Fantastic experience: I reached out to Heather in January asking her to help me plan my destination wedding. She had planned several of my last vacations and had done a fantastic job! I was so relieved to hear that she also planned destination weddings! She provided amazing options based on my specific requests. Typically destination weddings are planned out at least a year in advance…ours was planned in less than 7 months, which didn’t give our guests much time to plan. Heather worked with each guest individually to coordinate their trip, customizing each booking to their specific needs. She was absolutely amazing to work with. She was thorough and detailed which made this process extremely seamless! She was also able to get us upgraded to Preferred! The trip and wedding were beyond perfect! I am forever grateful for the time, effort, and expertise Heather offered during the wedding planning! I highly recommend Heather for planning your next trip or destination wedding! She is the best!!

Fantastic experience: Amanda Burch was our travel agent. I was told about Amanda by a friend and so happy I used her. I reached out to book a trip to Mexico for my entire family of 14! She listened to all of our wants and needs and sent multiple resorts to look at. She also provided some information with each resort. Amanda asked the resort our special request to room all four families in the same building or close to one another and it happened! She did not guarantee this, but she called the resort again to remind them days before leaving and I’m sure it helped. She sent each family a vacation care package with the itinerary and travel tips/information, which was very kind and thoughtful. Amanda Burch was great and I would definitely recommend! We will use her on every trip from now on.

Fantastic experience: I planned my own honeymoon, but on the day we were supposed to fly, our trip was unexpectedly canceled. I reached out to Amanda Burch, and she quickly helped me plan an entirely new trip very fast when my husband and I were stressed and sad. The experience was amazing, and her assistance was invaluable. A year later, I turned to Amanda again for a trip to Europe, and once again, she did an outstanding job. I highly recommend her!

She helped us understand which resort would be best for us, how to use genie+ and even helped me ensure my tickets/resort were linked to my personal Disney app account. Fantastic experience: I used to always plan my own trips, but it took forever with the endless options these days. So I leaned in for help from an agent and found Heather Huber! I just finished my third trip with her and it was another great success. She's SO responsive, easy-going, checks in and gives added security in case anything goes sideways while abroad. Trip 1: She planned a bachelorette party with multiple departure locations to Cabo San Lucas, Trip 2: Small family trip to Miami, Trip 3: Extended family trip to Punta Cana. Fantastic experience: We have used Amanda Burch for two vacations. One to Tahoe and one to Nashville. Both experiences were absolutely wonderful. She was prompt in answering questions and did all the research and legwork so that all we had to do was show up for a good time! We are using her again for our big anniversary trip this spring to Fiji and she is right there when I need her to answer questions as well as give tips and advice. I always thought I could plan my own vacations and didn’t need a travel agent, but Amanda has made me realize that she can take away all the stress and anxiety by handling the stuff I otherwise probably never would have considered!

Fantastic experience: Just returned from Disney World in Florida. We had a terrific time! Amber Brune was so helpful with our planning and made lots of reservations for us as well. She offered lots of recommendations about how to navigate all the parks and rides and gave wonderful information about restaurants , as well as taking care of setting reservations. Fantastic experience: Jessica Pratt with Vincent Vacations was wonderful to work with for our first trip to Disney World. It was a surprise trip for the kids and Jessica really helped out with planning our stay at the Art of Animation resort for them. We took a group of 10 people on this trip and Jessica made the booking and planning for trip so much easier. Her suggestions on what order to visit the parks and having a "rest day" in the middle of the trip was appreciated and made the trip more enjoyable for everyone. I will not hesitate to have Jessica help plan another vacation for me and my family.

Fantastic experience: Amber Brune with Vincent Vacations was extremely helpful in planning our first trip to Disney World. We were originally set to go in April of 2020, right as the pandemic hit! She was on top of all of the changes, cancellations and closures during this time and kept us informed along the way. We had to reschedule our trip several times and Amber was always very helpful when doing so. We were finally able to enjoy our trip in May of 2022! Amber was very helpful with all aspects of the trip and even called a week before our trip to explain the new Genie+ App and LL features! We will definitely reach out to Amber for any future trips!

Fantastic experience: So I’ve been to Disneyland hundreds of times and thought I could plan a Disney world trip no problem. Not so much. Heather came to my rescue and walked me through everything and helped me book our hotel. She explained the app that Disney uses to me and let me know about things like dining that needed to be planned in advance. She put together an amazing trip for us at an all inclusive in Cabo and gave us all of the “insider information” on restaurants, activities, spa services etc. I’m pretty sure you get the special treatment if you book with her because our room was upgraded! Always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly with my thousand of questions…I loved how she was able to help us with tours and activities during our stay…we had some issues with our flight being cancelled the day before we were supposed to leave but Lindsey was extremely proactive on getting us on the next best flight and we didn’t have to move our trip around too much then we also had an issue with the room on behalf of the hotel but Lindsey was also on top of that as soon as I let her know and she got us a new room, free dinner and late check out from the inconvenience by the hotel…overall I loved my experience with her and would definitely be using her services again in the future and recommend her to my friends!!
