Fantastic experience: AAA is a great thing to have specially if you're not driving a new vehicle I highly recommend having AAA it'll save you when you need it.

Fantastic experience: One day about a year ago, my wife and I went for some local maps. We happened to speak to one of the agents who asked if we'd like to speak to their travel agent. Sure! Working with Bonnie has been a pleasure. And later this month we're taking a Mediterranean cruise to Greece and Italy! We're even starting to think of where we're going next year!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with AAA Hudson Valley today! Customer service was awesome about letting me know about all of the benefits of their basic and plus memberships, and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about both options before signing up. I needed an issue resolved ASAP and the entire team did a wonderful job accommodating me. Jessica in dispatch, as well as the other dispatcher I spoke to, were both very knowledgeable about how to get things done in a very reasonable time frame. While Todd the technician fixed an issue that likely would not have allowed me to use my car again right away. Overall, I am very happy with the service I recieved, and am relieved to have AAA Services for in the case of any future car issues. I know 8 will be well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Truck notification of ‘tire pressure’. Pulled into Stewart’s in Troy Road in East Greenbush for ‘air’ and in the process discovered an Allen wrench in the tire. Removed and the air release immediately resulted in a flat tire. Within 30 minutes the AAA repair truck arrived and rel placed the flat with the spare. The service tech - Todd - could not have been nicer! We’ve had a AAA membership for years and wouldn’t be without it!! ❤️AAA!!!

Negative experience: I tried to get help making airline reservations for Avelo airlines and was informed- they don’t make reservations with new airlines. Really? Why? There is no other airline that makes a direct flight from Albany to Raleigh. I now am beginning to question why I am keeping my membership if they don’t advise me with my travel needs. I left angry, disappointed, and frustrated and had to spend my afternoon navigating online reservations which I was unfamiliar with.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with Donna/Diana. Was very rude accusing me of not being with my car and requesting the service because they would “be there soon”. 3 hours later no one has come yet, I have my cat with me who gets car sick and has thrown up twice. Thank you so much Donna for the HORRIBLE experience, especially after all the car issues I had JUST told you about. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Today was a bit of a stressful day for me with my car. Luckily, I have AAA, and they were able to come out and assist me not once but twice in one day. I need a jump first thing this morning, and Julio came right away, so I was not late for work. Then this afternoon, I ended up needing to buy a new battery. This time, Todd came out to install a new one for me. He even started the heat in my car for me due to the weather being so cold. I appreciate the kind gesture. Thanks you AAA

Negative experience: The hotel was awful the service was worse they were not pleasant at all, and I would never go back there, and my book doesn’t even deserve one star but I thought I’d be nice. That hotel was not what I expected it’s not with the pictures pictured OK the beach was not a block away across the street. There’s no shops to go shopping. I ask for a balcony and I ask for ocean view I got a street view place was horrible. Absolutely horrible pictures are fake. The chairs in the swings out by the pool are disgusting stains on them gross. I will never ever go back to this place again.

Negative experience: Gave difficult time to long time member. Driver was unprofessional, inexperienced and unqualified to perform services. Caused vehicle damage, blamed customer and then operator threatened to have service cancelled and banned. They made a bad situation, even worse, and the driver intentionally inflicted emotional distress before he even arrived on scene. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Negative experience: Tried to get a tow to my garage to get my car fixed was told for 2 days they didnt have tow providers was told if i pay out of pocket and found a company that would do it i could get reimbersed 6 to 8 weeks from the time i got the tow completely poor service limited providers no help

Fantastic experience: Professional and timely experience at the North Greenbush site. I was there to get my international drivers permit and not only were they professional, they were also very positive.

Negative experience: Be careful! They advised me to buy a travel card as a backup card to my credit card during travel. What they didn't tell me is that they code the transaction as a cash advance. I had large unexpected fees and interest on the purchase, and when I called my bank, the only way to stop the daily interest changes on the travel card purchase was to pay off my credit card in full. I had unusual expenses because I was buying airfare, etc. for the trip, and I had to pay it all off in one day to stop paying interest on the money I had put on the travel card. I never do cash advances, and I would not have done one to get a travel card if AAA had told me that was how they were coding the purchase. I even asked what was the best way to pay beforehand, and they never warned me they would be taking a cash advance if I used my credit card.

Negative experience: Called for roadside assistance and when trying to be walked through an issue and was hung up on. Called again after figuring it out to receive assistance and was promoted with an attitude once he realized it was the same person. Unprofessional workmanship in an already stressful situation.

Negative experience: Horrible. They sent me a tow truck to the Thruway once and I got stuck with a $400 bill and the second time I went to use them they wouldn't tell me because I had a truck with a toolbox. Do not recommend. Not the same as they used to be. I'm giving one star because they forced me to they don't even deserve one star
