Fantastic experience: Stacy is an excellent travel agent and adds so much value to the trip booking experience. This is my 7th time booking with global vacation pro. I have worked with Stacy on family trips, weekend getaways, and all inclusive experiences. She caters travel to my taste and is always my go to before I book anything. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Stacy recently helped with an itinerary for a group of 12 travelling to Oahu, HI. She was incredibly responsive and thorough. Our favorite excursion she assisted with was a 2 hour whale watching tour on a beautiful catamaran. She went the extra mile and communicated with the team on the boat beforehand to see which time of day they were seeing the most whales so we could plan which time. Stacy hands down is the best travel agent around. I will happily refer her to all of my friends and family, even strangers I meet that enjoy travel.

Fantastic experience: I recently traveled to Paris with my 80 year old mother. I was apprehensive about all the details with traveling with an elderly person. Fantastic experience: My husband and I took our two grown children and their families to Paris and Venice for our 50th wedding anniversary. There were eight of us. Because the group was large, transportation was more complicated. Stacy Wren scheduled large vans for private pick-ups to and from the airports and our VRBO's. She scheduled private tours to Normandy and Versailles in France and Murrano and Burrano in Italy that picked us up and dropped us back at our VRBO. Nothing could have been easier. The most amazing thing was to schedule two water taxis in Venice to pick us up right in front of our VRBO to go to the airport at 2:45 in the morning. We could not have done this trip without her help. We call her "Saint Stacy".

Fantastic experience: Stacy is the best. I wanted to travel with Amtac from LA to Chicago and then on a different line go from Chicago to San Francisco. I could not find a travel agent who could do this and I could not figure it out on my own. Stacy took over and the results was a great trip on two trains and two fantastic days in Chicago. She had entertainment and things for us to see while there. All in one package. We had a great time. Taking the train is different and most interesting way to travel. Plus on the trains we got the VIP treatment. Thank you Stacy, this has been in my bucket list for a while.

Once all the details were worked out, she sent all our confirmations in one document, all in order, which made it really easy to follow! I referred back to that email numerous times throughout our trip!! The hotels---They were all clean and centrally located, with easy access to all the action! The workers in each one were very friendly and spoke very good English!! *Our hotel in Barcelona, Spain had a really cute rooftop restaurant with delicious food and a bar downstairs that was a fun place to hang out at night! That room doubled as a breakfast area. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal and nothing like hotel breakfast in the U.S. *The hotel in Porto, Portugal was super cute and quaint! It was formerly two multi-story homes that were converted into a fabulous hotel! Our room had more than enough space and was nicely decorated! Breakfast there was also very good! *The hotel in Lisbon, Portugal was very roomy, with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and living space. Breakfast was also very good there! The excursions--We were very happy with the tours Stacy set up for us. Pickups were prompt and they were all so fun!! A little note we are going to remember, and we think will be helpful for others.....full day tours are probably too long (unless it's to the Douro River Valley! Wow, this tour was INCREDIBLE, and our guide was nothing short of amazing!!). Half day tours would be the way to go, in our opinions! The transportation---Flights and the train were smooth and easy to navigate!! She set us up very nicely with those!!

Fantastic experience: After commissioning a long awaited to trip to Tampa Fl. St. Petersburg, Clearwater area, & all of its amenities, the likes of beautiful beaches, Busch Gardens, & Cypress Gardens, as well as top choice restaurant picks, & accommodations. Stacy Wren, with Global Vacation Pro. Spent a great deal of time sifting out the destinations best suited for our family. We were adamant on spending our time on the relaxing calm waters of a beachfront hotel, or beach house residence on the Florida Peninsula side of the Gulf of Mexico. All that was left was to pull the trigger, & right before we did. She was thoughtful enough to check the weather other regional conditions. The results were in, the weather was impeccable, but quite fortunately for us she noticed that there was a severe forecast of a toxic red tide algae bloom phenomenon forming on the warm water that we were so eager receive. Had we continued forward, it would have ruined our trip. As entering the waters would have been dangerous, & the smell would have been absolutely offensive to say at least. With time being lost, & options running thin. The way Stacy Wren pivoted at a moment's notice was astonishing. She redirected us to the warm, & friendly beaches of Sunny San Diego, not to mention of litany brand new destinations to enjoy like the San Diego Zoo, an unforgettable whale watching tour off the bay waters Southern California, Old Town, Balboa Park, & a brand new set of carefully selected foodie picks for us to indulge from. Even though her commissions for substantially less in comparison, she chose our family's happiness, & well-being over a bigger payday for all the effort she had invested. What over the top integrity, & absolute attention to detail. She was totally focused, on the safety, happiness, & quality experience for my family. Goes without saying, but she's got us for life!

Fantastic experience: I just returned from my first cruise with Stacy and Global Vacation Pro. You'll notice I said "first" because it will not be my last! I consider myself stupidly lucky that I got to join a cruise that Stacy was ALSO on, so she didn't just plan the itinerary, she was my travel buddy the whole trip. She planned everything without making it seem more like a "trip" than a vacation. From casual dining to elegant evenings, excursions to relaxing, she helped our group achieve exactly what we needed! Fantastic experience: Stacy was amazing to work with. She gave us many ideas and was patient when we kept changing our mind on where to go, but once we saw Tulum we knew it was what we wanted. She set up everything, room, plane tickets and even pickup and drop off to the hotel from the airport and back. We stayed at hotel Nomade for 7 days which was amazing! but if you can get all inclusive, I recommend it. That strip has very expensive stores and restaurants and taxi prices are crazy and there is no Uber. Other than this everything was great and I strongly suggest seeing the underground Cenotes with a tour guide! Thank you Stacy for all your help and setting this up for our 10 year anniversary!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a travel agent to plan your next trip look no further because Stacy is your girl. This was my first time using a travel agent and I don’t want to ever go on another trip without having Stacy plan it! She planned out everything and gave pointers on what’s fun to do in the area I was going to. Fantastic experience: I have had SUCH a positive experience working with Stacy to book my bachelorette party trip. We’re all so super busy and it would’ve never happened if we hadn’t hired Stacy to take the reins. She planned, booked, and managed every bit of coordination with the hotels, group, and airlines. As well as made excellent restaurant and nightclub suggestions while working in tandem with the local concierges.
