I like the "travel agent" aspect, where an agent was searching for the flights for me, and I am looking forward to having someone looking out for my interests should problems arise with my travel plans; as Nico assures me is part of this service. I liked it that the money was not taken from my account until the transaction was well concluded; I had the tickets in hand and verified. My concerns: This was a very different shopping experience. In view of the amount of money involved my anxiety level was high. It took almost 2 weeks to receive ticket confirmation once Nico and I had agreed to the transaction. Nico had advised me it would take "a couple of days" but I was not prepared for how long it actually took. I would have been more comfortable had I been able to find more reviews regarding this company. I encourage everyone who uses Lets Fly Cheaper to review their experience so there gets to be a reference point. What I would suggest: Let's Fly Cheaper is a good place to Buy tickets, but not an especially good place to "Shop" for tickets. I will use Let's Fly Cheaper in the future but I will be better prepared when I first contact them. Know all your details in advance; departure times, etc., and be prepared to to accept the offer as soon as it is presented. With every itinerary considered, the price goes up.
