Negative experience: The young lady I spoke with was helpful and courteous. The other male staff member was unprofessional and made a disparaging comment regarding the people people of Bridgeport by insinuating that due to the close proximity to our fine city that his car may be stolen. Not all of the citizens of our fine city are criminals.
Fantastic experience: Made my appointment in and out, License renewed! Couldn't ask for better.
Positive experience: This is the place where you can get your ez-pass within few mins in Fairfield, but you need to subscribe for their membership.
Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had triple AAA not only are they rude and not give you the right explanations I ended up having to go there four different times and every time I went, they would give me something else that I need Come When I finally did get it, I have to wait 30 days to get my stupid gold star

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Joan for his excellent service in going above and beyond to ensure I could urgently get my license renewed. With all appointments booked out for weeks at the DMV, I called AAA, and despite a full schedule, Joan made sure to fit me in at this location and was incredibly informative and kind. This level of customer service is rare and deserves to be celebrated. The renewal was quick, easy, and pleasant, all thanks to the team here

Negative experience: Not good. I entered and was told by the woman at front that she would get to me. I sat down, waited 20 minutes, and then the DMV staff asked if they could help anyone. I guess none of us had been "gotten to," so I said I had an 11:05 appointment for Real I.D. Was I next? Finally, with a staff member, she asked for my birth certificate. I had been to this office in April to renew my license, and a friendly employee told me that I needed only a marriage license showing change of names, then I could get the Real ID. I repeated, only that one document. So, I ordered a copy from my 1981 Virginia marriage to my now deceased husband. It was $20 and took six weeks. I went online and got an appointment, waited two weeks, and then got a phone call an hour before the appointment that the state DMV computers were down. I then made another appointment for two weeks later. I take off work again, drive 40 minutes, and then the above happened. There was no discussion. I happened to bring my notebook of my papers, so I presented what I had, but when she reviewed my second marriage license, she said it wasn't acceptable due to a missing corner/damage (my dog had chewed it). At this point, I was ready to explode and cry, but the sign on the counter said to not be disrespectful to the staff. Anyway, I had to tell someone. I've decided to give up and get a passport and leave my license the same. It has 7 years until renewal is required. I started going to AAA because I got so frustrated with our DMV office. How in the world is it possible for people from other countries to get what they need to drive and travel? And why do I get two different sets of instructions from the staff at the same office? I wasn't lying.

Positive experience: Nice little office with small waiting area and decent parking lot. Be prepared to wait even with appointment. If you're renewing driver's license, you will be sent home if your mail is not 90 days or younger and it fits certain criteria. Bills seem to be best. Call to confirm if unsure.
Positive experience: My wife and I went all the way up to Fairfield from New Haven to get real ID when we got there they told us my wife needed for us to get a wedding certificate that was not told to me on the phone for one of the things we needed I was able to get mine but she was not I think that was very unprofessional and we are not happy with the service we got at the Fairfield AAA

Negative experience: This is a nice big office with very little employees to help you waiting time is extensive . AAA is at an all time low these days I called for a tow I was told my membership was not valid even though my card said March 2025 turns out that I was valid just denied

Negative experience: Horrible experience yesterday, and it's not the first time. We requested assistance, waited 2 hours and no one came, they even canceled the call. I called to find out what happened and they opened another call, another hour waiting for assistance. The guy who came to answer was super nice, but the wait for assistance and the follow-up was horrible, with no empathy from the center or management.

Negative experience: I am so mad. My fianced car was hit sometime Friday night or early Saturday morning while I was sleeping. The person not only totalled my car but ran leaving no information. After talking with the police I started my claim with AAA only to get a call this morning from the claims person stating they won't take care of it, that all they can do is see if the police found the person and go after the persons insurance. What's the point of having car insurance on a fianced car...

Negative experience: Was waiting call back to start my policy never head back from Natasha the agent . Then was told quote went up 100$ while she was out sick. Very unprofessional from their teams behalf because another agent could have easily helped while Natasha felt better . The lack of care shows

Negative experience: On Columbus Day I needed a tow... No one at any AAA office was available. I was repeatedly referred to their Website and instructed to choose from a list of garages they provided... I wanted my car taken to my mechanic that I know and trust. Ultimately, I called a local Towing company, who very quickly came out and bought my car where I wanted, even so, it cost me $150.

Negative experience: Complete lack of 6ft social distancing at site. 5 people got within two feet of me. One was an employee without a mask. The person behind the counter was rude to me and did not know what she was talking about I already emailed DMV to complain

Fantastic experience: Cooperative and friendly staff. Efficient. We needed International Driver's licenses for upcoming travel and were able to handle in matter of minutes.
Fantastic experience: Incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable staff at this location. We were there to request replacement membership cards, along with new tour books. We accom- plished all of that and got maps as well as temporary cards. Couldn't ask for a nicer person behind the counter, and she really knew what she was talking about.
Positive experience: took a long long while didn't know what they where doing brought wrong tow truck for a 4 wheel drive vehicle.. waited longer ... finaly a different guy showed up who was very nice and knew what he was doing..

Negative experience: AAA should never have chosen CSAA for the insurance. Never had a worse experience during a claim. Terrible customer service by both AAA and CSAA. Vehicle struck while parked unoccupied in a parking lot half the claim denied.wanted Two deductibles, claiming it must have been two hit and run in one half hour?on the same side of the car, give me a break. They short change you then tell you to complain to the state of Ct if you don't like their decision. Steer clear of this insurance company! What a Disgrace!
