Negative experience: 알라스카 여행 갔다 왔는데 50인승 버스 안전벨트 없었고 오래된차 여행 중간고장나서 길에서 1 시간 이상 기다리다 임시차 왔느데 고물차로인해 허리통증 4성급 이상이라 한 숙소는 최하수준 너무나 힘들었어요 대한여행사 앞에 계신 여자분도 불친절하고 완전 노 매너.

Negative experience: 돈은 지불했는데 항공사에 티켓 결제는 해놓지도 않았네요. 덕분에 중요한 일정이었는데도 못가게 되었습니다 ^^ — Owner: we had issue the printer problem before, but we never passenger missed the flight and you should received a call from us or you are not my client. Reply: Your issue of printer problem has NOTHING to do with printing out your fake information. In fact, fake receipt has been typed by you directly. Of course you, as a person who is in charge of purchasing ticket won’t be having anyone missing the flight because you’ve NEVER purchased the ticket from the beginning. AND CLEARLY IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHOS BEEN SCAMED!

Negative experience: Paid for tickets for my family to come to visit from Korea. They arrived at Incheon airport to get on the plane and found out there were no tickets reserved for them. World Express did not buy the tickets. My family had to wait in the airport for 14 hours because this agency did not do their job. I would not recommend. I only gave one star because there is no choice for zero stars.

Negative experience: 이런 여행사는 제 인생에서 처음 입니다. 현금으로 모든 경비를 지불하고 이 메일로 예약 번호를 다 받고 공항에 갔지만 예약 번호도 이름도 없었어요.두번다시 저 같은 피해자가 있지 않기를 바라는 마음으로 리뷰를 올립니다.이건 분명히 사기 입니다.이런 여행사는 영업을 하지 못 하게 해야 합니다.

Negative experience: Could not rate this business because there are no negative ratings. This agency is doing something questionable with customer deposits and full payments. I purchase and paid in full for airline tickets and a 13 day tour in South Korea in May 2019. I received an email with airline and tour confirmation numbers. In October, 4 days before my flight I went online to reserve seats and could not get the system to work. I called the airline for help and was told the reservation number was not valid. Contacted the owner of World Express Travel to get the problem corrected. The agency was did not correct the problem in a timely manner. It took many phone calls to get any action. At that time I called the Tour company to confirm your tour reservation and they said we were booked and indicated nothing was wrong. Flow to Korea a week before the tour for a family visit. When we checked into the hotel the day before the tour started we were to we had a message from the tour company. So we are in Korea planning to take a 13-day tour when the tour company called and said that our tour was canceled because World Express Tours had not paid for the tour. In fact we were told World Express Travel's check bounced and there for our tour was canceled. They also stated that they could not get the owner of World Express Travel to pay for the tour. We contacted the owner and she said the tour company would not take her

Negative experience: Would give a negative start of possible. They pull a fast one on you. Do a last minute change saying the trip you booked is no longer available. They get you when you're most vulnerable and desperate since you don't want your relatives from Korea to sit around and do nothing. They offer to compensate for having to take a cheaper cruise and last minute change but then they act like it never happened when you inquire about the credit. I would never do business with people that steal money from the elderly.
