Negative experience: If I could give this Kevin Travel Agency a 0, believe me I would. Having worked for an airline myself, I had never in my life encountered such rudeness, disrespect and unprofessionalism. These women who work at this agency are the most unprofessional, inadequate, incompetent and disrespectful agents and they are a disgrace to the Rio Grande Valley.

Fantastic experience: If I could give them more stars I would! They were very quick to respond to my emails, questions, or concerns that I had. We booked a universal studios vacation in Orlando and it has been the best vacation I've taken in YEARS. I didn't have to worry about anything and the transportation provided was top notch. Negative experience: Called about 5 times answering service took my information never received a call back! Not reliable imagine we need something along the way during our trip Trips look amazing on web page but no feedback perhaps they do business only online?♀️

Fantastic experience: Fernanda planned a trip to Hawaii for my daughter and I , and I have to say that she was the most patient and thoughtful person throughout the whole process! She carefully planned and explained how everything was going to work with testing and Hawaii’s travel rules. She was up to date on everything and even managed to work her magic while we were there!!! With a 5 hour time difference! What dedication to make sure we did everything we wanted and to make sure we had an amazing experience. Truly great customer service! Can’t wait to plan my next trip with her ☺️

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Kevin’s Travel Agency for their service. The whole trip as for transportation, resort, flight, overall exceeded my expectations. I had no hassle what so ever, a five-star from beginning to end. It was an amazing trip and overall was a smooth transition. The paper work that was given was extremely organized, I had no issues.Thank you again for everything. I highly recommend their service. BTW, their service is also fully available online as well in case anyone is worried due to COVID.

Negative experience: Welp so far I’ve been trying to call their office but nobody ever answers I left my email and wanted to see a quote for a vacation but they never responded to that either.
