Negative experience: I pay my bill in person semi annually. The receptionists are always very pleasant, and when I go out to check my mileage which is extremely low, the last three times, an agent, or whatever he is (manager wanna be?) comes from the back interior, interrupts and start switching around numbers in my policy, telling me the car I've had for eight years with 21,100 miles isn't low mileage. I love the roadside service, attendants also friendly and happy. To summarize I love the product, services but why is this rude person, never cared to ask his name, dark hair, beard, mid-thirties, looking to come manslainung, then changing the contract I agreed to and signed. I'm 70yrs old, the only reason I think this happens thrice, he seems to be displaying agism. Before retiring, part of my career was training in good customer service skills.This guy, hmmm..perhaps a great learning scenario of how NOT to treat a customer. I will revisit changing my auto ins, rental ins., and membership dues when my renewal comes due in July.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I've called AAA for a variety of car problems, my car died on Route 3, my battery has died a couple times, and I've even got myself stuck in a very icy Lincoln Park parking lot. Service is quick and top notch each time. Recently I went into the office to book a cruise. Bree Martin is a treasure, as nice and helpful a person as I've ever met. Just walk on in, a great place! Update 7/8/2025 I've been working with Michele Dougan, and I highly recommend her for any travel needs. She is just excellent!

Fantastic experience: Steve the tow truck driver plate number AAA995 NH plate. Is the best most kind and helpful guy I ever met. He deserves a big raise or a bonus. He is awesome.

He was very helpful and his customer service impressed me. He let me know how AAA is here to help in everything I need and mentioned all the services they provide! (I’m upgrading). Negative experience: Towed my car TO WRONG ADDRESS and barely apologized. Rip off and no one to even help pr escalate too. Let me tell you if I make a mistake like that I'd lose my job

Negative experience: Was told no more than an hour wait for a tow truck. It’s now been over three hours and I’m still waiting. every time I call they give me the same excuse, “we will be there soon just running a bit slow and we can’t get ahold of our driver” . I’ve had AAA for over five years and this is the service you get. Steer clear

Positive experience: Good customer service better prices online on most travel, great resources for all your travel needs

Negative experience: Ordered tripkit showing scenic route....they sent me one showing major highway route...not at all scenic...I wanted route 1, not I95. Very poor customer service. I wonder if they will resend one...should I hold my breath or will I be dead due to them ignoring my request???

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 17 years. It has saved me in various situations from a blown tire, lock out service and towing. I also use other services including discounts on so many things from movie or theater tickets, hotels to dinner. I have a great amount of trust in the company, so much so that my daughter took driver's education with AAA. They have even helped us plan family trips and insurance coverages. I highly recommend AAA NNE!

Fantastic experience: Renewed my membership. Very helpful people when I reached the wrong number to do so. AAA is a very good roadside service company as well.

Negative experience: I called at 8:15 and they said they would have a truck by 9:15. I called every hour until midnight when I called and I was told no one was coming. I was broken down in the freezing cold and they lied to me saying someone would come. Had I known from the beginning that no one was coming I would have gotten a hotel rather than waiting 4 hours in the cold. Very unsatisfied.

Negative experience: My most recent experience has been a nightmare trying to get a tow for my vehicle. My wife and I, two individuals in their eighties, waited for 3 1/2 hours for a tow truck from AAA and finally had to get a private company to tow our vehicles. We were lied to several times and ignored by this company. I have been a member of AAA for 36 years and cannot believe their complete turnaround. They are completely unreliable and cannot provide the services they offered in the past. I was told by one of their cust. svc. person their wait times for a tow are now in the four hour time range. I , finally had to call a private towing company for a tow. They arrived in 15 minutes and towed my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM AAA..IT .IS NOT HE COMPANY THEY ONCE WERE!!!!!!

Negative experience: Had to call multiple times, no one came for my friend’s car that ran out of gas. The woman at the desk ignored me or they’re phone service is extremely horrid considering that I tested my phone call connection by calling my friend. Ridiculous and this is inexcusable. Have been stuck at my house with my friend for hours because they wont send anyone to help.

Negative experience: They are refusing tow my vehicle even though it is leaking oil from the oil pan gasket and that it needs tires(if I drive on them they will pop guaranteed) Women is arguing with me about sending a tow truck to get the vehicle and sending it to either my house or a shop. Worst company I've dealt with

Fantastic experience: So I was locked out of my vehicle. I called AAA. The techninicion was there with in the hour under snow storm conditions. The vehicle was unlocked in less than 3 minutes. I've been using AAA FOR MANY years and have never been let down on a request for service. My recommendation is high. Stay safe with AAA.

Negative experience: Been a loyal customer for many years but cancelling my membership after last week's incident which cost me hundreds of dollars because of the AAA driver's miscommunication/ failure to diagnose a dead battery. Tried to resolve later with their customer service but can't even get in touch with a manager/supervisor - not returning calls or replying to emails. Thank you but no, thank you - will take my business somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Server was terrific & food was awesome! We had various dishes, flat bread, fish & chips, burgers, wings & scotch eggs. Everything was delicious. Drinks were also terrific!

I locked my keys in the car and someone was dispatched immediately and got to me and got my keys freed in less than 25 minutes! Every time I’ve had someone dispatched from this location it has been a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Fantastic experience: I want to thankRecovery Solutions crew member, Ben , for his attentive roadside service on I-93 in Londonderry yesterday afternoon. Although he was unable to inflate my 'donut' spare and had to call a tow truck, he remained parked behind me for 45 minutes, with flashing lights so as to prevent a possible break down lane accident. I appreciated his advice about NOT trying to drive home to Marshfield, MA on the donut, and while he waited for the tow, he called a dozen different nearby tire shops to try and find matching tires for my 2013 Subaru Outback, getting out of his van several times to read the numbers off of the tires to the call recipient. I ended up being towed to Town Fair Tire and buying a set of matching tires for my car which, although expensive is a safety investment I cannot argue with. I plan to CC this email to AAA as well as, I will make a phone call regarding yesterday's "adventure" and let them know that I was well taken care of by your company. Fantastic experience: Just wanted to make sure I wrote a review for this company before I forgot. On Dec 31st I locked my keys in my car along with my 2 year old son and my cell phone. AAA was there within 15 minutes to help me! I can't say enough how grateful I am! It was freezing cold and I was panicking! But I kept my son calm and a man was there before he started to fuss! He was so friendly and kind he opened the door so easily and without damage to the door! Great employees and great response time! Thank you so much!
