Fantastic experience: My family and I recently visited Legoland and used this car service. Best price in town and the driver was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Customer service communication was quick. My family felt safe during the drive and we didn’t have to worry about directions or tolls. I would absolutely use this service again, no questions asked.

Fantastic experience: The last few trips we have taken to Orlando to go to Disney world, We have always called American luxury transportation. They have accommodated big family groups and just us family of 5. They are hands down the best! They have a great staff, safe, clean & reliant service. They are always on time and very professional. Fantastic experience: We go to Disney 2-3 times per year and always book with American Luxury Transportation. Brian makes everything so easy. He is always waiting for us at the airport (even when we had a 6.5 hour delay!). We generally have very early flights and need 3AM pickups from the resorts - he routinely says “No problem!” Reliable, dependable, fair pricing, timely, great communication via text and never any awkward silent trips. Negative experience: I usually do not write bad reviews but this needs to be known. I used the service once for a round trip. On my way back I arrived to the airport. I did not receive any text, call or communication. I texted and called the provided phone without an answer. Then when I started to head to get an alternative transportation I finally received a call from the driver. Evidently after being stressed and late I gave a reduced tip (10 instead of 25 on the way back since I already gave 25 in the first portion) to make my point. I decided to give a second chance to the company and when I called the owner complained to me about the previous reduced tip and was blaming me for their previous delay and in coordination, instead of apologizing. I should have not given any tip at all. Complete lack of professionalism. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. UPDATE You know you are lying. My phone was on immediately after landing. Also you are right YOU SHOULD NOT BEING IN BUSINESS AND YOU DID NOT LEARN ANYTHING

Use this service and you don’t have to worry. We also appreciated the easy communication with dispatch and drivers via text messaging.

Negative experience: I made a reservation online and paid in full only to be texted a hour or so later that they were completely booked for that day. Why did the site even let me book the day and time then? Very unprofessional. I would never use them or recommend them.

Negative experience: Terrible service from the owner Brian. We reserved a luxury SUV which based on the website says a Yukon or Escalade. The driver that showed up was on time and very nice, but He even worked for a different company than who we booked with but was sent to pick us up because they were very busy. When we walked out to the vehicle we were disappointed to see an older model econoline ford 12 passenger van. It was not dirty but the seats were stained and at least one of the seat belts had duct tape holding it together. As mentioned before, the driver was nice however. We never received a call or email to let us know we would have a different company picking us up in a different vehicle. We first emailed this company mainly to make sure our return trip was going to be the luxury suv we asked for but we never received an email response so we called the company. The owner Brian told us “we were on vacation and shouldn’t worry about it” and also stated this was our first day of our vacation so we shouldn’t have any plans scheduled for the first day. He then implied the van was fine and if we really were not satisfied with it we should have refused it at the airport but who would want to call this guy to request the correct vehicle we reserved and sit at the airport and wait for another vehicle? In the end, we didn’t get what we reserved but the problem really was the customer service from the owner. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Walked around the airport for an hour looking for some girl holding a tiny iPad with my name . When I called the gentleman who runs it, obviously upset, he had such an attitude. Instead of politely helping me find her, he yells at me saying she's been there for 45 minutes which I know for a FACT is not true. Also in the quote they said it's $150 plus 20% CASH tip .Well they charged me $180 instead. Never again will I use this company. The only reason it got one star is because I ended up finding the girl and still had a ride .

Fantastic experience: American Luxury Transportation is fantastic! Booking was easy, their online chat is handy and they are true pros. My flight was delayed four hours, I arrived at Sanford at 2:30am and had a text from my driver the second I hit the ground. I will never use another transport,

Positive experience: Overall good experience. The driver arrived early and I was able to walk from my flight and get directly into a car, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, their fleet is in dire need of upgrades. I paid extra for what I thought would be a nicer vehicle, however it was very old and dirty, and had obvious issues like the rubber seal from the door hanging out. I just expected a little more for the price of the service.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible customer service. Man on phone said it “wasn’t worth it to schedule a last minute one way trip” after I decided not to reserve a round trip ride and instead only wanted a one way. First of all, I do not believe trying to book a car 7 hours in advance constitutes “last minute” also if a one way trip “isn’t worth it” they shouldn’t have that option. Man seemed generally annoyed with any question I asked.

Negative experience: Cannot testify to actual car service as I never got that far. Automatic 20% gratuity added on to bill (up front, before said amazing service occured). I ALWAYS tip, but I tip in cash, driver gets direct control of tip, not the company. When I called to inquire about the charge, customer service was rude and condescending. Interrupted my question, then said he didn't understand why I was calling, it says it on the bill, that's the way it is. No worries, Super Shuttle is a little more expensive, I have used them multiple times and will be going back. Super Shuttle has great customer service, awesome reviews and I get to decide how much tip.

Fantastic experience: This was a great company to use. The cars were great and had space for all of us and our cases. We were met at the airport and even though it took over an hr to get through security and get our cases the driver was still waiting. The return journey was the same and even though they had trouble with one of their vehicles another driver was arranged and we were taken to the airport in plenty of time. This was a great service at a great price

Negative experience: Not very luxurious. The car was clean but missing parts. My luggage didn't fit in the trunk space because it was full of the driver's personal belongings. The driver himself had food stained clothes and dirty hands. If luxury is what you're looking for, look elsewhere because this isn't it.

Positive experience: I started using American luxury transportation every time I return to Orlando. I had a female driver the first time and she was great! She was the same person that brought me back when I left Orlando. 2 'months after I returned back to Orlando and a different driver was given to me. This time he was late for about 20 minutes. He wasn't helpful and I had to ask him to help him with my luggages. I am glad it wasn't the same guy that provided us the pickup when my husband and I left Orlando again. Overall, I am happy with the company and I plan to use them all the time as long as they are on time and provide good assistance. I am giving them a 4 rating.

Negative experience: I can't believe all these five star reviews are real. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a car service. We had two pickups. First one was 10 minutes late aggravating but got over it. Next morning Brian was supposed to pick up another member of our party. Her plane came in 40 minutes early. She sat at the airport for an hour waiting for him. He never bothered checking the flight schedule and was 20 minutes late on top of it. So I tell him I don't want him taking us back to the airport so he says too bad and proceeded to charge my credit card. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. If you use this man when you get off the plane and see that row of professional looking drivers, keep Walking. Brian is the one who comes up in a wrinkled tshirt after you call him trying to find out where he is.

Negative experience: Horrible! I was silly enough to try to save money from Mears who I have used before. The vehicle we were picked up in both times was very old and smelled terrible. The first clue is all the little tree air freshners hanging from the gear shift. The second driver was a crazy talker who spent the entire time telling us what was wrong with everything in the US including OUR professions. I could not wait to arrive at our destination. NEVER AGAIN.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE this car service as they will not refund your money when you to cancell their services after they make you pay them up front!!! We booked their services for a round trip car service. We were on the Disney Fantasy for a 7 night cruise which got extended to an 8 night cruise because it was not allow to enter Port Carnival due to Hurricane Matthew. We called the American Luxury Transportation driver and told them the situation (3 days prior to our pickup date) to cancel our return their pick up service since we didn't know at the time when our ship would be able to return back to port. To our surprise they will not refund 1/2 of our money back. The owner/manager was rude and had no sympathy for our situation and is taking advantage of people during a Natural Disaster. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
