Fantastic experience: Nancy Golden at Keene Luxury Travel has been our travel agent for years, and she has scheduled 12 trips/cruises for us. However, due to COVID-19, we just completed our first cruise scheduled through her. The fact that she has scheduled and re-scheduled so many trips for us without ever a hint of resentment for the obvious extra work speaks volumes for her. I am a very detailed person, and she has dealt with all my un-ending minuscule questions, only to start all over later. And she is still a joy to deal with. She has consistently provided timely responses to emails, phone calls when needed, and follow through all the time. My only complaint is that she can't control the weather - yet. I've already referred several people to her, and I will continue to do so.

Over our 10+ year relationship, i have options - escorted sailings with extra savings, a plethora of non escorted sailings, strict attention to capturing incremental savings should the cruise lines offer a better deal on my sailing, great source of knowledge about various ships and lines, reminders for dining reservations, shore excursions and air deviations, trip insurance options, and visa requirements. All in all, it is a great experience start to finish.

Negative experience: F for willingness to help. I was looking for better pricing for a luxury resort in Abu Dhabi. She flatly told me that she could not help. Did not bother asking for details of my trip including destination, budget, travel dates, etc. Came off as pretentious which is a true accomplishment for a phone call lasting less than 30 seconds.
