Fantastic experience: We booked Disney and Universal through Pure Joy for Nov 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to move the trip to Nov 2024. Caitlyn was patient and amazing with making the adjustments including ensuring we had our lightning lanes for Disney, character meals, transportation to the Universal hotel and to the airport. Taryn spoke highly of Caitlyn and how well she planned her family trip of 5, so I knew Caitlyn would be a great fit for our trip of 8 people. After sending an inquiry on her page, Caitlyn reached out the next day eager to help us. We had a unique trip as this was a dance related trip for our girls plus their first time going to Disney World! Fantastic experience: HIRE PURE JOY TRAVEL. Just do it. We first started working with Caitlyn in June of 2022. Caitlyn planned the most epic Disney adventure for my family for February of 2023. As a native Floridian who hadn’t been back to Disney in over a decade, I knew I needed all the help I could get. Let’s be real, you need a rocket science degree to figure out all the things Disney these days. Everything was smooth sailing until our whole family got a vicious bug and we had to cancel DAYS before. Caitlyn took care of literally everything and all I needed to do was focus on my kids. She is extremely knowledgeable and creative in how she worked with us to handle the family splitting up into two separate hotels and coordinating all of our park days and meal reservations.
