Fantastic experience: So, I wanted a special spring break trip to Paris for my 11 year old granddaughter. I asked Lauren to handle the whole trip for me. Lauren put together a dream trip for us. It was perfect in every detail. We did tours that included The Louvre, Notre Dame, dinner at the Eiffel Tower, a dinner cruise on the Seine, walking food tour, a baking class by a lifelong French chef, and a ballet performance at the Paris opera hall. All arranged and handled by Lauren. This is the second perfect trip that Lauren has handled for me. Now it is time to think about the next trip for Lauren to plan for me !!!

The proven pixie dust came on the front end with the help of Jenifer Gresham who helped us plan and prepare for two magical excursions , a Disney Cruise in 2018 and an epic Disney World Spring Break in 2022. She was always available to answer questions, send reminders, and do above and beyond research for questions she didn't immediately have the answers to. She promptly worked her magic and (literally) within a couple of days we were on a flight to the breathtaking Sandals South Coast resort. It was truly an island paradise oasis! Fantastic experience: The Carnival Mardi Gras provided a safe and enjoyable cruise environment for our 9 year old grandson and us to explore together. So much to do for all ages including Camp Ocean, Water Works (slides) and a Ropes course. Top notch food and entertainment every day.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try using a travel agent for the first time for a trip to Italy because when I was looking at flights and hotels I was getting completely overwhelmed. Based on what I was finding, Southern Travel found me a vacation package that saved me at least a thousand dollars for flights and hotels. We also stayed at the best hotel you could find in Florence. My only request to Southern Travel was to be close to the train station (which we were) but we had the best surprise in finding that our hotel also had a rooftop bar with amazing views. They helped me figure out tours ahead of time and logistics of getting to and from the airports (I live in New Jersey). I will definitely save myself the stress next time I travel to Europe and just use Southern Travel to plan the trip.

Fantastic experience: Jane did a great job of booking the air and hotel arrangements. The hotels chosen in Ireland were all excellent!! She also went out of her way to assist us with a travel arrangement changes and cancellations due to emergency family situation. Job well done!

Fantastic experience: We have used Jane Roberson's exemplary services on three European trips and a cruise package to Alaska. Our trips include private tours and transfers which all have been most professional. Jane's attention to detail and while we travel is exceptional. Several times when abroad she has texted us with help and advice for flight delays and such even making calls and arrangements for us! We will soon be planning our fifth trip with Jane because of her professional services.

My sons graduation present could not have went better starting with Southern Travel Agency's Lauren Kerbelis. I highly recommend anyone planning a vacation to start with Lauren. NCL Prima is less than 1 year old and a beautiful ship. Consider booking your own flights but if you don't want to spend time with airlines, NCL packaging seemed to save $$.

Fantastic experience: My family has been using Lauren for almost 10 years and she is absolutely the BEST! We just returned from a 7 night cruise on Adventure of the Seas. Our family crew consisted of 24 people ranging for 2 to 87. Our rooms with balconies were the largest we have ever had on a cruise. Lauren arranged everything from booking the cruise, room assignments, dining selection, hotel the night before and transfers for everyone that flew. Also, we had champagne waiting in every stateroom when we arrived! Lauren is amazing and so sweet to work with. Can’t wait for our next trip so get ready Lauren!

Fantastic experience: Lauren Kerbelis at Southern Travel did all the leg work for my family's dream vacation to the Turks and Caicos. She arranged air fare as well as accommodations at Beaches Resort. I told her how many and what ages and she found just what we needed. All I had to do was answer her questions about what we wanted and she did the rest. Easy peasy!! I needed her help when 4 of our group missed their flight. She answered my call immediately and got right on it...and she was on vacation herself. I plan to use Southern Travel for all my trips. They're the best.

Positive experience: Asked to do research. Did not puvery and expertise on the phone. Ending up planning myself.

Negative experience: I can not speak to the booking portion of South Georgia Travel, only the nature concerning a flight previously booked with medical travel insurance included on the flight after booking. The experience is very underwhelming and met with no clarity being able to be provided by office personnel, other than contact the travel insurance carrier. Had that been made known during the original contact, it could have potentially made this flight booking and needed changes much less stressful and expensive. I am very disappointed with the manner in which this particular situation has been handled. I appreciate that the office staff have remained courteous and professional, however, that does not effect a change in what has transpired.

Asked for help organizing a trip for an April vacation... she was going to put some things together for me and send them to my email and give me a call next day or two...I received no phone call and no email

Fantastic experience: Between the amazing amenities and friendliness, we felt completely pampered on our recent honeymoon at Sandals La Source Grenada, planned by Mike at Southern Travel Agency. We couldn’t walk by anyone who worked there without them saying “hello,” and often engaging us in questions on how we liked the island. And the butler service was amazing — we just had to tell our butler what we wanted to do and when, and he made it happen. One afternoon we were surprised with a drawn bubble bath with chilled champagne and shrimp cocktail in our room! We’re already working with Mike to plan a family vacation to a Beaches property next. Fantastic experience: Mike Kerbelis, owner of Southern Travel Agency, was a God-send! My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 20th Anniversary some place tropical. My only criteria was blue water and remote. I looked at the Sandals website but was overwhelmed with the choices and didn't know how to pick the best resort for me. I was also leery of paying a large some of money online. Mike Kerbelis and his staff have been to all of the resorts so they know which ones are the best. He immediately said I needed to go to Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica. It was absolutely perfect! Surrounded by a 500 acre wilderness preserve, it had blue water, an amazing staff, delicious food and romance! And it doesn't cost any more to use a travel agent. They save you money!
