Fantastic experience: They booked a group of room for us at the Fontainebleau, one of the newest hotels on the Strip, at a decent rate. In addition, they got the hotel to treat us as VIPs, giving each of us a$100 credit to be used at the hotel. James reached out to me after our company registered for a conference in Vegas, and being honest I had no clue what ICHS Travel was (I thought it was a scam). But, I am so happy that James reached out to me because he really simplified my life when it came to booking 13 hotel rooms. He got me cheaper rates from what the hotels offered, and he answered his emails/phone calls in a timely manner (which hotels don't do). When rooms were all sold out, James provided a great back-up reservation option within a couple hours! Cannot recommend enough.
