Fantastic experience: I had bought tickets through fiza twice now and I was pleased at how smooth the process was each time. I booked one flight on a Friday and then wanted to change it, Sarfraz was able to change my flight with ease and kindly reassure me that weekends don’t affect 24hr ticket change rule! Nice to know:) Great customer service, not a scam, and I find the bad ratings hard to believe… three of the 1 star reviews include the same name fiaz in their google user so I wouldn’t be surprised if all the 1 stars are from the same person with multiple accounts. I would not pay attention to those reviews!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with Mr. Sarfraz Zaidi of Fiza travel since mid 1990's. During all my dealings with him I have found him very polite, courteous and business like professional. I am a very frequent international flier with a minimum of two trips per year. He always manages to get you the fares which are the best: Better than even dealing direct with the airlines. At least on two occasions I had to contact him from Istanbul and Islamabad about seating and overlay difficulties and he was right there to assist and take care of the the problem. It is like problem is HIS after that. And it didn't matter that it was a weekend. In all fairness and honesty, what else anybody would really want of him.

Fantastic experience: In touch with Sarfaraz for years. All of my relatives get his help for tickets and amendments in flights and have never thought of switching to anyone ever. Due to covid, my second flight after transit got messed up and I asked for his help knowing that it was almost impossible but to my surprise, he called with a positive response. And to everyone accusing him of bribes or frauds or extra money, it is his right to ask for service charges or else why is he even running this business? Service charges is for the work that he does for us, finding flights, calling airlines, arguing foe our easiness etc. Kindly be patient!! Fantastic experience: I have been buying tickets for pakistan from this agency. I have never met this guy , we have only spoke over the phone and things were taken care of. Beside tickets he has always given advice for many issues regarding traveling. Regardless of visa or passport issues ,consulate guidance or Especially last year when it was hard to get covid testing for last minute flights, he referred some doctors who were very helpful. I cant remember how far back i have known the agency but has to be over 10 years atleast and never ever had an issue.

Not only does he find us the best deals but he always ensures that he is available to answer any questions that may come up. We were in Pakistan during the time India had crossed into Pakistani airspace. Due to heightened tensions all flights were canceled however, Sarfaraz was in contact with my family and I while we were in Pakistan and ensured we were able to leave on our scheduled flight while other friends and family members who booked their tickets through other channels were still stuck in Pakistan almost 2 weeks after their departure date. Would recommend Sarfaraz to anyone looking for a great travel experience.

Negative experience: I had purchased tickets from them for a family trip, due to coivd19 suitation the trip was canceled at no fault of ours. when I requested refund, he was being rude, sarcastic and belittling me. He has no respect for women. He wants us to pay more money and had no timelime for our return. I just wants everyone to be aware of this scam of a business, looks like all positive reviews was paid .

Negative experience: I bought qatar airways tickets from Fiza Travel (guy name Sarfraz). Due to Covid-19 I have to change the date for return flights that were available online but Fiza Travel didn't responded ontime. I called Qatar Airways directly and they changed it. After that Sarfraz took it personally as he was not able to take advantage of situation. Due to Covid situation in Pakistan the flights got canceled and Fiza Travel refused to help in refund, instead Sarfraz again tried to take advantage of the situation and told some sarcastic "radio and screw driver" example. This Travel service is a scam !
