Fantastic experience: This is the best travel agency I have ever dealt with! Very friendly service and extremely accommodating. I had to change dates to my trip and Vlade handled the change seamlessly, He was able to transfer my paid extra legroom from the other flights on to this flight. No headaches, no hassle! I have been using this agency for a long time and I have never been disappointed.
Fantastic experience: Whenever Vlade books a ticket for our family, I know we’re getting the best price and the best service. My mind is at ease because I know our flight, connecting flight, and seating will be perfect. I find it very stressful booking online, so to have Vlade do all the work for me, makes our trip so much more enjoyable. He’s very nice, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Negative experience: I called to get some help with a booking that was done with another agency, Vlado explained that that he is not able to help me since it was done with another agency, I asked him to help me with booking a new reservation, but Vlado was in a rush i guess, very rude, no sympathy whatsoever and kept laughing and kept saying he can not help me when he did not even let me finish my sentence and explain what exactly i need. Vlado buddy, very rude and very very unprofessional ! You were so unprofessional on the phone, so arrogant and laughing all the time. You can not add an infant to a ticket that has been issued from another agency, thats correct, you explained that to me, but you can issue me a brand new ticket for my entire family with another airlines. At this point it doesn't really matter, i wish you have given me the time on the phone to explain myself better, with no interruptions because i see for sure you’ve spent some time typing all of the below. Have a good one !
thank you for your review. our agency has been in business for over 18 years and in summer months we are overwhelmed with phone calls. we strive to answer in truthful, honest and efficient ways and we reserve our time for our existing clients.
1. you called to ask for help with a ticket you bought from another Serbian agency in Chicago
2. you stated that agent from other agency could not help you, there has been change or cancellation and you cannot add infant to your mother-in-law's ticket.
3. you also stated you have been on the phone with Austrian Airlines for over 2 hours.
i asked if your mother-in-law was traveling from Tampa to Skopje thru Washington DC, you stated you did not know that but give me any ticket and put my infant together thru Washington. i answered that it is not possible for our agency to issue an infant ticket to be added to another reservation that i have not booked.
as there were no seats available thru Washington, we told you we cannot help you and thank you for your phone call.
there was no rudeness or condescending remarks no laughter.. i was only amused that you have the audacity to demand help in a situation where i could not help.. i hope the other agency or the airline was able to solve your problem.. the problem was not caused in any way by us.
