Negative experience: This is in regard to their Umrah package. Expect no itinerary, lack of communication, having to wait a few hours before every group event due to lack of organization, and no Andalous representative with you during your travel. You will be handed over to some other group throughout the entirety of your trip. You ask Andalous for help, they tell you to talk to their contact that's traveling with you. You ask the contact for help, they tell you to take it up with your agency. It's beyond frustrating. Paid for: 02-17-23 to 02-25-23 JFK issue and rescheduled to: 02-20-23 to 02-28-23. Lost our 5 star hotel reservation ad Madina. Told we can either accept the new dates or request a refund and only get back the plan ticket, which is less than half of the cost of the package. After completing our Umrah and getting to the airport on 02-28-23 to get our ticket, we find out (from our ticket!) that we are now returning to DC instead of JFK and have a 48 hour layover in Egypt, with no details of hotel accommodation. As a result, one person paid $1k to change his flight. The rest of us had to figure out how to get from DC back home. I had to rent a car and drive 5 hours and miss two additional days of work. When we try calling the agency, they forward us to their contact in Egypt who is suppose to be helping us, but also tells us to deal with it. We were stranded at the Egyptian airport until we were finally given 8 rooms for 23 people. Then we had to pay for a visa to get to the hotel. Then we find out, we only got a the rooms for 24 hours, so we basically had to loiter around the hotel lobby and the airport for the remaining 24 hours. While all of this is happening, the owner sent us several messages to the group chat yelling at us for being unreasonably angry, and asking everyone to deal with it and be grateful. Horribly horrible horrible experience that I do not wish on anyone. Expect absolutely no assistance if something goes wrong.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Hajj dress agency was one of the best I have ever had, I sent my mom with him to Hajj, he took care of her as if she was one of his family, he looks after my mom, he was there to guide her and help her whenever is needed, he didn't mind taking time even at busy hajj time to call me and let me know that my mom is ok. He cares about each individual in his group as if they were his family. My mom said Hajj Driss is the best Jazah llaho khayran. I don't think there is enough word to thank him for what he did for my mom. I will like to recommend him to anyone traveling or going to Hajj, because he is reliable, he will answer his phone if you have any issues, he is not one of the people who vanish when there is problem. It was pleasure traveling with his agency and I will do it if Ihave the chance again, I would recommend him to anyone who want safe and trouble free travel. Negative experience: Customer service is lacking. You are kept on hold and forgotten. All they had to do was change my name. Three calls made before my travel date and they said they could not do it. After missing my flight because of this issue, they emailed a message that it was done. Never again

Fantastic experience: Best travel agency!!! Staff are courteous and friendly and very helpful. Always responsive and accommodating to every request. More competitive than any other travel agency. I use them every time we travel...I've been using them for many many years, I had reservations always on time no issues. Very competent! I even called them from overseas to change my flight and they were very helpful.. I highly recommend Andalous Travel. Staff are great! Khadija, Rita, Jamila and Elhaj himself is great.

Negative experience: This is the worst travel agency I have ever seen, I had used them in the past , they were not bad ,but this past summer they ripped me off, the price was so high , plus I missed my flight and tried to reach them, the phone kept ringing with no answer, I had to spend the night in New York city , I paid 250 dollars for the hotel plus cab and food expenses, the next day I was able to get in touch with the employee, I told him about my problem he charged me another 360 dollars so I can catch the plane that night meanwhile another lady the same thing happened to her she had to pay 110 dollars only, no more these thieves
