Negative experience: This non-NBA company misled my family and charged us $700 despite having official staff tell us the charge would be refunded. They completely ruined my birthday. I'll provide more detail on my story below, but I wanted to share 3 very important takeaways from my really frustrating experience with them that left me without $700 and a couple weeks of really terrible customer service that boiled up on my actual birthday morning. To summarize they claimed that workers with NBA Experience badges and apparel on at the NBA Experience front desks at the main experience hub were not actual employees and could not make refund promises (even though they did), so my refund request was invalid despite me completely changing my Sunday plans. 1.) Business Dishonesty and Lack of Transparency and Responsibility - This was the most frustrating part of my experience with them. I paid NBA Experiences over $700 for an NBA Champions Club experience. Unfortunately, due to a flight cancelation, this experience was no longer possible for being redeemed and I contacted NBA Experiences weeks in advance about it. No response at all despite 5-6 calls, a couple emails and several voicemails. I took matters into my own hands and reported the issues in-person to an NBA Experiences desk the day before my experience explaining my guest could no longer make it and if they're provide a full or partial refund for the $700. They verbally agreed to the full refund and that I would be receiving an email about the situation. Fast forward to the next day where I hadn’t gotten any sort of email, I called NBA Experiences guest services and the same rep Kalah picked up explaining she would investigate the situation. This was while my actual experience was happening which was a two-hour timed event. I had already made other plans because of the refund promise and I could not leave my two young kids (6 and 4) by themselves, and even if I wanted to, there were no ins/outs at the NBA convention we were at. Guest services explained I needed to wait for a decision, never mentioned it was 100% certain it wouldn’t be refunded, and allowed my event time (and $700 that we paid) to expire that afternoon just before the NBA All Star Game. Fast forward further on my actual birthday morning on Feb 18, guest services had the nerve to finally get back to me and let me know a refund would not be honored because the NBA Experience workers I had talked to were actually contractors and had no authority to make any refund decisions. How was I supposed to know that? Why did all of these calls, emails and work happen allowing this event (and my $700 paid) to expire without NBA Experiences taking full ownership of the confusion of the situation for who they hired? This is simply unacceptable and not showing any sort of transparency or responsibility for the situation. Had the NBA Experiences reps on-site told me something else, I could have found an additional way to make the event I paid for and better planned out my birthday. Instead, I was left with a $700 charge where I did NOT get what I paid for and was LED TO BELIEVE that a refund has been done. 2.) Their customer experience "team" consists of just one person responding back to calls and voicemails. Every phone call I made to NBA Experiences was always to the same person, even after they required me to leave a voicemail. 3.) Extremely High Prices without any benefit to early birds - Prices for all most events, notably NBA Experience ones, were extremely pricy when they were first presented to me, an NBA season ticket holder, but they got rapidly cheaper (about 50-60% cheaper) as you get real closer to the end date. People might think they're saving a lot when purchasing a package early, just like it's mostly the case for Ticketmaster, but that is incorrect. There's also no price protection, making the most hardcore people pay way more than the ones who want to casually go a few days prior. I am extremely angry at the way I have been treated and misled here and will be pursuing further options to ensure this get resolved.

Negative experience: After our first call, I never heard from Kevin Livingston at QuintEvents again. I left a message for his director, Nick Spirito regarding Kentucky Derby tickets and no return call. If professionalism and customer service are important to you, I don't recommend this company.

Negative experience: We purchased tickets for NHL all star weekend in Miami. We purchased the club level package. Which on their website included club seats to both the skills competition, a red carpet experience at the beach for meet and greets with players and on the day of the game a 3 hour little party before the game at one of the bars there. Now we normally get seats on the glass so this was different for us but the price seemed worth it to get to the front of the red carpet experience. Well after getting atleast 5 emails of the package and instructions where to meet for the event we get there and are told we were not on the list and it was not included in our package. I told them they were wrong showed them the emails and the package listed on their own site. They refused us entry to the event. Never would I ever have paid what we paid for club seats with no perks at the seats. They then responded to my email and said of you can go get a picture with the Stanley cup which we had done for free at the beach event already. They were not apologetic or even helpful. So buyer beware because even if you have in writing what you purchased they will still scam you.

Negative experience: Drake was my representative buy f1 experience, he gave me such a bad experience and he was not willing to help me at all. All he cares about is to sell you package and get commission. Firstly he never made it clear that if I purchase tickets from an agent it will be refundable & he never mentioned ant insurance which is crazy if you are purchasing 17K package you would definitely get a insurance. I couldn't go to my grandprix due to family emergency and when I tried calling him he was not responsive and he was like I will have my manager to call you back and they manager didn't call me back until 1 month after. Drake was you can try RESALE your tickets yourself but I can't do anything. The are the worse team ever.

Negative experience: How is there nobody to answer my call about my f1 ticket package i bought for Miami back in January and I still haven't received tickets for? And then when you go to call and press the option to purchase a package it actually rings instead of going straight to voicemail but you just end up with a front desk woman who takes your info and says "someone will get back to you." So you have a human voicemail system and an automated voicemail system to respond to customer inquiries...come on now.

Negative experience: Do not use this company. Have a terrible refund policy. They use a third party company to refund tickets. Purchasing tickets with the refundable option is a waste of money. Company claims travel cancellations is a refundable option but then decides to change mind once all paperwork is submitted. Multiple flights cancelled due to weather with winter storm. All flight itinerary was submitted as proof. Still rejected refund.

Negative experience: Not sure about all experiences, but these guys (salesman Matt Gumbel) contacted me several weeks after an event went on sale and tried to sell me tickets at a furiously jacked-up price (tickets were available from $49; his STARTED at $199). I never gave quintevents my contact info, meaning they purchased it from somewhere. Be wary about purchasing through them without doing diligence in researching price (as I write this, there are still official tickets left for this event at $84. They're marking up over 100%). When I reached out to ask about the increase and why I'm now hearing from them, I got no response from Matt. Shady shady.

Negative experience: We purchased top level tickets through “COTA Experiences” owned by QuintEvents at the turn of our choice at the Austin Formula1 Grand Prix for $740 a piece. When we received our tickets we received lower level seating (priced at $530). Although disappointed by our less than ideal seats we knew there would be no way to change it given the GP was sold out. Instead we contacted F1 experiences for a refund of the difference between the ticket prices. After 4 phone calls (and being told specific times we would receive calls back without getting called) and 3 emails, we finally spoke with a representative. We were told that this company buys tickets in bulk and you just get what you get. When we asked why we then paid for top level the explanation was “well you didn’t want any of the other F1 Experience packages”. Huh? Doing less through the company shouldn’t result in an up charge and we should either get the tickets we paid for or be refunded for the difference. We are going to dispute the charges through our credit card company as this is essentially fraud.

Negative experience: Customer service very unprofessional - haven’t heard of how to interact with clients Don’t ever choose refund option - waste of money as they just blandly and arbitrarily refuse to refund. It’s really up to their own interpretation what constitutes a situation under T&Cs which is super silly. The customer service people are also pretty u helpful and useless - their responses are basically robotic and the same. Super unhelpful. Would give less than 1 star if possible to be honest. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: I had to call 3 times the week of my purchased event, only to find out, that spectators weren't permitted. They never alerted me, about no spectators. It's now 3 days shy of a month since agreed refund, and i have still have not received it.

Fantastic experience: I have attended the HOF enshrinement ceremony through Quint Events for YEARS and each year as a new package becomes available, I click on as soon as I can. The packages are worth the dollars for sure. AND THE CUSTOMER Care is off the charts. I always feel comfortable during the events and before and after. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Will is the best answering multiple questions (and I always have a lot of questions). I have attended events hosted by other companies and have been VERY DISAPPOINTED. I even told one, they needed to go to Quint Events class.

Fantastic experience: We have been to many Formula 1 races. Started with my father at 5 years old. My wife and I have been with F1 Experiences three times in the past four (Covid-19 was to be Monaco). All have been partnered with Matt Telisso. Matt was upfront about everything from costs to various programs such as Paddock Club, Legends and Amber Lounge etc. We have had fabulous experiences with your guys and especially Matt. Fantastic experience: I have used Quintevents for two Kentucky Derby trips, A breeders cup and a PGA players championship. All four events went exactly according to plan. I was given a detailed itinerary up front. Our hotel rooms were always what we were expecting. The tickets and extras that we bought were always great. Overall we have always had a great time at events that we planned through Quintevents. Kentucky Derby 2019 was our favorite. The Turf Club and Barnstable Brown tickets were the best experience I believe you can have at the derby. Myrick has always been easily accessible and helpful. We will be using Quintevents again.

Fantastic experience: I booked the LSU-Clemson National Championship through Quint Events, Myrick Parker was my agent. I checked out several other event coordinators reviews, pricing, etc and chose Quint Events because they provided the best of everything. We booked hotel, game tickets and activities through Quint Events. It EXCEEDED our expectations! Everything went as smooth and perfectly as possible. Our hotel was very nice and in a Great location. We picked up our tickets and got this very fancy package with drawers of goodies in it! The hospitality suite in the superdome before the game was AMAZING - live jazz band, Bloody Mary bar, Bananas Foster bar, and then we even got to pick a gift from a gift suite! It was a ONCE IN A LIFETIME experience to see my team WIN and I couldn't be happier with booking with Quint Events!!!! I WILL use them again for any events I attend. One thing to add - the communication I received before, during and after the event was timely and very useful. Working with Myrick was so easy! I HIGHLY recommend Quint Events!!!!

Fantastic experience: I purchased a SB experience as a Christmas gift. The evening was amazing and well organized. Myrick was amazing at helping me plan the surprise. We were so happy that we purchased a diamond HOF induction package that was unfortunately canceled due to covid. Their communication and responsiveness during the pandemic was amazing. We can't wait for life to be back to normal again so we can ejoy their events. We will never do a sports event with anyone other than them again. Great company and Myrick is A++++

Fantastic experience: Andrea and all the ladies and gentlemen at Derby Experiences have been both professional and warm and inviting to work with over the past years I have needed their services. Whether it is your first time at the Derby and need everything explained, or you grew up at Churchill Downs, they bring great value to what would otherwise be a very confusing process. Fantastic experience: Hi! My first experience with Andrea Stumler & QuintEvents was American Pharoah’s Breeders’ Cup at Keeneland. Thanks to Andrea, I have a treasured memory. My seats were at the Finish Line: when Victor Espinoza gave the thumbs up when he crossed the Finish Line, I felt it was given to me!!! I have had several Breeders’ Cup Experiences, all arranged by Andrea, and all perfect!!! Then, I decided to get brave and go to The Kentucky Derby in 2018 & 2019. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. Then, 2020 happened. I had my Package, and, of course, The Derby was postponed. Andrea kept me informed about everything. Then, as the new date approached, Churchill Downs made the decision there would be no fans. I was crushed; however, it was the wise decision. Again, Andrea kept me informed and worked with me. I am now booked for 2021. I have complete confidence in QuintEvents/DerbyExperiences/Breeders’CupExperiences. Andrea is the absolute greatest at her job: she knows my needs/wants and fulfills them. I go to these events because I absolutely love horse-racing. As stated above, I am booked for the 2021 Kentucky Derby and the 2022 Breeders’ Cup. We recently were faced with the cancellation of an F1 Experiences event due to Covid-19 and F1 Experiences have been fantastic; explaining what was happening, presenting options, keeping us informed and now re-booking for 2021. Fantastic experience: QuintEvents COVID19 response has been exemplary thus far and all customers were offered a fair refund and credit policy. Most other businesses in this sector shut the door on their customers and would not even pick up the phone. Continuing to provide a safe environment for all customers onsite attending the very limited number of events taking place with fans has been top priority and clients already started to return to the Formula One tracks. Negative experience: If you need any response from management at this organization, dont expect that anyone will ever call you back. They really dont seem to care about customer service whatsoever.

Negative experience: These guys are ticket thieves! They are completely bogus and if something happens they are not helpful. Buyer beware and I would avoid them like the plague. We are yet to get anybody on the phone as we can';t get a refund for our tickets on our sports event that was canceled because of the shutdown.

Negative experience: They are not providing refunds on CV19 related items. If you have that issue, file a complaint here with the Attorney General in North Carolina. (just google them and file a complaint form) It's wrong what the are doing.

Negative experience: I wish I would have red reviews before working with QuintEvents. The staff I agree is friendly and prompt but this company is on the shady side. I purchased tickets to the 2020 Kentucky Derby for over $1700 which was supposed to be a great Christmas surprise, however we had some major life changes occur that is preventing us from being able to attend the event. I spoke with Raven from QE about a refund as my tickets to this very popular event will be resold. Which she said yes they will be resold and we will move your reservation to 2021 which again we will not be able to attend as we will have a 6 month old baby by that time. Raven understood my logic in the tickets being resold but they would not give me a refund. She had a sales rep call me and he again told me they would be reselling my tickets for 2020( I have this recorded as I was on my work line) and also agreed they would sell quickly but still would not give me a refund because it is a sporting event?? An event I never even received the tickets for and is more than 6 months away. I stated I had been refunded for sporting event tickets in the past and he said they cant give me a refund because it is one of the top 3 sporting events in the world... uhh what? Which again only further drives home the fact that they are reselling a very wanted item. The tickets to my package are sold out. He said I could resell them myself but yet I don't even have the tickets so how is that even possible? I've disputed the charges on my credit card so hopefully that gets me somewhere.

Negative experience: Just attended the Masters. Great time at the course, HOWEVER, QE for the money lets us down in many ways. Not a good value for the cost...actually extremely expensive. Would suggest shopping around, certainly more professional tournament organizers around. Beware, this is a bare bones offering and extremely COSTLY!!!

Negative experience: The staff where friendly and responsive. The website is informative. I would have easily given a 5 star review. But I only gave two stars in hopes that other first timers would read this review and be prepared. The host's locations is a 7-10 minute walk from the free Master's parking lot. But it is a good 20-25 minute walk from the first tee. It is unreasonable to think you will be able to get back and forth throughout the day for the "free" food and drinks. Quintevents could easily remedy this problem by opening early and closing later to allow their clients to enjoy more of these food and drink options of the package. I had a scoop of eggs while racing to the course and never managed to make it back in time to eat in the evenings. The bar was still open, but I only had time for 1 drink before I was being rushed our the door for closing time. I would have felt that the large cost had more value if I could have enjoyed a relaxing dinner after coming off the course. IN SHORT... QUINTEVENTS, if you are going to charge such a large fee for the food and drinks, then keep your facility open longer so your clients can enjoy these amenities without missing any of the golf. Otherwise, great experience.

Fantastic experience: The greatest and most sincere group of people, they'll go above and beyond to make sure you're all squared away! If you ever need to travel and want to make a big event, quintevents are the real deal. Many thanks guys!
