Overall very bad experience and I do not recommend to use this travel agency, will be using some one else next time.

Rude agent and bad service, I was told 2pcs of check in luggage Allowed but when I got to the airport I have to pay $100 for my luggage, cause airline allowed only one luggage. Please be careful if you dealing with agent Shahbaz Baig, he is cheater.

Negative experience: I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Not able to do anything if one person is on vacation, you're stuck just waiting. They can't understand the urgency of a situation, and texts you when you're upset that "unfortunately you lost." Do yourself a favor and find another Tavel agency. Update: After getting very upset with them, and complaining, within 10 minutes they contacted me again. From that point, within one hour they had my husband on the soonest flight back home.

Negative experience: I gave them one star because unless you choose at least one star you can’t write a review. They are scamming people and this entire office is a big fraud. I decided to book my airline tickets at Horizon travel because I wanted to give desi people some business. What they did first time I booked a ticket for my family, the lady Salma who works there booked me and my older daughter as one reservation and my wife and my younger daughter as another reservation so she created two reservations for one family to cheat people for double commission. At that time she said she has to do it that way to get a better price. Then several weeks later I booked for my sisters-in-law and my niece who is 18 years old, so once again she did it again she created two different reservation for the mom and daughter. Any positive review on these people is written by them selves. One negative review on any business is enough to question all true and nice reviews they got. Plus they didn’t provide me with an invoice on both reservation that is a another red flag of their scamming techniques. I am not finished with them, please forward this on social media and show them customers can make or break a business.

They deal with their clients in a very professional manner with competitive fares usually beating internet prices depending on time of travel. I would recommend them for any international travel especially fares to Pakistan and India. They have great Hajj and Umrah packages as well. A-1 service!
