Fantastic experience: Working with Stephanee was such a breeze for our wedding, she made us feel comfortable and welcome the moment we started talking and helped us make for a very memorable ceremony ending with us in handcuffs!(No cops involved). It made for a laugh and something we can look back on and know she helped make our ceremony our own. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better officiant!

Fantastic experience: Stephanee did a wonderful job as our day of coordinator. Prior to the wedding, she was very responsive, kind, and open. Anything I requested would get done with no hesitation. She even helped put together our floral arrangement for the ceremony and helped save my feet from decaying in heels lol. Fantastic experience: Stephanee served as our wedding coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made during our planning. She helped with any other thing we needed help with. She made our itinerary, called vendors, moved decorations from the ceremony to reception, and dealt with vendors on the day of and made sure everyone had what they needed. Fantastic experience: Stephanee helped us plan a phenomenal trip to the UK. We were traveling between England and Scotland--basically roaming around. Stephanee secured us the perfect vehicle and lodging in several cities and countryside locales for our two week stay. When our flight from O'Hare was delayed 12 hours, she was able to contact both the rental car agency and our London hotel to apprise them of our new arrival date and assure we did not lose either reservation. Planning this trip with her was efficient, seamless and fun! Always go with Plans in Paradise.

Fantastic experience: Stephanee has my travel agent for years. My very first experience with her as our travel agent, I got COVID and had to quarantine in Mexico alone for a week. She handled all of the last minute changes and new arrangements and made a scary experience much less stressful. The latest trip has been a year in the making for our destination wedding where she tackled guest arrangements and travel, finding excursions and restaurants, and was ALWAYS available for any and every question me and all my guests had. She joined us in Mexico to help coordinate the wedding, incoming guests, and quite literally helped with any request I had (including wrangling my toddler). I truly cannot say enough about how thorough, attentive and amazing Stephanee and her business has been.

Fantastic experience: We had a destination wedding in 2024 and chose Plans In Paradise as our travel agent and wedding coordinator. Stephanee is very knowledgeable. We gave her some ideas of the type of resort we were looking for and she gave us many options to choose from. After we chose, Stephanee worked with the resort to get a room contract and we had a phone call where she explained the process and perks. All wedding guests were able to book through her which made the process easy for us, as we directed questions directly to her as well. We chose to have Stephanee and her assistant Casi at the resort for coordination purposes. They helped with any issues that arose and were readily available the day of the wedding for all needs that arose. Our friend was supposed to officiate and was unable to come last minute and Stephanee stepped in and did a great job officiating our wedding. Most importantly, Stephanee and Casi are down to earth and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Plans In Paradise for your destination wedding.

From coordinating all of the details with each vendor (photographer, florist, bakery, venue, etc) to officiating our ceremony… the day was absolutely everything we dreamed of. From the first phone call and first in-person meeting, we knew Stephanee was the perfect person for our officiant. She writes each ceremony uniquely for the couple. She sent us questionnaires to fill out and then we talked over them, perfecting each and every detail. She told our story in a way that was real and true to us. We laughed, we cried, we reminisced during the ceremony of the life we have lived together and the future we would build. She made the drive from Cambridge to be at our rehearsal, had dinner with our family and friends, and fit in as if she had always been a part of our lives. I recommend her over and over. She is the best.

Fantastic experience: Stephanee helped us as a travel agent for our wedding in June 2024. She made our guests have a seamless experience when booking through our travel block. She advocated for us when determining pricing and negotiating kickbacks/deals with the resort. She was always open for a phone call/text within minutes of requesting. Even up until the wedding day she was working with our guests when we had difficulties contacting the transportation service for our guests. Planning a destination wedding alone is a huge project but having Stephanee deal with the travel side of things allowed us to really focus on the wedding planning as we knew she had everything taken care of on her side of things. She truly went beyond her duties to make sure we and our guests were taken care of and we can't thank her enough. Looking back on it now, we probably would have chosen Stephanee as our travel agent AND our wedding planner, that is how much we trust in Stephanee. Thank you again!

Fantastic experience: 8/11/23 Stephanee was the best wedding gift to myself I could’ve asked for from start to finish, just absolutely wonderful. So much experience and help with all the questions and concerns I ever had. If she didn’t have an answer, she made sure to get one. She did way more than I ever expected and was so worth every penny. I couldn’t have done it (sanely) without her. She took all my worries away and truly took everything into her own hands. The number one reason I wanted her was so I could enjoy the day starting with the bridal suite and to help set up and make the day go smoothly and she did just that. With the help of Kasi, they truly were the best hype team and supporters. Kasi pumping me up before I walked down the aisle and Stephanee fluffing my dress before I walked down. Just love them so much for all they did. They helped make our day the best it could’ve been and I wish we could do it over and over again❤️not a single regret. Honeymoon: Stephanee was the best help we could’ve asked for when planning our honeymoon! We had no idea where we wanted to go. We just knew we wanted out of the county, somewhere on a beach and in September! She helped us pick Aruba! Gave us all the options for resorts and packages, locations to fly out of with prices, how to book excursions ahead of time, just everything we needed with never planning our own international trip before! Definitely would use again. So grateful for her and all she does. ❤️

Fantastic experience: THE BEST! We were lucky enough to go to a place called Jade Mountain in Saint Lucia that blew us outta the water and we couldn’t of done it without Plans in Paradise! Fantastic experience: Stephanee truly is amazing at what she does! Her and Cassi were the reason our wedding went so perfectly! She had coordinated my family friends wedding and I heard nothing but compliments so figured I’d give it a try and was not disappointed! Her personality fit right in with my family and friends and she was very inviting and easy to work with. She handled EVERYTHING for me and took all the stress away and allowed me to just enjoy the big day! Stephanee and Cassi were so on top of everything and incredibly detailed orientated. She even fixed my bussel on my dress multiple times throughout the night. Also she plans honeymoons and doubles as a travel agent so win win! Fantastic experience: Stephanee helped us with our wedding at Sandals Ochi in June 2023! She took the time to really get to know us and our families. She was always willing to take a call from us if we had questions or needed to work through something. This included hopping on all of our calls with the Sandals wedding coordinators and asking them questions we may not have thought about. We had a larger group of around 70 people traveling to Jamaica, and she helped us coordinate everyone's travel plans. She was also very professional and responsive. When it was hard to get responses from the on-site wedding team, she worked hard to get those responses for us or make us feel at ease. And she had a lot of flexibility & patience with some last-minute travel changes and questions. Thank you again ❤

Fantastic experience: I was very lucky find Stephanee as she was amazing in helping organize my wedding block and travel for my guests to my wedding in Cancun! She is super responsive and great at what she does. We had quite a difficult time with our hotel, and I honestly don't know what would have happened if she weren't involved. She was in constant communication with me, outlining the options, costs, etc. We had a group of 130 and she handled all inquires and issues very seamlessly. Definitely reach out to Stephanee for your wedding block and travel needs, she's a true pro !

Fantastic experience: We booked our destination wedding in Mexico 2022 and several trips since through Stephanee and she was nothing short of amazing! She helped answer all my questions and even travelled to our home town to meet our entire wedding group and answer any/all questions. We have a 3rd trip booked with her coming up to Punta Cana and cannot wait! I’m sure it’ll go just as smooth as our last trips. I was worried about going through an agent but wish I would have for previous trips. She made the honeymoon even better than we could have imagined. We will only choose her for future trips. Fantastic experience: Stephanee helped us plan and book our honeymoon to gorgeous St. Lucia. I was amazed at how quickly she sent me several different options during the planning stage and helped me weigh pros and cons. We ended up going with a Sandals resort and loved everything about it! We encountered quite a few travel nightmares trying to get to and from the island (delayed flight, missed connection, nowhere to stay overnight, lost bags, etc.) and Stephanee was there every step of the way, even when she was busy with personal matters. I am so very grateful for how kind and generous she was with her time and resources when we were experiencing that. I was a nervous wreck but she went above and beyond to make sure we were alright. Fantastic experience: When we decided to get married I didn’t want planning to be a chore for the next year or two!!!!!! Man, I’m glad my wife found Stephanee. She put in the hard work and made everything ran smooth. We had to move venue due to Covid restrictions 2 weeks before the wedding. This women made sure everything was transitioned over to the new venue and was put together. Stephanee also has a sense humor and was very easy to get along with, which was a BIG PLUS!!!!! Fantastic experience: We found Stephanee and hired her as our travel agent and wedding planner in December of 2020, shortly after getting engaged. My now husband and I knew that we wanted a destination wedding from the very beginning, but had no idea where to start! It was such an overwhelming process at first - trying to figure out the country, the resort, the wedding package, etc. When we were lucky enough to find Stephanee, she took all of the stress and anxiety away! She truly listened to what OUR wants and needs were when we thought about our destination wedding. We were so indecisive (there were so many options!), but she was so patient and kind while answering what seemed like millions of questions. We recently had our wedding in January in St. Lucia and we feel so fortunate to have had her help! We had no stress about 35 guests' travel because we knew she was so on top of everything! One of the flights out (with 7 of our guests) ended up getting delayed, which would've pushed their arrival back an entire day - but Stephanee was so amazing and worked in the middle of the night to get them all on new flights. She helped ease all of our nerves and anxiety through the planning process, got all of our guests booked and organized, and was so supportive of our vision. We ended up with our dream day because of her - we cannot recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Working with Steph throughout my destination wedding process was great. Steph was our travel agent and even took on the big task of helping our guest in Brazil book their rooms. She always responded very promptly to my messages and answered any questions I had throughout the process. My guest also said she replied promptly when they had questions. Unfortunately I did have to cancel my destination wedding and Stephanee definitely made that process a lot easier for me and my guest. I highly recommend working with Steph!

Fantastic experience: To start off--Stephanee is absolutely amazing! Leading up to our wedding, she was immensely helpful with contracts and making sure all the vendors were on the same page--all the boring things that you just don't want to deal with but they have to be dealt with anyway. Then, having Stephanee with us on our wedding day--I cannot imagine the day without her. She made sure everyone knew what to do, where to go, etc. She made sure that our very specific vision of the aesthetic and the vibe of our day was executed perfectly--it was like she climbed into my mind and made it all happen! I doubt that everything went perfect on our wedding day, but if things went wrong, I sure didn't know because Stephanee had it under control! She would show up exactly when I needed something, she reminded us of things we forgot to do, she's just truly amazing. Our ultimate favorite thing that we almost didn't have her do, was officiating our ceremony. We originally wanted a close friend or family member to do it. But I'm so glad that we allowed family to just enjoy the wedding while she officiated--every word she said was so meaningful and perfect for us, you would've thought we'd grown up together. Even our guests wondered if she was a friend of ours because she seemed to know us so well! She even found the perfect song lyrics to read, which was so special to us. The lyrics made even more sense in our relationship than she had even known! I'm not sure how she does it, but she just knows. I feel that I've made a forever friend in Stephanee. How could I not feel so connected to someone who dug so deep into her soul to give us the best ceremony and wedding day we could've ever dreamed of?

Fantastic experience: Plans in Paradise is an absolute must when planning your vacation! We went to Disney in September, and of course during our vacation the hurricane hit. Stephanee was in contact with us the entire time, checking in, rebooking flights, etc. so we could enjoy every minute of our trip even if it was not what we had originally planned. What we didn't know, was Stephanee was gearing up for her own vacation during this entire thing and never once put herself before us, her customers. Stephanee is selfless and will make sure your vacation dreams come true, no matter what!

Fantastic experience: Stephanee was so helpful at not only planning our 25th anniversary trip, but also assisting us when our flight to Jamaica was canceled due to the Jamaican air traffic controllers going on strike. Stephanee quickly went to bat for us and was able to get us re-routed to Cabo San Lucas for roughly the same price. In a matter of a few hours time she took care of all of our lodging and airport transfers. She was also so kind to check on us during our trip to make sure we were being taken care of. Fantastic experience: Stephanie helped us plan a much needed vacation to the Dominican Republic back in 2019. I had never been out of the country and and had no idea how to even start the process, but as soon as I messaged her she made the whole thing so simple! She asked a few questions, came up with different options (all within our budget) and all we had to do was pick our destination! She even drove out to Brookfield to meet with me and go over all the paperwork and details, which she could’ve easily done over the phone. She was available to answer any and all questions, even while we on vacation and never took more than a few hours to reply. She took all the stress out of planning the trip, and we will definitely be using her services again in the future!

Fantastic experience: A group of friends and I recently ventured to Cancun, Mexico. Stephanee made sure our group of 6 flew in on the same day (I flew from a different state) and (originally) left on the same day. The company she coordinates with (AmStar) was wonderful to work with as well and made our transfer to and from the airport, as well as, the excursions we chose to take, easy stress-free. Along with the quick responses, Stephanee was on top of my flight cancellations and helped me to rebook a trip home that made the most sense and didn't strand me at an airport for days on end. She even helped me file my travel insurance for the additional days I was stuck in paradise. If you are planning a getaway, you need to book with Plans in Paradise!

Fantastic experience: My name is Kristen, I got Stephanie’s name with plans in paradise from my trainer at the gym. She said she had a great experience, and I was looking for an awesome vacation with my daughter. I was able to reach Stephanie through Facebook and from that day forward she help my daughter and I plan an amazing vacation. We gave her a price range of what we were looking for, and what kind of resort we wanted. She was able to send us a few place to look at, and together my daughter and I were able to pick a place we both thought looked amazing :-) Stephanie kept in contact with us through emails and Facebook messenger and was always right on top of all of our questions and very promptly and when she wasn’t able she would message us and let us know it would be a couple hours or the next day which was so nice. After she helped us pick a place she was able to help us with an excursion that we really wanted which was swimming with the dolphins :-) We were able to upgrade to an ocean front too which was awesome. Stephanie helped us finalize all plans for our seat assignments and our luggage paid for, sent an email with everything we needed to know :-) We were finally able to meet Stephanie a week before we left and she gave us all the paperwork we needed for this trip. She made us feel so safe and secure leaving and knowing we had everything we needed. She checked in on us a couple days before we left and the day we were leaving to be sure we were all set which was such a nice touch. The day we left was my daughters 18th bday (legal in Mexico) and she messaged the resort asking them to send a cake to our room for he special day :-) She checked in with us during the trip and made everything just perfect for us:-) When we met with Stephanie she told us she was also a wedding planner and honeymoon planner along with planning these amazing trips. We will definitely use her again for all of the above someday and I highly recommend her services, she was absolutely amazing!! Fantastic experience: Stephanee assisted us in planning and booking our honeymoon at Excellence Punta Cana and the entire process from start to finish has been absolutely wonderful. She is super timely in her responses, easy to work with, and will go the extra mile to ensure that your trip is absolutely everything you want it to be and more! We had delays in getting back home due to weather and Stephanee knew about it before we did since she's monitoring the flights. She then assisted us in getting new travel plans in place and gave us some pointers along the way on how to deal with airlines (as this was our first ever hiccup when traveling). Fantastic experience: Having never gone through a travel agent before, I had no idea what to expect. Stephanee was able to navigate my indecisiveness with ease, confidence and patience.
