Fantastic experience: My trip to Dubai with Trippin Travel was amazing from beginning to end. The itinerary was packed with places to visit, things to do and food to eat (all inclusive with the exception of a few meals and separate excursions). Transportation was provided to all venues. Private shuttles (reasonably priced) were available during free time. Our hotel accomodations 5 stars. Shuttles to and from the airport, awesome. Shout out to the staff for a trip well planned and executed.

Fantastic experience: I traveled to Dubai with Trippin Travel 8/2023, and it was the best vacation i have ever had! And i have travel abroad many places. Trippin Travel did everything Top Notch, Elegant, It was like i was Royalty! This trip was all inclusive and after paying for my trip and the extra excursions i chose i didn't need any extra money for nothing! They fed us 3 full course meals everyday including drinks! The places we went touring this country was planned to the highest of expectation. From the Hotel Paramount, Dinner in the sky (Food was Delicious), Desert Sleep Over (Pool Party was Lit), The Atlantis (Elegance), Yacht (All White Party), The Burj khalifa (Farewell Dinner), The Mosque, Future Museum, and etc. If you want to experience the BEST when you travel Trippin Travel is all that and some! I'm booking my next adventure today with Trippin Travel for The 2024, 30th Essence Festival! I will never use any other travel agency! Carla Adams

Fantastic experience: I traveled with Tripping Travel to Dubai 2023 and it was absolutely amazing!!! from the beginning of the trip to the very end of the trip. To be completely honest they have exceeded my expectations. The Tripping Travel team members were very respectful attentive, kind, courteous, and very, very organized. They are many people on the TT team and you could reach out to any one of them if you need help with something or if you have a question, they actively listen and genuinely tries to help. Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to book with Trippin Travel for 2023 Essence Festival. The package was terrific. They were well organized and our flights were delayed and they kept in communication with us to ensure we were able to pick up our items(wristbands , concert tickets, T-shirt, flask, etc.,,) for the trip. I really enjoyed Only1_djswop, he was one of the best DJ’s for the entire event. The main DJ would not play the song that I requested and began to reprimand me over the mic for asking for a song by Migos. That is my only complaint out if the entire trip. But the Trippin Travel team was great. Everything was so well put together! Kudos to TT, they are definitely a great team to book with with your travel needs.

Negative experience: You was the worst trip I ever went on in my whole life? You need to give my sister and my cousin. They're money and they're bad that they were supposed to receive there bag og junk you never sent the bag. No one's from you agent ever call me back.stop email me you Stole money from my family Give it back.emails return You know who you ripped off. We went with you on that trip in June of 20th. 22 to Jamaica refund their money. And my sister who went with me you need to. You had a sitting in New York for 14 hours. Never contact me again return the money.

Fantastic experience: We were booked and paid for Essence Festival 2020 and the Pandemic shut it down. They were good at keeping us informed as well as issuing refunds. All around top tier customer service. I really like this company and the way that they handle business. We're booking Essence 2023 today through them. They have so many other trips to choose from and great payment options.

Positive experience: This was my first experience with Trippin' Travel. The online access for monthly payments was easy and the events they had planned were very nice. My only complaint was the guests... They seem very stuffy and cllickish. I had more fun with the Trippin' Travel staff than I did with the guests. Maybe it was just me but after spending 3 days together, It would have been nice to think me and the other guests vibed well and we just didn't. I felt like I was with a bunch of strangers.... no connection.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience. I loved how the payments were easy to make monthly, T-shirt, clear backpack, my hotel and everything advertised was provided. Next time our group will organize our time better. It was so much going and some things conflicted with the concert or convention center experience and we were unable to make all the wonderful things that was in the package. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go through Trippin Travel for their future Essence Festival package.

Positive experience: This was my 1st Essence Festival visit and my 1st Trippin' Travel experience. From beginning to end everything was spot on and professional. When traveling with an agency and your coins, you expect top flight service. Trippin' Travel, delivered excellent service. While we could have done without the Party Bus (our hotel was across the street from The Fillmore) and the trip to the gas station to get ice (LOL). The HIGHLIGHT was the Juvenile Concert.... Chillllllle , I literally stepped back into "99-2000". I danced and rapped ALL NIGHT! Thank you for a great experience my girls and I , will be using Trippin Travel in the near future.
