Negative experience: I have been an AAA insurance member for 20 + years. Today I was appalled at how I was treated by Sergio - all I needed was a COI for my renters insurance. I was insulted, dismissed, referred to the portal which I explained only had the offer not the final approved Declaration page ( my car insurance actual was in the portal), and disconnected as he passed me over to the “service” person. I’ll pay more for better service/ I’ll be shopping! I would rate “zero” stats if I could!0

Fantastic experience: While visiting Wiilliamsburg, VA, I locked my keys in the car and had to call AAA. The lady I dealt with was efficient and kind. And she made me smile.

Negative experience: This comment is about claims department, they are not cooperative at all, you should follow up your claim by your self. They may say we're following up but this is not true.

Positive experience: I was there for auto work, not insurance, but I have used their auto service many times. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and polite.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had to utilize my AAA roadside assistance today for a tow (care disabled). However, I am extremely disappointed. We waited over 2 1/2 hours in extremely hot, humid (heat advisory) weather. We were local and not on the highway or out of town. It was so disappointing to know that this service is definitely NOT worth the cost of membership. I have been a AAA member for 8 consecutive years and have only used this service approximately 5 times. Save your money on a subscription and call a tow truck on your on. AAA does not help when you are stranded on the road.

Positive experience: I visit to get my international drivers license. The Travel Agent was social and carried her self being professional yet talks to people with kindness and she’s well educated for traveling. All together it’s a peaceful place. It’s a very respectful place.

Negative experience: Worst towing experience ever. Son got into an accident. His car was totaled. They had a tow driver for him, gave him updated eta's when he called. After a third call they said they couldn't find him in the system. Then they finally found him and said there is no driver for him.

Fantastic experience: I got my car inspected there I had to leave it there. They called me when it was done. I came in and paid the bill. They gave me my receipt and my State Inspection paperwork too.

Fantastic experience: My go to mechanic in Williamsburg. Always seem to be well staffed and (fairly) timely. The guys are all friendly and straightforward. Never got the impression they're trying to sell me something I don't need.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with AAA Travel in Williamsburg and AAA Travel in general. Issues with customer service, communication and travel changes. We had some travel changes occur that we weren't notified about and were told in writing that we had trip insurance. When we tried to utilize that trip insurance we were told that it wasn't booked and was a mistake by AAA. Still working on trying to get refunded. Would never recommend this branch or AAA in general. Awful experience.

Negative experience: This is a large and modern facility that is well staffed. I did not have a good experience here. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
