Fantastic experience: I've never used my membership before today, so I wasn't sure how it would go. AAA was super kind and prompt and even waited for me to make it to the car that was being towed! 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: Went in to ask about a road trip we are planning they could not have been nicer. Wakisha the travel agent was very helpful and got us set up for our trip. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking to travel. They really know there stuff. I now have a trip all planned for us and am looking forward to get on the road.

Positive experience: Came out and got me started up, his tool wasn't working so I was "referred" to a mechanic to test my alternator. All he had to do was put a probe from a voltmeter on the copper in the alternator then ground it to see if it was in the range of 13.6v-14.6v.. He did tell me a good tip about diagnosing a voltage regulator in my alternator though.

Negative experience: I am a 40 year "member". I needed roadside service for a battery jump a few days ago. After waiting 90 minutes, >30 mins over the ETA, I called AAA and was told the primary service provider transferred the call to a secondary service provider with no ETA. I secured an alternative means to get my car going. I pay $200/yr for this privilege. Maybe I'll find an alternative next year. (Update) Ending membership. Going with GoodSam. Why pay $200/yr for Car/RV roadside assistance that never comes? I may as well call towing myself! (Update#2) Yeah, AAA called me a week after the incident to offer their condolences, but no offers. So, bye.

Negative experience: Michelle, a supervisor at the Corvallis location, is hands down the most unproffesional and rude customer service employee I have ever encountered. After calling to get my vehicle towed 3 miles I was infomed AAA would not because it would cost Michelle's company $1000. Every other towing company quoted $250.... I have had the memebership for a few months and have never had this happen. Membership cancelled.

Fantastic experience: I didnt have the $ for our yearly renewal at thebtime they wanted to pull it out. I called and the staff was very friendly and understanding. They refunded my money to my account and told me to resign uo whenever I wanted after that. Triple A has saved me many times over the last 4 years, and the experience is always great. Thank you folks for quality service!

Fantastic experience: AAA service was excellent. Matt from Charlie Towing came out and started the car at 7pm . Checked the alternator and battery and showed on the displays the battery was bad. He scheduled Michael S. from Charlie Towing for 8am the next morning to replace the battery. Michael S was here at 8 and also checked the alternator and battery as well.He also showed the results on the display and changed out the battery. displaying the battery and alternator results. Explained the warranty and I'm a happy camper. Everyone was so courteous and respectful. You all made my day.
Positive experience: They were very helpful with attaching a hitch for me as well as being a nice source for propane tanks and refills. I think for propane, they are open 7 days a week and their prices seem hard to beat. Very nice people working there.

Negative experience: I tried to sign up on-line and their computer froze up on the payment process. I had no idea if I was signed up or not. So, I called into the office and got 3 bogus account numbers which I needed to verify my account on line. I'm not sure who is running that ship over there, but I am not impressed. A little more accurate information and a lot let chaos please. God forbid I should actually need your service - I wonder what that would be like? Sheesh.
Fantastic experience: Judy Adam's has always helped my mom,Susan, for yrs. She did a great job on our Disneyland trip. Now I'm gonna have my son book his honeymoon.
Negative experience: Disappointing service. Requested maps be mailed to Albany for a lengthy driving trip to the Southwest. Needless to say, they didn't arrive. Office says it's the Post Office's fault. Maybe... Breakdown insurance through my auto insurance company looks like a better bet.
Negative experience: I called to help get my car unlocked because I had lost my keys in Fred Meyer. I had used AAA services to get my car towed home, but was told to leave it locked because unlocking it would set off my alarm. When I called and spoke with Tim, he was not helpful at all and informed me that there was nothing that could be done because the registration of the car was locked inside of the car. Then he offered suggestions that showed how little he listened to my problem, such as using a spare key or trying to find my set of keys. Tim was the opposite of helpful in this situation, and made my experience frustrating and a waste of time.
Positive experience: Awesome customer service and great attitudes make this one of the best insurance branches I've been to. Very helpful and honest staff.
