Fantastic experience: First and foremost, I must say we are SO happy we booked Awaysis Travel for our honeymoon. Michelle was incredible. We came to Michelle with an idea of the vibe we wanted for our honeymoon, but didn’t have any specific place in mind. She came up with three itineraries that matched our wants, and we ended up picking Costa Rica. It was an absolute DREAM. We went for seven days, and Michelle had the entire trip laid out from beginning to end, from the flights, to the private transfers to the different five-star resorts, to our chosen excursions. She made sure we got the best out of our trip and had chosen two different parts of the country for our two resorts - one in the middle of the rainforest and one on the coast. Aside from planning our entire vacation for us, she was also readily available should anything come up that we needed assistance with. Our first flight was delayed so we missed our connecting flight; we emailed her mid-flight to see what we needed to do, and by time we landed we were already confirmed on the next flight out. She was so on top of it! We had another incident where I had a medical issue and couldn’t make our excursion on the planned day, and she contacted the company for us and got us rescheduled. We honestly cannot thank and recommend Michelle enough. She was so responsive, kind, and gave us the exact honeymoon we were dreaming of. The next time we plan a vacation, we will absolutely choose Awaysis Travel for our planning!

Fantastic experience: Michelle helped us to plan an amazing Alaskan cruise for our family on Norwegian. We spent 2 days in Seattle exploring before leaving for a 7 day cruise. She gave us very valuable input on items to consider when selecting the cruise line, itinerary of ports, and excursions. We were traveling with our young adult boys so we wanted to be sure to have a high energy and fun atmosphere for them on the ship and on the excursions. Before we made our final payment on the cruise, Michelle re-checked the price and was able to take advantage of a promotion with a significant savings. That was awesome! She was also very prompt in answering all of our questions about the trip. She prepared an organized travel packet with detailed information to take on our trip for easy reference. Fantastic experience: Michelle helped us plan our trip to Ireland. We gave her a framework of what we wanted and she built us a week that hit every point perfectly. From the family run Irish hotels to the “must see” sights there wasn’t anything we wouldn’t change. Fantastic experience: We utilized Awaysis travel to plan our honeymoon in Saint Lucia. We were given a questionnaire to help her prepare the best itinerary according to our likes and we were not disappointed! At every step of the process, from planning all the way through our return home, Michelle was there for any questions. She also knew about our flight cancellation before we did and was troubleshooting from a hospital bed!! I felt confident in her expertise and there was not one detail left out. She even gave us matching insulated drink cups with our names in them. We stayed at Ti Kaye resort for one week in February and it was truly paradise. The resort is small, adults only and quiet, but with enough onsite entertainment and activities to keep you busy if you wanted. The food was plentiful and delicious, all made to order and no buffet’s (except a complimentary continental breakfast for all guests). We had the all-inclusive package, which was worth every penny. Our private transfers to and from the airport was through Sun Solar yours and they were punctual and very personable, thank you especially to Lionel for the additional private tour of Soufriere! All in all a wonderful experience, made possible by Michelle and Awaysis Travel. Thank you

In our first phone call she had me paint a picture of what I envisioned for our trip, and go over budget so that there were no false expectations. Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I used Michelle for our first international trip together. We didn’t have a set destination and reached out for suggestions. Michelle sent us 4 incredible tropical destinations to choose from and we decided on the Dominican Republic. We stayed at the Sanctuary Cap Cana resort and it was absolutely STUNNING and the workers were so kind. We also had Michelle book us two excursions which we thoroughly enjoyed as well. Michelle sent us all of our itinerary in a hard copy before we left and also sent us an app to download with everything on it, this was very helpful. I couldn’t recommend Michelle enough for anyone looking for a travel agent. I spoke with her a few times before the trip and she was always happy to answer my questions via phone or email. During our first conversation she listened and asked the appropriate questions to understand our travel style, desires, and budget. We sent her a follow up email with a bucket list of places we wanted to explore and when we got the sample itinerary, she captured them all and more! Not only was the trip fantastic and well thought out but the personal touches Michelle put on the trip made it even more special. The notes and detail in the travel app, the travel package before we left with luggage tags and laundry bag, to the special hotel room welcome gift. From beginning to end she was there for us, even when our return flight home was cancelled, Michelle was still working for us re-booking a new flight. Fantastic experience: Michelle was just amazing! She priced me out a couple options for trips within a budget that I gave her and I went with Costa Rica. Absolutely loved it! She is extremely detailed and even called the day before I left to make sure I didn't have any questions. Fantastic experience: I know my wife wrote a review just a few below, but I wanted to make sure anyone that reads reviews new how much thought and care Michelle puts into planning trips for couples and families. She was super detailed on everything we needed to know and expect from the airport to the taxi to the arrival at our luxury resort in Curacao, even the weather and what to prepare for. It was awesome. If we needed anything she had numbers of who to contact and even made herself available despite being on a work trip. The thing is, we didnt need her help at all because her plan was so thorough and we were prepared to relax and enjoy our much needed break!

She provides everything you need to travel internationally with a physical and digital itinerary. She was easily accessibly during our trip when we had questions about the trains in Switzerland. She was the most helpful post-trip as we experienced flight delays which caused us to miss some of our pre-paid trip. Michelle helped us navigate the insurance claim and provided all the documentation we needed! Really helpful and will recommend her to friends and family who are planning special trips.

Fantastic experience: Michelle has been wonderful to work with! I believe our trip to Curacao was even better because we knew Michelle had taken care of so many of the details that can stress me out preparing for a trip. Even the thought she put in to letting us know what to expect when we get off the plane and the taxi ride to the resort allowed us to feel that much more prepared when we landed somewhere new to us. Fantastic experience: This is the second trip that we have used Michelle to help us plan. Michelle always takes care of every detail and makes us feel confident leaving the country. When we missed a connecting flight in Miami, Michelle was a phone call away and helped us make alternative plans. She takes care of every detail. (She even told us what color shirt to look when looking for our ground transportation. ) I am happy to say that we had another INCREDIBLE vacation in Punta Cana because of Michelle’s help.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was amazing! She took care of everything and didn't fire me when I had to change our dates - not once but twice!! She provided all of the details that were needed and checked in multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything. The resort she chose was absolutely beautiful and fit our family perfectly. Traveling in a pandemic is far from easy, Michelle had all of the information we needed and made sure it was easy to get our covid test timely for our return.

Very informative...always went above and beyond..always made sure you were happy with everything being done for your trip....never once did she complain or give up on me with this covid issue while I was trying to get to Hawaii..for 8 months she had to keep changing my trip days and did it with a smile and great attitude... Fantastic experience: We canNOT say enough great things about Michelle & EVERYTHING she did for us!!! She hooked us up w/a beautiful all-inclusive to Cabo back in March. Prior to our travels, she kept in touch, sent us some delightful travel gifts, and made contact w us when we arrived at our resort to make sure everything went well. THEN while we were on vacation COVID Hit the states Hard. She stayed in touch keeping us updated on boarders closing/flights/etc. When everything got CHAOTIC, SHE managed to work her magic (not only for us but the couple we went with). She was AMAZING! SHE did so much behind the scenes getting our flights changed so we could make it back home BEFORE the boarders closed. We were able to still relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Not only that but she stayed in contact once we got back and made sure we got reimbursed for changes/flight/etc. She was SO impressive that we hit her up again, this time a LAST minute Vaca (less then a week's notice). She AGAIN impressed us w/her vast knowledge of what was available (again due to COVID restrictions) and hooked us up w/another beautiful destination! She is our #1 travel agent!!!
