Fantastic experience: This was our second time using Chauffeur On Demand and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The chauffeur arrived on time, dressed impeccably, and greeted us with genuine professionalism. The vehicle (a spotless black Cadillac Escalade) was pristine inside and out — quiet, comfortable, and clearly maintained with care. Our driver loaded all of our luggage into the back of the vehicle and navigated traffic like a pro to drop us off at the pier in Manhattan to board our cruise ship. Our bags were unloaded from the vehicle with care and the entire experience was a pleasure. Communication was excellent from booking to drop-off — confirmations were prompt, and I appreciated the real-time updates and clear pickup instructions. It felt like true first-class service. I felt completely at ease the entire time. At the end of our vacation contact with our driver was seamless and he arrived promptly to take us back home. Positive experience: Wasn’t too impressed. The driver was extremely confused didn’t have much common sense. He knew we were there for a funeral. However he decided to rush us and tell us we only had up until 2:15 and our time was almost up. He was extremely inconsiderate. Wouldn’t use these services again. He was on time and that is why I gave him 3.5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Very responsive and the driver waited for us at the airport even before we landed, and then while JFK made us wait an extra 30 minutes for our luggage. Prices were pretty good compared to something like Uber or a taxi as well.
