Fantastic experience: Brooke and her team did such a fantastic job planning our Disney World/Universal trip of a lifetime. Throughout the process, they sent helpful tips about lightening lane, dining recommendations, and how to navigate transportation. They booked our VIP group tour at Universal. Brooke reached out during the trip to see how we were doing and helped arrange a change in our return home schedule. The attention to detail made it such that we could enjoy our days worry free.

Planet Hollywood Resort was very nice. The food was great and service was wonderful. Only negative was not much night life after 10:00pm. Our excursions were fantastic. We used her resource guides in booking lightning lanes and multi-passes. She was quick to respond when we had questions and was able to point us in the right direction! Definitely would recommend.

Positive experience: Brooke and her team were great about getting the hard to get reservations that our family wanted for a once in a lifetime trip. She was also very responsive via email to our questions during the planning period. I was a little disappointed that we didn't have more active check-ins during our trip or a good way to contact her directly when we had a couple of issues, but we were able to figure it out. I would have also preferred more personal recommendations based on our group vs the general recommendations/resources that are sent to everyone. In spite of those minor things, I am sure the trip would not have been near as successful without her and her team's guidance and help with booking reservations.

There was a hiccup (on the resort's side) when we arrived. I was a bit overwhelmed and called Brooke from Mexico. It was fixed within one hour and the resort was very accommodating after that. Fantastic experience: Brooke helped me plan my destination wedding In Cabo! We had a wonderful experience and I am so so happy I had Brooke's help. If you are thinking about a destination wedding - DO IT!!! To begin the process, Brooke with have a call with you to discuss your "must-haves" in a resort/destination wedding location. She will then present you options of locations that match what you are looking for. Looking through resorts can be overwhelming - she really simplifies this process. Once you have chosen a destination, she will be the middle-man between you and the hotel/resort. She will get all of the wedding package options/information, reserve the room block, create a wedding website for your guests to book directly in your room block, and arrange transportation for all of the guests. In my case, I was assigned a wedding coordinator through the resort. Brooke was copied on all of the communication with the coordinator from the hotel to ensure the process was going smoothly as I made my plans and selections. The bride gets asked a million questions during any wedding planning process & for a destination wedding there are a billion more questions. Brooke made this process easy and answered all my guest's questions. The wedding website was simple and easy to book through. Transportation being arranged for everyone was great & we did not have any issues. I had a great experience and look forward to using Brooke for our future vacations!

She helped take care of EVERYTHING so I was able to focus on wedding planning and coordinating our wedding weekend… we left on our flight and I needed clarification on our transportation, she had it ALL COVERED and responded immediately!! She was available throughout our entire trip (while on her own family vacation) whenever we had questions or needed anything!!! Truly a wonderful travel agent and human.
