Fantastic experience: Thyra Caverly was amazing to work with for our recent 11 day cruise trip aboard the Sun Princess to the Mediterranean! She attended to every detail from giving us information on each Port of Call to assuring we had transportation from airport to cruise terminal and cruise terminal to our hotel after. Fantastic experience: First time using a travel agent and Alisen Wells has officially ruined me…in the best way I hit her with a last-minute “let’s go to Alaska!” and she came back with solid options like it was no big deal. Then (because of course I changed my mind) she rolled with it, gave us more options, and ultimately planned a perfect trip to Colorado instead. Fantastic experience: First cruise was a success All thanks to Chelsea Carlisle! My husband and I have been wanting to take a cruise for a long time. Chelsea handled every detail and answered every question. She even went so far as to help us with our excursion. Our first cruise with Carnival Sunrise was nothing short of perfection. We will NEVER travel without the help of a travel agent EVER again. Chelsea's services are absolutely free and she takes the guess work and stress out of traveling. If I could give her more than 5 ⭐ I would.

Fantastic experience: Huge Thank You to Erica, who did a Fabulous job planning our first trip to Disney World!!! She planned every detail of our trip flawlessly!! From flights to hotel options to meal plans and transportation…nothing was missed! And to top it off we had a snow storm on the day of our trip and our flight was cancelled. Erica worked to help us find a new flight, rearrange our airport transportation and even provided quotes if we needed to reschedule our trip (which we would have been able to do since she got us trip insurance). I was able to enjoy this Magical Vacation so much more because of Erica…she eliminated all of the stress and allowed me to be fun and present with my family!

Fantastic experience: Taylor Spears Hall was absolutely wonderful in planning our trip to Universal Studios! I had no idea where to even begin. She was always very quick to respond. She sent over ride recommendations, details on the rides and suggestions for restaurants. 10/10 suggest Taylor for your travel needs!

Fantastic experience: Taylor Hall helped us book our amazing honeymoon to the new Sandals resort in Jamaica, Dunn’s River. We just got back from this trip and not only was the resort brand new, the staff was top of the line, food was amazing and we will definitely be back. Taylor helped every step of the way to make this trip smooth and seamless. She looked at several different places before we landed on Dunn’s River and she got us a great deal, she stayed on top of all the things we had to do to prepare before we left the US. Even when we were on a vacation she checked in on us and helped with a boarding check in when we had some issues with Southwest. We have already booked another trip in 2025 and will use Taylor again.

Fantastic experience: A HUGE shout out to Alyssa Coleman for making our Disney experience a breeze! Was the first time back in over 14 years so I was a little nervous about the whole process, but Alyssa was on top of her game! She did all the work for us and helped us with everything we needed all the way down to answering all my 100 silly questions. We had such a great time! Because of Alyssa’s knowledge, when we got to Disney, we had everything we needed to make our vacation a enjoyable, magical, stress free experience.

Fantastic experience: We are in the beginning stages of trip planning and Kim has been amazing at answering all of my random texts and patient with changes we have requested (after watching Disney blogs). I’ve never had a trip planner meet my excitement level while planning a trip, but Kim definitely has! Fantastic experience: Since I was a little girl I wanted to go to Italy. I am older now and have a 15 year old daughter…and I now want for my dream to come true, and take my daughter with me to have her experience this with me…to have an experience of a lifetime.
