Negative experience: Unable to get through to the Weirton, West Virginia office no matter what I said or tried. I was unable to get through to that particular office even though I dialed the Weirton number and told the robot I wanted to speak to someone in the Weirton office.

Negative experience: Went in to drop off a door dash which someone at the office ordered. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Giving me attitude asking why i was there and that no one ordered DoorDash. She was extremely rude to someone just doing their job i could only imagine how she treats others. Very unprofessional. She shouldn’t be working in customer service if she can’t treat people with kindness.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this office for anything. So called sales reps don't return calls in our case for 7 days. When she finally did respond she couldn't explain why I was no longer receiving my discounts or why my rates increased. She simply suggested that she would go somewhere else for insurance. Lousy customer service. I don't even believe it is actually AAA insurance. You can't even pay your bill on AAA's website. Something is wrong with this office and employees.

Negative experience: DO NOT use this AAA location for travel. Received poor service which ruined my family cruise experience.

Negative experience: I live in Wintersville,Oh ,have premier plan with triple a. They replaced my car battery 4 months ago and car stopped running this month. After vs from triple a the problem was the battery. Now local triple a contractor is not allow to replace batteries in this area and no near garage was a contractor. So car was tolled to local garage and after numerous calls I have to pay 4 battery and they will reimburse us. Been a member 4 30 yrs and this was handled poorly. Reported complaint but no calls yet from manager 4 this. Amelia DeBias

Negative experience: I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire an autistic person and somebody from Ruby memorial hospital and you hung up on me and I pay for years not cool get ahold of me. I've even tried to come to the building when I got back here I've tried to call you nobody answers I'm very upset with this you're supposed to be there for me if I pay you and you're not.

Fantastic experience: Maria Parker at the Weirton office is fantastic! We have had a couple of very difficult situations with titles on vehicles we purchased out of state. She went above and beyond to make sure the dealership got the correct paper to her. She didn't just tell us what we needed. She got on the phone and spoke directly to the title person at the dealership and told them. Any title work we can do through this office we will all because of her. Thank you for the outstanding service !

Negative experience: WV customers will get sent thru a loop anytime you call the 800 number because they have separate systems for WV and other states. None of them can ever pull up my policy right away. That also makes it hard for me to pay my bill online so even though the practice is almost obsolete, I’m expected to send a check in the mail. Only my second month with AAA auto, but does not seem promising by any means.

Negative experience: Two unpleasant experiences here and will not be going back. Either this branch is overwhelmed or incompetent but it's clear there's a problem here. Lacking in follow through and even just simple courtesies such as a returned phone call. Not saying that all AAA is this way but take my advice and stay away from here.
