Fantastic experience: Cassie Erne planned a three week European vacation for me and my husband. We traveled to four countries. Cassie booked all of our flights, hotels, train tickets, ground transportation a 5 day tour of Ireland and several day tours. All of these plans worked out seamlessly. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews. But Cassie was exceptional help for me and my trip so I wanted to share my experience. Cassie helped me pick the perfect all inclusive resort for my honeymoon. She even set up airport fast tracks through customs and lounges. I want to applaud Cassie, though, for her help when we missed our connecting flight due to issues with the aircraft. I have never dealt with missing a flight before and missing a flight that only leaves for our destination once a day (and being our honeymoon), I freaked out! I called Cassie crying wondering what my options were. Cassie helped look up other flights, called Sandals and let them know our new arrival date (as well as the fast track airport service), and even offered to gift me a hotel room for the night in the city we were stuck in. She followed up with me multiple times making sure I was okay and all good to go for the next flight. We were able to book our trip including round trip for our flights, hotel and cruise all that night within one hour of reaching out to her and that's with her giving us options with different tiers of rooms for the cruise. Fantastic experience: Cassie saved us so much time and energy in planning our trip to Switzerland. We were so busy with work and life leading up to this trip. We were getting backed into a corner. We put a lot trust into Cassie and her ability to plan a vacation for us half way around the world, and it turned out to be the best decision ever. Especially considering Switzerland can be a little tricky (some areas are only accessible by train, and with so many different villages in the mountains, it can be difficult in planning if you have never been there). Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Travel by Cassie. She just planned an awesome vacation to Punta Cana, the resort was awesome, she also took care of transportation from airport to resort along with many other details, insurance, e tickets, etc. If you emailed her question or concern she responded almost immediately, she is very through, friendly and very easy to work with and I will definitely use her again and recommend her to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely wonderful honeymoon trip to Aruba thanks to Cassie! I knew very little about Aruba so I didn't know where to begin, but Cassie gave us lots of great information about the island and recommendations on resorts and excursions. Our stay at the Riu Palace Antillas exceeded all expectations! We also loved both of our excursions that Cassie recommended. I felt very safe the entire time and Cassie checked in on the trip to make sure everything was going well.
