Negative experience: I just received my AAA card in the mail and the last name is misspelled. When I walked into the Preston Rd Frisco TX AAA store 2 weeks ago, they took my information for the application and I told them they were misspelling the last name. This mistake is no surprise to me - as during my entire visit I thought the AAA member services team were rushing through everything, not paying attention.

Negative experience: Communication and customer service needs to improve. I emailed a worker a very simple question there more than a week ago and got no response. Emailed again and still no response. I don't know whether she is still working there or just chose to ignore me. If she is no longer an employee, AaA should forward her email to someone else. anyway AAA should make public the Manager's email address so that I can email him. Update: Both the employee and the manager kept not returning my repeated email. Terrible service.

I would highly recommend coming to this location. Leo was very kind and did a great job making sure my paperwork was correct; everything about this establishment was top-notch!

Negative experience: Called at 7:25 AM for battery service, it's 2:31 and still waiting for service...multiple calls, multiple promises and no results. Terrible service AAA!

Negative experience: My experience is strictly on regards to Deundre as I cannot speak about the other staff. Deundre was very responsive initially to get my business. Once my business was acquired, it's been absolutely nightmare in dealing with him. He's been screening calls, never returning my calls or emails. My rates suddenly increased by almost double after I signed with him and he simply ignored me when trying to work this out. Again, I'm not saying the entire branch is like this but I would exercise caution if dealing with Deundre. Be prepared to never hear from him again once he has your business.

Negative experience: I used to have a great services at AAA offices in California. Too bad this is not the case any more. This office does not even pick up a call.

Negative experience: People at the front desk did not care that traffic made me exactly five minutes late and they would not try to help me reschedule. They said they could not tell me if they had any other openings. Which I could understand could be the case their tone was so, It’s not my problem.

Negative experience: Terrible office. Poor communication, unorganized staff work, and painfully rude customer service skills. Original quote doesn't match current premium cost. I was originally quoted $140/mo for the auto policy, given I pay the home owners policy in full. Did, and Tasha sent over the home declaration of policy, after many horror events of demanding to walk in the house to take pictures before closing day. Finally I knocked sense into her and her "supervisor" and they agreed to do the "walk-through" after closing.. within days of starting the home policy, Tasha managed to jack the cost of my auto insurance by close to 50%. When I asked, she mentioned it was due to a traffic infraction that took place in 2019, then she mentioned the MVR issue would come off my record by November 2024, and thus bringing the cost of the policy back to $140/month instead of $209/month. I tried calling her multiple times since November, without luck. Today I finally get a hold of the lady, but she clearly had no recollection of her promise. She's unwilling to look back at the original quote. She basically said it is what it is. Did I mention, she texted me one of her client's phone number to call instead of her office phone number, after ignoring my 8 prior phone calls to her direct number? If you need an agent who's truly on your side, and isn't going to screw you every chance that they can, then definitely steer clear of this office.

Negative experience: I had a 2:10 PM appointment for fingerprinting, and upon arrival, I was greeted by a very professional woman at the front desk. However, my experience with Charlie Gomez was extremely disappointing. His behavior was rude and unprofessional he was aggressive in handling my fingers, snatching and pulling without any regard for my comfort. I’m unsure if he was having a bad day or if this is his usual demeanor, but it was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Despite the poor service, I thanked him at the end, but he didn’t acknowledge it. I repeated my thanks, yet he still ignored me. Frustrated, I asked the front desk for the manager’s contact information and confirmed his name, Charlie. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you’re considering this location, I urge you to look elsewhere for a more professional experience.

Negative experience: I showed up at 12:30 and told them I was a walk-in for fingerprints. They said the fingerprint services are on lunch until 1. I sat and waited until 1 only to be told they don't allow walk-ins.

Negative experience: Customer service is not great. There’s probably many things to say about Victoria at the front desk, but being accepting to customers is not one. She’s rude, and out right disrespectful. At least I got my international license.

Negative experience: Wendy is the most rudest AAA customer service worker that I have ever talked to in my entire life. Disrespectful and discourteous. I call regarding a payment issue , she doesn't transfer me to the right department and keeps iterating the same thing without listening to what I say. Wendy should not work there as it brings shame to AAA

Negative experience: DO NOT GO WITH AAA!!!!  I went to the AAA office in Frisco Texas a few months ago and wanted to pay off the rest of my membership for the year. The representative told me that I'm not able to do that unless I cancel my current membership and restart a brand new one. So I did that, and incidentally lost my tenure, and went ahead and paid for a full year upfront as well as for my in-laws. Later, I found out that the representative failed to tie my membership number to my Insurance policy and it never renewed because of that. I was canceled and was told that if we would have been in a car accident, they would not have covered me, my wife, or my daughter. So I reinstated it immediately to be legal on the road (my daughter was literally driving in that moment of the phone call), but they told me that they would have to charge me for the first 2 months even though they hadn't covered me! I've spoken to many supervisors, including the one in Frisco, and they're refusing to fix the issue. Now they are saying that they would've covered me just to justify stealing my money. They continue to apologize but don't give any kind of resolution. Now I'm trying to cancel, but they want an extra $500+.  So I'm kind of stuck right now. As soon as I pay this off, I'm never going back to AAA again. They're legally stealing from me and I'm getting the worst customer service I've ever had. BY the way, I had to click on at least one star to be able to post this but I really wouldn't give them even one!!

Negative experience: I went to get my fingerprints done with identogo here. the man at the front desk was clipping his fingernails which is super gross. the woman doing the finger printing made a big deal about not taking people more than 10 minutes late but she was 10 minutes late to my appointment herself and was quite rude. I was there 15 minutes early just sitting there, no other customers were there. also the place smells like mildew in there. would be happy not to go back.

Negative experience: AAA is the most expensive and terrible insurance company I have ever had. You pay membership fees and high premiums for nothing. I have to call 6 to 7 different phone numbers and be kept on hold forever before reaching a customer service who do not have customer service conduct. And when you cancel they charge you for it, as though their high premium charges are not enough. Run, avoid at all cost, there are better insurance companies offering the same coverage for less and for your moneys worth. Don't get fleeced like I did.

Negative experience: John Weigel who is at this location in Frisco, TX was super rude and snappy. I don’t understand why he is in customer service and they have not let him go yet. He actually hung up me as well. Never experienced this kind of horrible service with AAA. I called the 1-800 and got everything resolved.

Positive experience: Even though it is a totally convenient service for day to day insurance, very helpful there. Nice, friendly and truly caring operators. Where they really lack sadly, is when it comes to a special circumstance. No flexibility. When your a member for 46 yrs and they won't extend, as special circumstance, the extra milage, when my family and I were stranded 300 miles away from home. I feel that, that is a bit on the cold side. Maybe they could think about that if it were their family out there.

Negative experience: Don't even go in during rush hour if you are not a member. You will have to wait til all members are done no matter if it's a drivers license or insurance quote or whatever.

Negative experience: Horrible Customer experience at the front desk. I am not a AAA member but I went in for a international permit. When I arrived there is one lady being held at the front desk. I waited in line as the only person in line. After about 5-10 Minutes another person got in line behind me. The lady who is being helped was finished I approach the desk and spoke to a lady with the first initial of her name with a C. She asked me why I need help with and I told her in a international drivers permit. Then she asked the lady behind me what she needed help with. The lady said to pay her bill that was The reason she was there. The lady at the front desk told me she would help that way first. I thought nothing of it thinking it would be a five minute transaction to pay your bill. The lady spent 20 minutes talking to her about applying for a loan or credit card and then doing small talk. The lady who is paying her bill asked the gentleman behind me that I cut in front of it still waiting. The lady upfront said that is OK we can take our time. Fast forward 20 minutes and finally the lady leaves about paying her bill. I asked the front lady with her first name initial is C why did you go and pick the lady behind me even though I was here first. She said because she’s a AAA member and they come first. I said I think it’s first come first serve it is not right for me to wait in line and get cut in front of each and every time someone comes in as a AAA member. The lady was rude and apprehensive to the whole situation. I asked to speak to the manager but I was told she was not in today. I will never sign up for AAA after that service. Someone so oblivious and cannot respect a customer or potential customer will never get a dollar from me.

Fantastic experience: Went in there a couple weeks ago to get my international drivers permit, I was in and out less then 10 mins. The gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful. Would recommend and will come back for an updated one once my current one expires next year. Great service

Positive experience: The only reason for the 3 starts is the reception agent who has always been very attentive. The insurance agent literally raised his voice at me for no reason, and wouldn’t listen. Very rude behavior. Hope they can improve.

Fantastic experience: On Oct 18, 2018, I stopped by Frisco AAA office on Preston Road. I was assisted by Mervat Hazahza for my insurance needs. I noticed she is well suited for her job and displayed a strong customer service skills as well as good sense of obligation to her job and accomplished her tasks efficiently.

Negative experience: I wish there was a way to put zero stars... I have never been treated so poorly for Insurance purposes. I tried calling the agent (Damon to Clinkscales)who by the never answers the calls and when the VMs are left .. does not call back either. When i was looking to buy the insurance I use to get atleast 2 calls and an email everyday until i bought the damn insurance. I never expected this from a AAA representative and it is really frustrating. I have paid for whole year for Auto as well as Renter Insurance so i am stuck but this is really ridiculous. please dont waste your money.. you might pay slightly more but state farm is 100 times better.

Positive experience: Service is pretty good, and rates are low, but when we went to requite for a new home we were buying, they gave us a quote that was way below everyone else, but it was because the insurance was below the standards required by lenders. Ended up going with Travelers instead. The price was a little higher, but I'm covered properly.

Fantastic experience: AAA saved us loads of money on our car insurance. Our agent is Wayne Cross whom is very friendly,professional and would go the extra mile to ensure the best deal. Not only cheaper than other insurance companies but nice to be able to speak to a person every time not a machine. Best and most hassle free policy we have ever had
