Fantastic experience: We recently booked two cruises.One on the Celebrity Beyond and the Norwegian Gem. This was our first time sailing with Celebrity Cruises, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. The ship was absolutely stunning, and had everything we could’ve asked for. Laura and Bonnie made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free—they answered all our questions and made sure every detail was taken care of. Fantastic experience: I very seldom make recommendations and never do so lightly, but Amy and Jeff Roberts with Lawrenceville handled THE trip of a lifetime for my nephew and myself last year, and I will never forget how glorious the entire experience was! They are veteran cruisers themselves, but it was not just about their being veterans of travel; they are just exceptionally kind and helpful people and they really care about what they do. I have done a fair amount of traveling, and though I had been on ocean cruises, this was only my second Viking River Cruise - the first one, I handled myself. With Amy's help (she and her husband, Jeff work, together - you get a double team!), the Grand European Cruise was a totally different experience than the first one and beyond memorable. I will never travel again without Amy's booking as she was infinitely patient, answered all my questions (many before even asked) but was never at all pushy. She offered alternatives along the way, sometimes finding things of which I had been unaware, basically held my hand through the process, and just made the entire experience exceptional. If only I could give diamonds rather than stars!

Fantastic experience: Kim planned a ten day trip for us to Japan that included three cities, hotels, trains, tours and it could not have been better. We were given the white glove treatment everywhere and with such great instructions that we never had any anxiety about what to do or where to go. The $100 on board spending is a joke they take $17 a day out of it for crew appreciation that comes to comes to$119 total so you really pay $19. $119 x 1400 passenger is $166,600 sounds more like crew salary. the crew was great. enjoyed the cruise and their response to my wife on her 85th birthday.

Fantastic experience: Bonnie Johnson From Expedia cruises was amazing and helped me book an amazing honeymoon and made the process comfortable even though I had waited and extremely indecisive ... she contacted me quickly back one evening and I told her what I need some deals I saw and it was like dealing with a friend through the rest of the process ! As a busy bride on a budget I appreciated that I could text her and she would correspond very patient . The only thing I would say is because we booked through Expedia we weren’t able to call carnival and up grade our room but Bonnie was more that happy to try to do the upgrade on her end but the ship was at Lowe’s capacity for COVID and sold out . I text her to see if there were deals on rooms while on our trip And she wasn’t able to find one but did attempt . When. We got on the ship we have a postcard on our bed with a 25 on board credit with happy honeymoon!! Bonnie is the bomb ! I was disappointed bc for some reason I didn’t get my orbitz rewards points and it would have been enough for a free night I. Our journey to the ship! We have definitely fought the cruise bug and will see what Bonnie has to offer

Fantastic experience: We worked with Bonnie Johnson on a trip to Rome, Italy and the Greek Islands. Unfortunately, the trip was canceled; however she was with us every step of the way in the booking process, there was 20 of us and all wanting different tours and accommodations. When we had to cancel, Bonnie stepped up big time to ensure we were refunded promptly and completely by all vendors (airlines, hotels, tours, shuttles, and others). Since things have opened up, we have booked other trips with Bonnie and she has continued to show the professionalism we saw last year. We are Bonnie fans and others can be also. She helped us navigate the cancellation of our river cruise in 2020 and most recently the cancellation of our Viking ocean cruise. Both cancellations were due to covid-19. Fantastic experience: In late fall of 2019 my wife and I contacted Ms. Bonnie Johnson, travel consultant for Expedia Cruises - Land, Air & Sea in Lawrenceville GA, to book a Mediterranean cruise and air package to Rome for June 2020. Bonnie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the destinations and excursions that were available and even suggested that we postpone making reservations for a while as she knew when prices would be at their lowest. We finally booked at great savings. Then just a couple of months before the trip the Covid-19 pandemic occurred and our plans were in great jeopardy. As Italy experienced more of the cases, it was clear that the cruise and trip would be canceled. Frankly, we were concerned that we would simply lose all of most of our investment. Not to happen - Bonnie worked hard and contacted the cruise line and airlines to retrieve a full refund of our tickets. We are now only waiting on the refund for the trip insurance but all else has been refunded. While we didn’t have an opportunity to go on the trip, we really enjoyed working with Bonnie and will work through her again for our next trip. Super travel consultant.

Fantastic experience: Bonnie Johnson went above and beyond the call of duty to help our large group get our cruise to Italy and Greece. Then covid happened and the world shut down. We kept hoping but no way this year. She made everything happen to get our refunds for everything even the travel insurance. I will use her for any future travel.

Fantastic experience: NEED MORE STARS Bonnie Johnson provided our group of 20+, mostly Senior Citizens with a great opportunity to relax and enjoy time together. We have varied interest, abilities, dietary requirements, and travel experiences. One couple came from the Pacific Northwest, another from Alabama to make this a reunion. We merged with new friends from NOLA. She did everything but pack our bags!

Fantastic experience: We began planning for our Christmas trip to Germany about seven months ago. Unbeknownst to us, Expedia CruiseShipCenters does all types of travel arrangements, not just cruising. A friend had used them for their trip to Italy, and recommended we met with their agent. Karen asked us numerous questions about what we wanted to do. She then came up with a proposal for our trip and we fine tuned it along the way with a few more meetings and many phone calls. She was integral in creating our trip of a lifetime. She listened, made suggestions, and did all the research for our requests. We sat with our agent Karen who talked to us first on what kind of vacation we want to take. We said we wanted an active vacation in Iceland. We spend 10 days in Iceland going around the ring road 1100 miles and seeing spectacular waterfalls, glaciers, basalt stacks and even the northern lights. The best part was that Karen made sure we didn't have to think or be worried. She made us so comfortable and even brought her journal from when she visited Iceland to tell us what to expect. Fantastic experience: I had been thinking about going on cruise for over a year now. When I saw the advertisement for Expedia CruiseShip Centers I was a little hesitant to request information. I did not want to be robo called everyday! I received a call from Laura Long and I told her that I was just inquiring about the services offered. She explained to me what they do and invited me to the Everywhere Under the Sun Cruise Night Event on September 10, 2019. I agreed to go but I was concerned about being bombarded with emails and phone calls. I was very surprised that I barely received any emails and I did not receive anymore calls! I am anxiously waiting to go to the event, and I will post about my experience.

Fantastic experience: This was our first cruise and I wanted some hand holding. Not to worry, these people will work hard for you. In fact, Laura was there on a Saturday right after she cracked her rib! And I especially liked how they could pull up different ships available from ports we were looking at on the dates we wanted and compare side by side costs per day, itineraries and room type.
