Fantastic experience: Hoy estuve en esa agencia y la verdad que admiro la paciencia y profesionalismo de la cajera, yo estuve a punto de entrarme en el problema con una pareja de esposos colombianos pedantes que no se necesitaba ser inteligentes para saber que querian sacarle beneficio a la agencia. Fueron super groseros con la empleada, clientes super mal educados y la empleada actúo con clase. Yo envio en esa agencia por años y son muy serios y transparentes. Los recomiendo 100%.
Negative experience: Quiero hacer una denuncia para que la genteno caiga en la trampa de la compañía. El 20 de enero del presente año, llevamos 2 cajas con destino Colombia. No obstante lo anterior las mismas pesaban 13 y 15 kilos, su contenido eran tenis y ropa, valorizados en dinero 810 dolares entre las dos cajas . La compañía nos argumenta que la empresa que lleva el reciclaje cheques y papeleria, por error se llevaron las cajas. Así las cosas la empresa Keily Viajes nos llaman y nos argumentan esa versión, con mi esposa, enviamos las cajas individualmente, de esta Manera la compañía nos dice que nos van a realizar una devolución de dinero de 30, dolares, que es el valor declarado, según la compañía. Nosotros obviamente no estamos de acuerdo porqué tenemos los soportes del valor real de la ropa y tenis, por todo lo anterior la compañía Keily opta por hacernos una devolución en dinero de 231 dólar, a sabiendas que el valor real es el que está allí arriba mencionado. Ahunado a lo anterior ponemos en conocimiento a la gente para que no caiga en la trampa del valor declarado , ese valor viene impreso y la compañía Keily Viajes Y Envíos II, SOLAMENTE HACE DEVOLUCIÓN DEL DINERO en este tipo de casos. La verdad con mi esposa quedamos muy tristes, porque la ropa y tenis eran para nuestros familiares, y ellos estaban entusiasmados. Me despido y pongo esta denuncia para que la gente analice a fondo y no valla a caer en este tipo de atropellos que hacen con la clientele..

Fantastic experience: What a great store and customer service! I love this store because you can literally get done everything in there, they do fax, copies, print anything out from your phone or email, notary public, check cashing and more. I have been sending money with them for over 6 years with no complain. I wouldn't believe any other store! Always a lot of people there, to me they are the number one in Bridgeport.
Negative experience: This Business is used by UPS as an Access Point. They are very careless with the packages, went there twice after UPS left a package and they said they did not have it. Then after almost two weeks when UPS opened an Investigation the package magically appeared. Not to trust.
Thank you for your review but we think you left the review for the wrong place because just how you stated we are NOT UPS, we are a Access Point, so any problem that you have with a package is something you have to deal directly with UPS not with us! We don't have access to track a package or give you details about it. We only hold the packages for 7 days after that we return the packages to UPS, in your review you said the package "magically appeared after almost two weeks", that means that we didn't have your package because we can not keep a package for that long. We've been in business for over ten years as a MONEY transfer agency, we are not going to throw away our reputation and prestige for a package that we don't know what is inside, the word "magically" doesn't exist in our store, nothing can appear or disappear "magically" because we have cameras all over the store. Before posting a review about a store you should know better about the place because you are not our customer and our name, reputation and prestige are worth much more than a package!
