Fantastic experience: Awesome tour to the Christmas Markets with Jensen McKay tours. Our tour guide, Camille Ostler, was knowledgeable and provided additional places to visit in the areas where we had free time. This company has reasonable prices, good tour guides, and is a good value.

Fantastic experience: I have dreamt of going to Ireland my entire life. When I turned 58 I decided that that’s what I wanted to do for my 60th birthday and so I saved and planned. As the date was approaching, I realized I really did not know how to plan the trip. That’s when I was told about Jensen Mckay Tours and that they were going where I wanted to go, which also included Scotland. Even better!! I can honestly say that after all these years of thinking that Tours were not my thing, going on this tour has changed that opinion. Removing the hassle of planning, organizing and implementing was a relief. Having educated and friendly, funny guides was great, but to also have a gracious host that truly cared about our concerns, hopes, and expectations, put the cherry on top of a really good sundae!!! I was relaxed when I would have otherwise stressed. That’s a vacation!! Thank you Jelina, for providing/hosting an amazing and memorable experience.

Each of our tour hosts, Camille Grand European and Kenna France, ensured each trip went off without any hiccups. We had a great time and with small groups it’s easy to make friends along the way. Fantastic experience: Had a great time on our Panama tour. This was our first trip with Jensen McKay Tours. We wanted to start out with a smaller one to see if we would like the whole guided tour thing. My wife and I had a blast. Our guide Jelina was great; she was upbeat and fun the whole trip. She was even able to spring a few extras with the hotel to help a few of us go on an unscheduled tour on our free day. Trip was well planned start to finish. My wife and I are already looking for where to go next with them.

Fantastic experience: I just came home from my trip to China. I had a wonderful time with my fellow travelers exploring Beijing, Xian, Guilin and Hong Kong. Fantastic experience: I just returned from a glorious week in Switzerland with Jensen McKay Tours. It was an amazing trip! It was the number one place on my bucket list and their tour helped make it a dream come true. Hunter was an excellent host. He has high energy, is super friendly and accommodating to all the age groups in our group. We had a couple of older gentlemen who definitely struggled a little bit with the adventurous schedule but Hunter was so patient with them. He was incredible! He was good with every person in our group. The itinerary was busy but really well planned out. We got to see so many beautiful places. There was a lot of bus travel time which was both a positive and a negative. Positive because it gave us a chance to rest and visit and get to know our fellow travelers and it also allowed us to stay in one hotel the whole time which was so nice to be able to have a home base and to unpack. The negative was simply that it was a lot of driving time. Overall, I would rate the trip, Hunter, and the Jensen McKay tour company a 10+ out of 10!

Fantastic experience: Our Paris/France trip was wonderful. All of the accommodations were first-rate and we had an excellent bus driver. Our two guides were knowledgeable and friendly and we learned so much. We had so much fun as we got to know our group. The food was out of this world. It was a perfect vacation!

Fantastic experience: We just finished a Jensen McKay tour to France. It was terrific! Our host/guide, Kenna, was a delight to travel with and she made sure our trip went off without a hitch. Every aspect of this affordable tour was first rate. We saw sights and had experiences that were so meaningful and memorable. Our friendly and knowledgeable French guides were professionals who used wireless transmitters to fill us in on all the details and the history of the sights we toured. Fortunately, the weather in late March and early April was excellent. This tour should not be missed! Highest recommendations!!

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful first experience as Samantha pulled it all together for my visit to Cuba. This is not a ‘novice’ tour company and I did not experience any issues with a finely-oiled “Jensen McKay Tours.” (It was my “country visited” #103.) Only the government-controlled internet was sporadic—at best. We were warned! The furnished daily meals were excellent selections and often live music by fun musicians was included❗️We enjoyed assisting the Cuban people and staying at a clean, crisp B&B. (2/25)

Fantastic experience: Us four sisters had the best time on our tour to Switzerland. Within 12 days of getting home I had 4 Chatbooks of our trip and this is the copy of the first page of the incredible fun we had! Wish you could hear these photos because the cows and their bells are pretty crazy such a great sound! All the waterfalls and waterfall caves were incredibly loud and so cool. We did lots of walking/hiking and by the end of most days we had 11,000 steps! We loved the beautiful 2 hour cruise all over Interlocken and nearby town lakes. All over the gorgeous mountain sides were cute Switzerland homes dotting the landscape - such an amazing sight! All our hotels were great and our adventures for the day were such exhausting fun and we did pretty crazy stuff, actually really crazy stuff!! The beauty of Switzerland is kind of mind boggling, so so beautiful! We ate yummy breakfasts and fun dinners and lots of ice cream/gelato and great cheese but most of all we ate lots and lots of chocolate!! We had 7 below weather with blowing snow where we were all bundled up and the next adventure had gorgeous flowers with a light jacket - Switzerland had it all. We had the nickname of “the 4 sisters!” This trip we flew, went by bus, several types of trains, gondolas and trams. We sat in the last two rows of the bus and we were continuously laughing, we sure love each other!! People would make the comment all the time “you guys are so fun!” We are so thankful we got to take this amazing trip together-Jensen McKay Tours

It was so fun to be with a group and make friends as were exploring, and also so nice to have guides all the time to ask questions when I wanted to understand more about the countryside, the food, the people, the history, it was just great. We were a small group of nine and it was perfect. It was the right amount of hand holding. We felt free to explore with the group or on our own. We will be back for another Jensen and McKay tour in October as we head to Iceland. The hosts are great and selected accommodations we perfect. What an awesome vacation!

This company is extremely responsive to all questions and they continually keep us up to date on everything we need to know for our trip. Their prices are reasonable and they take good care of their clients. I highly recommend this company for travel and I can't wait to take another tour with them.

Fantastic experience: Iceland was an amazing trip. McKenna was our guide. She loves this country and shared that love with us. We loved the scenery, trying to pronounce Icelandic names, and trying foods the people enjoy everyday. McKenna made sure the sites we visited had several levels of difficulty. We chose what we felt we could do and always felt great about what we were able to see. Walking through the tectonic plates and taking a duck boat onto the Glacial Lagoon were highlights. Eating rye bread made from geothermal ovens by the lake was yummy. Trying black crust pizza required a second trip! So many fun experiences. We truly loved this trip and would recommend it to others.

The accommodations are just right and the pacing of the day trips are geared to how active you'd like to be. They choose sites that usually have breakfast and dinner. So nice not to worry about food!!

Fantastic experience: I went on a tour to the holy land for 10 days with Alan McKay. Even though I don’t have the words to explain how amazing the trip was, I will try to. Alan was the best tour guide. He explained that he has been to Israel almost 50 times. He is so attentive and knows so much about the history and culture about the places that he has been. He was hilarious as well! I would not recommend going on a holy land trip without him! He is fantastic and knows how to plan the trip down to every last detail. What a pleasure, it was so worth it!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful trip to Panama. Our tour guide was McKenna and she was beyond amazing! She made sure everyone was taken care of and bent backwards for anyone if needed. She always had a smile on her face, and was always professional and very personal. We loved traveling with her and cannot wait to do more trips with her. The trip was well planned with lots of different activities. We had some extra free time as well, what was a little too much "free time" for us, but McKenna made sure we had something to do those times. We truly enjoyed our latest trip with this company.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from South Africa. What an amazing experience at a reasonable price, which amazingly included the airfare. The accommodations and food were good, the local guides were very helpful, and the sights amazing—especially Kruger National game preserve. Being close up to wild animals in their natural environment was surreal. I want to give a special thank you to our escorts, Kevin and Camille Shosted. Fantastic experience: Went to China with them several years ago, they were amazing! I had such a great time. They made some of the best stops, we saw the terracotta warriors, the great wall, a really cool city in the mountains and got to roam the city for days. It was one of the best trips if not the best I've ever taken. Loved going with these guys. They also do a really good job with hotels, buses and just make the experience so much fun!

Positive experience: Well planned tour that provided good services and food. The safaris were spectacular. The main problem encountered was the first flight from LAX to Amsterdam in which the economy seats were EXTREMELY small and tight on KLM Airlines-this was a hazard due to the tightness of the seating-it was next to impossible to get out of our seats to go to the restroom, etc. We were packed in for 10 hours. The remaining parts of the trip went well.
