Fantastic experience: A complete scam! Paid for ticket but didn’t receive seat assignments. Said they would get back to me within 2 hours. That was 4 days ago. Of course, I cancelled and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Received an email from FlyFairTravels saying that my cancellation fee was the same as what I paid for my original ticket. Hoping my credit card company refunds my money.
Positive experience: Raymond Brown was very courteous when calling with my boarding pass. I was very leary with the company at first. But at the end of the day I got my tickets not happy with the seats cause it's my husband first time flying, but Raymond said he would check it out for seats together. I honestly would use them again.

Negative experience: Beware – This Company Is a Complete Scam I booked a flight through this company because they offered a cheaper fare. Shortly after booking, I received an email saying my reservation was “under process” – which was already suspicious. The next day, I got a call from a woman speaking broken English, claiming my flight couldn’t be confirmed because there were no more seats available unless I paid an extra $276 to be moved to the main cabin. I really needed to see my family, so I considered it. But when I asked if I could pay with a different card, she said no – red flag #2. I then asked to cancel the flight and get a refund, she got aggressive and said cancellations weren’t possible because I had booked through a third party and if I didn’t pay the additional fee, I would lose all my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she said no, I can’t there's nothing to discuss. She insisted I had to pay or lose the money I apia. At no point did she mention her name, the company’s name, or even where she was calling from – more red flags. I finally told her I’d be filing a lawsuit, and she hung up. Moments later, I received an email stating my flight was canceled and that I had not been charged. Please be careful – this company uses deceptive tactics, pressure, and threats to scam people. Don’t fall for it like I did.

Negative experience: This is a terrible company. Scammers. I booked a flight with Anderson smith. A few days later I had a charge on my credit card to another airline they did I was able to get back my money thru my bank (fraud). Then a few months later I went to check my flight he booked and found out he had cancelled it the day after I made it and Delta said he used his credit card and got my money from the cancellation. Luckily Delta left me book from original price. Because it was past 60 days when I realized what he did the bank could not recover it. I have been months trying to get my money back from this company and this Anderson smith he always not there. Do not use this company. I want to give them a 0 rating but it won't post without picking a star
Negative experience: Absolute scam and coustomer service worst of all time. I booked flight they called me saying I double booked it. I never double booked it I told them and had them check if they send me confirmation for other booking on my email. They didn't have send so it was only one booking and they told me okk so what we gonna do is void that one and cancel you're one too. I ask them why cancel mine they said ohh we can't give you that flight unless you pay 120 dollar for flight conformation. I said no then they said ohh kk so we only gonna return you're half money my flight is in two week. I don't understand how and why they did this. I complain for hour and half to finally make them refund all my money. Even supervisor suck. I have work at fast food so I know how coustomer service fell but getting blame for double booking. Which I never did it was their system fault. They didn't acknowledge that they start asking more money to fix the problem or get half money refund. Absolutely worst. I hope no one book flight through them because they will cancel it on you whenever they fell like it. Book it through priceline I have more success there then this one alone. I pray they go bankrupt. I would love to file complaint but they don't take any complain I call it goes to same person.
