Negative experience: Cannot talk to anyone without an appointment. They take walk ins on Saturday but they only have one agent available so unless you’re the first person there you will be wasting your time. And if you work until 5pm you can’t make an appointment during the week because they will be closed by the time you are off work.

She listened to my needs and concerns and went above and beyond my expectations for finding me the right flight. I will certainly be using her every time I fly as long as she’s available… A score of 10 does not even come close the her service.

Negative experience: Well there weren't to many people that could help me. They had alot of brochures, but if I wanted something specific I would of had to meet with a certain person, which the only one was busy. The 2 ladies up front weren't very friendly, they acted like I was bothering them, it's just not the most inviting place that it used to be.

Negative experience: Lost $3000 cause they won't call you back. Never book anything through them or if anything happens you won't get your money refunded.

Negative experience: I am a Knox County resident and have always gone to the Mount Vernon office. Going to Wooster AAA was a real disappointment. I was used to very friendly agents, Even during Covid I would be invited to their desk while they helped me. That does not happen in Wooster. I will find another AAA store.

Positive experience: Tried to buy some tickets to Dollywood. Paid $150 something for 2 tickets couldn't reserve the date or the tickets, just buy them generally for the year. I was told I had to go to Dollywood site to reserve the date and print the tickets. Dollywood site wouldn't except the bar code given to me by AAA. I had to call Dollywood they said I had to call AAA back this was after I spent an hour on phone trying to get ahold of Dollywood. Of course this was after AAA closed on Saturday. I then had to call AAA Monday during work they helped me get this taken care of then. What ever happened to buying tickets and having them in your hand when you leave. Oh I know we're going to keep using this Covid-19 excuse to cover poor customer service. I really didn't get any discount any ways. Next time I'll save myself time and headache and go right to the site I'm getting tickets for.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this place twice recently for maps. The first time I needed directions to get to a home in an area of Ohio I am not familiar with. The agent made me a trip tick with written instructions. It was wonderful. The next time the agent gave me paper maps of Northeast Ohio & couple other maps of areas of Ohio I want to visit. I am very thankful. I have learned not to depend on Google on my phone the hard way. Sometimes you drive into a zone where you lose cell service, Oops! Also it is necessary to pull off the highway to see your cell phone screen. Also, if you are using voice activated directions when a noisy truck is passing you the voice directions cannot be heard so you need to know your route well before leaving home. Thanks AAA! I can travel confident I can find my way home now. Edith Shaw

She is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and looks after the best interest of the customer. We could not say enough about how well she worked with us in planning our trip, 3 times. Caused by the COVID virus. She always worked with us with a smile. She is the best!

He did all the leg work and I had the cruise itinerary, AAA benefits and cost all under 30 minutes. I did the deposit by phone and the AAA agreement all by email. GREAT JOB JEREMY!!

Fantastic experience: I love my local AAA in Wooster. The staff is always so friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Ann has been a fantastic person to work with. I was planning my 5 year anniversary trip and had many ideas of places to go and Ann was so patient and answered all my questions. We finally decided on Disney World and Ann made picking a hotel and package so easy and got everything booked for us!! My husband and I can't wait for our trip!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new building! My husband and I loved how everything was at our fingertips (maps, tour books, etc.). The staff was more than accommodating. We have been AAA members for years and stopped in to get a few maps, etc. for our trip to Tennessee. We were more than satisfied!!!
