Fantastic experience: We have booked many family vacations with Cindy over the years. She is wonderful. This last vacation especially, she really came though. Half of our large group had to cancel at the last minute and it caused a lot of extra work on her end. She handled it all wonderfully! I highly recommend her and the agency for your travel plans.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful travel agency because of Sabrina! This is my second experience having Sabrina May every part of my travels go smoothly! She is always ready to answer every question. This trip was a Biblelands cruise to Greece ,Turkey and then flying into Israel! I went in four days early to Greece and Sabrina gave me many suggestions of how to enjoy those days! I narrowed down my adventures and she did the reservations and arrangements ! One great trip was an island hopping 12 hour cruise out of Athens! Highly suggest you do it! Another was hiring a driver for a six hour private tour on Santorini Island! Fantastic experience..our driver was Paulina ! So amazing! So bottom line..if you need any type of travel arrangements..call Sabrina!!

We gave her a budget and an idea of what we wanted to do and see and she put together a perfect itinerary that fit that budget and our schedule. My wife and I were so grateful for her thoughtfulness and expertise. She booked flights, hotels, trains, cars, travel insurance. She checked on us during our trip and made herself available to us if we needed her. I will not book another international trip without consulting Sabrina.

She kept tabs on each of us from the booking, insurances needs, airline seating, and visa tips. She even called me as we waited in an airport to let me know about an earlier flight with available seats to help get us home. We took advantage of that!

Fantastic experience: Our family recently returned from a 4 night cruise out of Galveston on the Mariner of the Seas. Cindy at Gulliver's Travel in Fort Worth did all the heavy lifting with the planning and booking for us. I couldn't be happier with her as a travel agent and will be calling on her again when we plan our next adventure.

Fantastic experience: We went over with Sabrina about doing a cruise with viking on the Danube during the time with all the Christmas markets. She made a few suggestions and put together a package that exceeded our expectations. From planning the air fare with Viking to the cruise everything went smoothly. The only thing I would suggest is more time on changing planes in Frankfurt. Going through customs was a bit tricky coming back to the states. There were only two officers initially clearing people through customs, then they finally added more officers. We were stopped on the tarmac ( flight from Prague) and was carried by bus to the terminal to go through customs and loaded back on buses and carried to our flight. I guess the flight from RDU is so new that they have a few kinks to work out. In the end Sabrina answered all our question and told the timeline of when to expect information from Viking. Very pleasant trip. Will use her experience in the future.

Fantastic experience: Cindy McCoy planned our tour of Portugal in November 2024 and it was absolutely wonderful. Not only was our first organized tour everything Cindy said it would be, all of the transfers, flights and extra nights were seamless and easy. We will definitely turn to Cindy and Gulliver's for our next trips.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time! Spoke with Tracy before Christmas about a Yellowstone Nat Park Vaca for 15 family members! She was to research lodging in the park. When I never heard from her, I went to office and spoke with Paula who took my info again. Never got a reply! After 3 days of calling, I am told that they cannot do any bookings (lodging, tours, etc) inside National Parks! Valuable time and money were wasted! Very dissatisfied! Would not recommend Guliver's Travel Service!

Fantastic experience: Traci helped me with a 2 week vacation to Europe and I can't say enough good things. She was very responsive and helpful with everything from the flights, hotels and especially navigating the trip insurance. The trip was fantastic and will definitely be using her services again.

Negative experience: Not impressed. I feel like my request we're haphazardly handled, I wasn't listened to, and it was more chaotic then just doing it myself. This was my first and last time to use a travel agent. We did it to make sure we were all together on our large family reunion trip and to save money. We were not together or even near each other on the cruise, our dining was not together, none of our flights were together, most of our request like prepay our gratuities was not honored or me needing front row seating on my flight due to being claustrophobic, and when we tried to fix the issues most people would not talk to us directly, they made us go back through the travel agent. I felt like we were a bother to her or she was unable to help. Trust me, it's easier to just book it yourself and in many cases each entity will be more willing to help you by going directly through them as well as you can save more money.

She checked in with me several times to make sure we were comfortable with all the plans. She was very willing to make adjustments to the plans. She booked hotels that were centrally located to our activities. Sabrina was great!!

Negative experience: They need even bothered getting back to me with a quote for my vacation! It's been two weeks, she said 4 days!!!

Fantastic experience: Sabrina did super job of arranging a cruise on the Danube followed by Arranging everything for us to see the 2022 Passion play. Then she arranged our flight to Canada for a Canadian Rockies Tour. Everything went smoothly all do to her diligence and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Cindy McCoy with Gulliver’s Travel did An outstanding job of planning our trip to Hawaii. It had to be done in less than three weeks and it was the first time we had ever been to the Hawaiian islands. This was a trip of a lifetime, it included a 10 day vacation in Maui and in Oahu. This was a fantastic vacation including all types of activities From helicopter rides to Snuba diving. We had a marvelous time. If I had to have one suggestion that would’ve been a little better is that we would’ve rather stayed at the north shore area of Oahu rather than Waikiki Beach. Waikiki beach would probably be wonderful for people under 40. But as we were over 50 we had so many fun activities to do, looking for sea turtles, hiking and snorkeling. And of course seeing the wonderful Pearl Harbor exhibits along with USS Arizona National cemetery. I highly suggest using Gulliver travels to plan your next vacation. Sheree

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE!! I had done all of the research for our trip. With this being a rather decent sized international trip I wanted to use a travel agent instead of making all the arrangements myself. I reached out to Gulliver’s via email. Carol emailed me back and provided me a quote for what I asked for. We then spoke on the phone. I was prepared to pay our deposit when Carol advised me that I would be charged a $100 research fee l. Woah. Hold up. No, that’s not how this works. REPUTABLE Travel Agencies DO NOT CHARGE the client fees! They are paid commissions from the cruise lines, hotels and resorts. Airlines are a different story. REPUTABLE agents provide INCENTIVES to their clients, not deterrents like fees! I politely declined to pay the fee and said I guess we won’t be moving forward. Minutes later, while on the phone with a reputable agent, I was left a voicemail by Carol stating that the owner had approved for her to waive the research fee since I “did all the legwork” myself. Lol! I laughed. If you’re going to pay an unethical research fee to deter people from using you for research and then booking them self, you might want to charge it and collect it before you provide a quote. Just sayin’. I emailed Carol back to thank her for getting the approval to waive the fee. However, I did not wish to use as company that lacks integrity. So just a heads up. They charge a fee. There are MANY other companies out there that do NOT.

Fantastic experience: Cindy is our favorite and only travel agent. Not only did she recommend an awesome vacation destination but she guided us through many hurdles with family cancellations and switching reservations. The morning of our departure our daughter tested positive for covid and was running a high fever. We contacted Cindy very early that morning and she was able to contact our trip insurance and had it all taken care of within an hour. My daughter and future son in law will now be able to enjoy the vacation at another time. Cindy is the best in the business!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with customer service. I know everyone has been affected by the covid virus. I had the Heart of Europe tour scheduled however covid made European travel IMPOSSIBLE, tours were canceled however my deposit was NON REFUNDABLE. It was not my choice to cancel so why am I being denied a refund. This is just WRONG.

Negative experience: I just called and got the rudest most unhelpful person I’ve ever spoken with!!! For the owner today is the 3rd of March she said you wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks so whoever is working today just lost our business... horrible customer service and rude!!!

A family member referred Cindy at Gullivers in Ft Worth. She was phenomenal, answered all my calls & emails, and took care of everything! We will definitely be using her again

Negative experience: Never called me back, never emailed me. I called once, they said they would email some ideas. Called back again, said she had been busy and would email. Been a week and half since the second call, still nothing.

Fantastic experience: We simply would not travel if it wasn't for Diana Dempsey at Gulliver's Travel. She has booked multiple vacations for us, and every single one of them have been a trip of a lifetime. She picked us out the most perfect hotel for our last trip we took to Maui. We had an amazing time, and didn't worry about a thing knowing Diana was there to take care of any problems that may have arisen. We are starting to book our third Disney World trip with her, and would not trust anyone else!

Fantastic experience: Nikki Eyeman at Gullivers Travel is amazing. She has helped me with 2 international trips so far. She makes it so easy by taking all the planning out of your hands and takes great care in making sure every detail is covered. The rates she got for me were unbelievably great! She is super responsive and was on the spot when I needed her while I was on the other side of the world.

Fantastic experience: Cindy set us up with a great honeymoon trip to Hawaii! The ocean front suite was perfect and just what we wanted. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with excursions on a sunset dinner cruise, snorkeling, visiting the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, and attending a Luau on top of enjoying the beach, swimming, shopping, and of course, some fabulous dining.
