Fantastic experience: My experience with NW Rafting was beyond words. I was blown away at how finely tuned their production is. From the knowledge of the Rogue Valley to the strong ability to teach and communicate - everything was perfect. Every meal was incredible and each guide worked so hard to make the trip amazing. It was a well balanced experience of fun and safety where fun never had to be sacrificed in order to achieve safety. NW Rafting truly sets the bar for what a whitewater rafting trip can be. I can’t give enough praise to the entire team who put it all together.

Fantastic experience: I did a solo trip down the Rogue River with Northwest last week. It was truly the experience of a lifetime for this widowed , senior woman from the east coast. Austin, Josh, Claire, Terra and Emilee were so in sync with one another that the trip was seamless. The strength of this crew and the hard work they put in to making sure we were all happy, was spot on. I felt very safe especially considering I had not rafted or camped in many years. The scenery was spectacular as was the weather. We had a mixed group of all ages and several delightful children. I think we bonded so well because the guides were so friendly. I got lots of assist as a solo traveler without having to ask, from both fellow campers and the staff. Being off the grid and in the exquisite nature of the Rogue is something I will cherish. I’m encouraging anyone who asks about it to make the trip to Oregan and book with Northwest! Oh, and the food was hearty , delicious and plentiful! Killer coffee to start each day! Sheila Beck

Fantastic experience: This was my 2nd rowing class with NWRC. Instruction, other students, camps, food, weather were awesome. Spring greenery and flowers on the Rogue River are so pretty. Having a small class total of 6 people size (3 students to one instructor was a special treat for a 2nd course). I liked reviewing the material and skills I learned last August, hear pro tips explained in different ways, and have time for extra practice. Daniel, Claire and Austin were wonderful roll models. I want to emulate when organizing my own river trips.

Our instructors, Mark, Austin and Zach, designed our lessons to build our skills systematically and with ample on-the-water opportunity to practice, learn from fails without judgement, and practice again to the point of competence and confidence. The course was rigorous, the water was cold and I am so glad I did it as I gained knowledge and skill in responding to the types of dangerous situations one hopes never to get in to but should always be prepared for.”

Fantastic experience: Northwest Rafting Company is great for anyone interested in developing rowing skills and safety for rivers. Their staff is very skilled and implement best practices in teaching. Additionally, all the instructors and support staff were very helpful in creating a safe, well held container for learning. I felt well prepared before arriving, received feedback often and was comfortable asking questions. Everyone on staff is kind, knowledgable and easy to connect with. I will continue to take the classes they offer.

Fantastic experience: I recently took the Class IV Rowing School with Northwest Rafting Company, and it was an outstanding experience. Zach, Connor, and Asa were all terrific instructors—knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do. I really appreciated the format of the class, which balanced instruction with plenty of hands-on, on-water experience. One of the biggest takeaways for me was the concept and theory of team boating, which I plan to integrate into our rafting group. The instruction was top-notch, and the overall experience was both challenging and incredibly rewarding. A sincere thank you to all of the instructors for their expertise and dedication. Fantastic experience: I did the 4 day Rogue River Rafting and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. I did not expect camping to feel like a vacation! It is worth every penny and I would recommend it 1000%. All the guides were amazing, knowledgeable, and organized. The food was delicious and plentiful. They were able to accommodate my vegetarian diet. They did all the cooking and cleaning for the meals. It was great they had three types of boats to ride in depending on how active you wanted to be. I loved all the side hikes/excursions they took us on. The camp sites were great. The views were stunning the entire way. Our group had so much fun everyday. The one area for improvement is they could have been better about making sure all food/smellables were packed up and stored at night for bear safety but we didn’t have any issues. We did see a bear from the water on the last day which was awesome!

Fantastic experience: Most amazing trip on the Rogue River this past week. I eat a whole food plant based diet and the food they prepared for me was out of this world. There were WFPB, vegans, vegetarians, and gluten free folks and they accommodated all of us. This didn’t even seem possible and I assumed I would lose a few pounds on the trip but quite the opposite. The river was amazing and the guides were super hero’s. We had so much fun and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic experience: Both Marti and I had the time of our life going on this trip. Doing a river rafting trip was one of our Bucket List items and the guides truly made it fantastic. We will be considering a Rouge river trip in the future and will be requesting them as our guides knowing that we would have the time of our lives again. Thanks so much to each of them. Fantastic experience: I just had an amazing trip on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho with Northwest Rafting. A group of friends has gone several times with them in the Rogue, and this was the first time I could join. Can't say enough positive things. The camp ran like clockwork. The food was fantastic, fresh, and healthy (if you could resist the cookies and (seriously!) Dutch oven cakes. The rafting opportunities ranges from solo duckies to placid oar boats, and everyone got clear instruction on how to paddle. The river and campsites were beautiful- bald-eagle palooza! Safety was clearly on everyone's mind but understated and professionally done. But most of all the guides were personable, mellow, delightful people I'd be happy to know in any context.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time participating in the Class III Rowing School on the Rogue River. The location was perfect and the guides were some of the best in the business. I felt so supported through the entire process and learned SO much. They break down the sections of the river and have lessons at camp and then help guide you through the river while you row your own boat. A big shocker for me was the quality of the food! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented - something I did NOT expect out in the wilderness on a multi-day raft trip. They bring snack bags as well, so you truly don’t even have to worry about anything! The guides and other participants made the experience so fun. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and I was sad for it to be over.

Fantastic experience: I was a complete beginner coming into the course (Rogue River 5 day course), and by then end I felt confident running class III rapids. The instructors are amazing- I felt safe and supported on the river the entire time. All around it was a fabulous adventure!!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing trip on the Owyhee with NW Rafting, 4/11/23 put-in. Unusual high water, and the guides handled it really well. Cold weather too, so we appreciated the fires and good food. They were very competent on the river and at the campsite, and worked hard to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. Highly recommended!

The routes, the guides, the food and the other explorers on these trips have exceeded expectations. I would not consider any other outfitter - we found the best!

Fantastic experience: This was the trip of a lifetime! I had the most incredible experience with NW Rafting. The instructors were so amazing. Asa is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor a legend in my opinion ( I’ve watched the video). His communication skills are outstanding. He is great at teaching and being serious when he needs to but he knows how to have fun and show the guests a great time. Story is such an impressive young man. You are lucky to have this kid on your crew. Wise beyond his years! Tate and Claire rounded out the crew with their skills in the kitchen preparing amazing meals and their abilities in making us feel comfortable and taken care of were off the charts. I felt so safe and supported by this crew. I want theses same guides on my next trip. Oh, and Micheal, I can’t forget Michael! He drove us up that mountain in the dark and got us to the launch in one piece! Wow!! Zach, you’ve done an amazing job assembling and incredible crew that respects you so much. Fantastic experience: This was hands-down one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The guides (Asa, Jean Baptiste, Austin, Abigail, Tate and Jesse) were so nice and helpful and hilarious and fun. I was so nervous because I'd never done anything like this before, and they were all so encouraging. Northwest provided all the big equipment, from rafts to camping gear. And don't even get me started on the food. Does everything just taste better by the river? Hot breakfast and dinner, cold (and delicious) lunch - it was all so yummy. The trip itself - 4 days on the Rogue - was just incredible. The views are beautiful, and the water is lovely with some gnarly whitewater spots to get your adrenaline going. I can’t wait to do it again (and again)!

Fantastic experience: Everything about our 4 day trip down the Rogue with NWRC was absolutely terrific! I have been on many outdoor expeditions and can tell you that their gear is top-notch, the back-country food unbelievably delicious and the fellow guests felt like family. But, what really sets NWRC apart, are the guides. They were OUTSTANDING. Each of our guides was SO, skilled, fun and professional. They made us feel safe the entire trip, while fostering an atmosphere of fun, outdoor stewardship and adventure the whole way. When my 14 year old and I arrived on shore on the last day, all we could say was "I wish we could get right back on!" Absolutely terrific!

Fantastic experience: Just got back from a rafting trip with NRC, and had an absolute blast. As a former guide myself, I know how much hard work and effort go into making these trips happen, not to mention happen smoothly. And honestly, NRC made it look easy! And trust me...it ain't. Even with a few curveballs thrown at them (we had quite a bit of rain the last night and the last day) the guides pulled it off without a hitch. Would absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone who is thinking of going on a rafting trip, you will not be disappointed!! 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Stop! Your search is over... if you're looking to have one of the most memorable trips of your life out on the river. This guiding and outfit company is top notch from start to finish and even days later. All of the guides were fun, smart, knowledgeable and had a passion for the wilderness like I've never seen before; plus, they kept everyone safe and comfortable (out on the water and with The Rona precautions). A BIG shoutout to our guides on the Rogue River trip we took --> Katie, Dustin, Henry, Courtney, Ellie, and Tim. The food was spectacular, the lunch time adventures were amazing, and the white water was epic! Not to mention the craziest water fights with the jet boats on the lower Rogue. We're already planning to run the Middle Fork next summer and will ONLY be looking to book with Northwest Rafting Company. Besides... they have the coolest logo (the bear) in the history of... well... basically anyone. lol. Go get your Ducky on!

Fantastic experience: My family (age 9-45) went on a 3 night 4 day rafting trip. I was very impressed even before the trip began with the correspondence, responsiveness, and thoroughness of the company. On the river, the guides were amazing. They provided unbelievable meals, kept the trip fun, and kept us safe. Each and everyone of us had a great time. I look forward to doing another trip in the future. Fantastic experience: Northwest Rafting Company far exceeded my high expectations on our four day trip on the Rogue River. Our fearless leader, Cody, and guides, Asa, Emily M., Peter, Amanda, and Emilie L. quickly inspired confidence and trust, enabling us to fully relax and appreciate this wonderful adventure. While clearly working hard, they made it look like fun. Their positive attitudes, safety awareness, communication skills, organization, river reading and rowing abilities are truly impressive. Their knowledge of Rogue River history, geology, and wildlife enhanced our experience. Our group ranged in age from 7 to 66, and it was rewarding to connect with fellow adventurers individually, with their families, and as a group. Our guides’ unobtrusive help with this process was much appreciated. We chose our level of participation in river travel and activities, so each of us had a customized trip, while travelled down the river and camping together. NRC took care of everything, so we could focus on being fully present and having fun. In tents next to the river, surrounded by mountains, under starry skies, we slept better than at home. During hot days, we enjoyed side hiking adventures, swimming in the cool, crystal waters of side creeks. Individual dietary needs, including vegan and gluten-free, were handled expertly, with more than enough delicious, healthy food. Cold drinks and surprisingly good coffee were available with perfect timing. Even van ride back to the put in had spectacular scenery, when the expectation was that it would be an unpleasant ride. I am grateful to Northwest Rafting Company for the obvious care they take to hire and train the right people, for providing quality equipment, and behind the scenes organization, including your helpful office staff. I can’t wait to plan my next trip with them!

Fantastic experience: My family recently went on a trip with Northwest Rafting Company on the Rogue River and it was one of the most incredible trips of our lives! We absolutely loved being unplugged in such a gorgeous location, it really created an amazing bond between our family and the other families on the trip. Both the food and setup were next level amazing- each night we camped at beautiful locations and the guides made incredible food at each meal of the day! The guides were a huge highlight of the trip for all of us- they were so kind, inclusive of everyone, and so fun to be around. They really helped me feel comfortable and motivated to try new rafting challenges on the river. We are already wanting to plan our next trip with Northwest Rafting Company and would highly recommend them for an action packed, amazing adventure experience!

Fantastic experience: Wow. Wow. Wow. We came across them by chance on an online search and how lucky we were to learn they are the most reputable rafting company out there. We could see why after going on an epic trip with them! The guides were amazing! From being fun and adventurous all the while being attentive and safe! Amazing with the kids, the young adults and older adults alike. We expected food to be so so and we were very pleasantly surprised. Kept very well fed and with great quality. We left the trip with many new friends and had already put the second one on our calendars before we left! They will not disappoint! Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about the spectacular adventure put on by the Northwest Rafting Company! I spent four days on the Rogue River, and I never thought I would have connected and shared experiences with a group of strangers—by the end of the trip, I felt like I was part of a new family. The guides, Cody, Emily, Asa, and Henry, were the perfect addition to our eclectic group as each member of our guide team brought a unique perspective to the trip. The guides did a phenomenal job promoting river safety, including facilitating a conversation about COVID precautions, which made me feel at ease and confident in all of the guides. I was impressed how the guides carried themselves and how they were able to catalyze the participation of group members, which created unity. By the end of the trip, I felt like I had known my rafting partners for a lifetime, and that is a special feeling. Additionally, the accommodations and meal options were extraordinary. I felt like every meal was a catered feast, and I was amazed by the quality of food and the meal options offered. I never thought I would be eating steak with caramelized onions or an upside-down pineapple cake while rafting down a river. Ultimately, this experience was spectacular, and I highly recommend adventuring with the Northwest Rafting Company.

Fantastic experience: The 4 day trip on the Rogue River was honestly one of the more amazing trips I have ever been on. The guides (Dustin, Emily M., Katie, Amanda, and Asa) were absolutely wonderful, inclusive, knowledgeable and so down to earth! The food every day exceeded my expectations and was so delicious! We celebrated 2 birthdays on this trip including my Dad and they made him feeI so special, put candles in the dessert and we all sang to him. It was awesome! It was so nice to unplug and be off the grid for a few days to really get to know the other family and guides without distractions. I loved the chair circle when we got to camp each day because it gave us all an opportunity to unwind from the day and relax. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone and everyone and hope to be back soon! THANKS SO MUCH!

Fantastic experience: My family and I recently got back from rafting the Middle Fork of the Salmon with Northwest Rafting. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend rafting with them. NW Rafting was absolutely fantastic all around. The office was extremely helpful answering all of our questions while we planned for the trip and the guides on the trip couldn’t have been better. They were warm and friendly and connected with both the kids and adults alike and they really knew the river. Northwest Rafting also did a great job adjusting their trip to accommodate for Covid-19 precautions. We all had a great time being in the outdoors with fantastic folks, all while feeling safe.

Fantastic experience: We just returned from an incredible 6 day trip on the Middle Fork with 24 family members who flew in from all over the country. Throughout the planning process and up to departure day, Zach and his staff were extremely patient and professional answering all of our questions and handling all the logistics. Everyone on the trip (ages 12 to 62!) said it was the best trip ever and wanted it to last longer! The guides were superior in their knowledge of the river and had great communication skills and made sure everyone on the trip was safe, comfortable and ready for a great time. The food was excellent, too! You won't go wrong rafting the Middle Fork with NRC!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to recently attend the Northwest Rafting Rowing School on the Rogue River in Oregon. When I signed up for the waiting list, I didn’t think I would be able to attend or even what to expect. Once I was called to fill a spot, I was excited and by the end of the trip I was blown away by the once in a lifetime experience. The guide to student ratio is amazing and each person had their own boat with the ability to row a variety of sizes and types. The instructors had years of experience and were able to connect with all levels of ability. I felt confident with rowing from years of rowing a drift boat for fly fishing, but little did I know the difference in rowing for whitewater. The instructors provided just the right amount of guidance and freedom to allow you to get hands on experience and learn from your mistakes. In addition, the food and evening social hours were unforgettable. I would highly recommend this school for any level of rower interested in expanding their whitewater capability or overnight river trip logistic knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I have not been on a trip with this company and guides but I was on the same river, the Middle Fork Salmon, as them this week. They were running a commercial trip and I was on a 6 day private trip that started the same day. These guides are the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful guides in the industry. Someone had wrapped and left a boat on the river a couple of weeks ago. Two of the Northwest guides pulled it off the logs and brought it down to the next ranger station. This was not an easy task and not only helps that boater, but cleaned up the river for all of us. They were kind with sharing knowledge and we could tell that they took great care of their clients and of the river. If I were to do a commercial white water raft trip on the Salmon, which is the trip of a lifetime, I would definitely do it with Northwest.

Fantastic experience: Spent 4 days on the Rogue with these guys and the trip could not have been better. The guides were great and took care of everyone in the group wonderfully. I am already planning my next trip with them!

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing 4 days on the Rogue River with Northwest. The guides truly care about each person on the trip enjoying themselves as much as possible, not to mention that the food is incredible. Who knew that you could eat better on the river than at home?? I got to paddle a ducky during whitewater and rest on the gear boat when I wanted to. The guides made us all feel like part of a community and feel safe the whole time. I would highly recommend Northwest to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: I'm just home from the class 3 rowing class on the Rogue River, and I'm still buzzing with the excitement. My friends have commented on how I light up when telling them the stories of time on the river. It was such an amazing and fun trip. The class travels the Wild and Scenic section with the advantage of getting to row your own raft the whole time (a couple of critical rapids excepted). I was just thrilled with how much I learned over the 5 days of the course, and the progression of all of the students was clearly obvious. Each of the instructors (Peter, Daniel, Nick & Ellie) had different things they would notice and would provide individualized advice on how to make it to the next level. The crew was equally involved in making sure we all had a great time once we reached the beach too. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was plenty of it. We had great discussions around the chair circle, and I got to know a dozen people from very different walks of life. A trip like this really helps connect us to what is important and recharges the soul. Thanks to Northwest Rafting Co and all of my comrades on the water for making this a great learning vacation.

Fantastic experience: I have been on two trips with Northwest Rafting Company; both were superbly organized and outfitted. You will want their guides as your personal friends by the end of the trip if you go with them. The guides are all attentive, smart, knowledgeable and fun. I went on the Illinois River and the Lower Owyhee with NRC. They are each awesome in different ways. I had high hopes for both, and they each exceeded my expectations. They are really two jewels that will leave you with a love for the wilderness, and a joy in being alive to see it. I recommend NRC without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I've been on 4 trips with Northwest Rafting this year, including my introduction via their Class IV course based near Hood River, a trip on the Illinois River, the Class III course on the Rogue, and finally this August, the middle fork of the Salmon River in Idaho, during the eclipse. I rowed my own cataraft on the first 3 trips, and spent most of my time on the MF Salmon in a rubber ducky. All trips were just awesome. Everyone of the guides and teachers associated with NWRC is talented in multiple domains. All wonderful to be with and get to know, and to learn from. Organization, logistics, customer service, food, equipment, knowledge, instruction, patience, safety, humor, discernment are all unsurpassable. People of all ages and abilities are welcomed and individual needs accommodated. I brought my sister on the Salmon, who was overall somewhat frightened. She found an oar boat and boatman who totally helped her feel secure and enjoy the trip fully. I got to paddle a rubber ducky through some very cool water for 5 days. I'm older, and not necessarily in the best of shape in all respects, with some specific limitations, and Zach and company always worked with me to figure out what and how to do things, safety always top of mind. One of the really great things about taking two courses, a one-on-one instructor guide on the Illinois, and then a clinic on IKs, with NWRC is that I've met, got to learn from, sometimes begin to know a host of different remarkably accomplished and fascinating guide-instructors and customers. There's ongoing relationships there, and I wouldn't want to miss seeing them all again on the gorgeous and precious rivers of the northwest.

Fantastic experience: Zach and his crew took our group of 19 out on the Rogue in July 2017. It was my first rafting trip, took me out of my comfort zone, and I loved every minute! Each guide was skilled and professional, I always felt like I was in good hands. Their knowledge in and out of the river was impressive and it felt like they were truly part of our group. Safety, our itinerary, and any technical aspects of our trip were always communicated in a professional way. Each morning started with delicious coffee and a full breakfast followed by a day of rafting peppered with lunch, hiking, waterslides, and amazing scenery. Dinner was far from rustic - steak, salmon, mac and cheese, and more! Dessert could not be beat. Camp games, relaxation, and group camaraderie finished out each day. I am already looking forward to our next trip with NW Rafting in 2019!

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing time on two different trips! Best rafting company I have been with yet! The food is soooo good! The guides are so kind knowledgeable and fun! The rivers were gorgeous and the views spectacular! I had the time of my life and can't wait to go on my next trip! Without hesitation I would highly recommend these guys they made it a trip of a lifetime! The Illinois river is so blue and green and clear and had some very technical water but I felt safe the entire time! I took the 5 day rowing school on the rogue and they taught me how to row. The progression and quality of teaching was incomparable to any other. between the three rowing instructors they had 60 + year of experience and it showed! Very empowering and safe experience!!!!

Fantastic experience: I'm not a big one to write up reviews very often, but we simply had a fantastic 4 day trip on the Rogue River with Northwest Rafting. Zach & Tim were fantastic as was the other staff. I was fortunate enough to let someone else do the research...so my sign-up process took probably a total of 3 minutes. Guides joined us for dinner the night before we went out...and literally everything thereafter went perfectly! We're a group that gets together annually (over 20 years at this point)...sometimes we organize ourselves, sometimes we use outfittters...if all our outfitter experiences were as awesome as NWRC...we'd be ever so lucky! Above and beyond being super cool people, NWRC was super adaptive to our needs (which were slightly diverse)...yet very professional with regards to issues like safety...they also pulled me out of the river a couple times after I flipped my kayak over (user error/learning curve)...so that was an added bonus. Great end to end experience and will look to use in the future. Big thanks to Zach and Tim!!!

Fantastic experience: There are those of us that 'get it' and those of us that don't. There are so many aspects beyond the river itself that makes a river trip truly special and memorable and Northwest has them all. Everything about our trip was top notch. It all starts with the guides. The guides have to be personable, knowledgeable and have a sense of humor. We hit the lottery with Dustin, Colby and Anna. They took care of us from start to finish. Great meals, Great Campsites and really easy to get along with. If you don't have good guides, it's almost not worth it. The communication at the start of the trip was excellent and every effort was made to fulfill our needs. The Rogue river is an American treasure and EVERYONE should experience a few days away from civilization and drift along at the speed of nature every now and again. I can't think of anyone who does it better than NWRC! Kudos Zach and company!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Northwest Rafting Company was top notch. I picked these guys to guide us down the Hood River for the main event of a bachelor party weekend. Throughout the entire process they were extremely accommodating and very professional. For a very reasonable price, they organized an exclusive trip for just the members of our party, including lunch. Their online registration tools made payment, signing waivers, and dissemination of trip details extremely easy. These guys were so great, that when the smaller than average snow pack for the season made it so that the river would be sub-optimal to raft, they actually recommended not doing the trip with them. Instead they took it upon themselves to organize another trip for us with a different rafting outfitter across the Columbia in Washington. I didn't have to lift a finger, they took care of all of the details for us. I was so impressed that they would rather send us to a different outfitter and lose money than take us on a mediocre rafting trip.

Fantastic experience: JR and Lori were amazing instructors, from tipping over in flat water at the beginning of the course to running class II wave trains; they provided patient guidance and feedback throughout the four day class. They also showed individual attention to everyone in the class, helping people get comfortable in their kayaks, and for the more advanced people, how to ferry back and forth across a rapid. The Recreation section of the Rogue was a great place to learn how to kayak and provided challenges to everyone in the group from the most timid to the more adventurous. I would recommend this four day class to anyone looking to learn a new skill or to just have a great weekend on the Rogue. Oh… and the food was amazing as well. I can’t wait to get back out on the river to try out my new skills. See you on the river!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the opportunity to do a private safety class with Zach. Every aspect of the class, from price to content to professionalism, far exceeded my expectations. For anyone looking to brush up on old skills or to learn new ones, I could not imagine a better option. I'm looking forward to my next opportunity to join them.

Fantastic experience: Oct/Nov 2012: Just returned from Northwest Rafting Co.'s Rafting and Cultural Expedition to Bhutan - the absolute experience of a lifetime! Guides Zach, Dan, Nate, and Nick were top class. With their combined river/outdoors experience, I felt comfortable with all the activities and even in pushing my own personal limits. Bhutan is a magnificent country with breathtaking scenery, wonderful food, wild adventures - it truly must be the last Shangri-La on earth! The Bhutanese people should be the standard-bearer for rating all other world cultures - everyone we met was friendly and proud to point out all the delightful intricacies of their country. Northwest's Bhutan trip is a rarity in that you set your expectations sky-high months in advance and yet are not let down in the least, rather you leave with a light heart and in amazement at what you just experienced. Kudos to Zach and Northwest for a trip well served!

Fantastic experience: I just returned from an awesome Bhutan Rafting and generally amazing cultural trip with Northwest. They seem to really have their ducks in a row. From my first contact with Zach and Janda, then making sure I had everything in order for our international trip, through Janda checking in just before I took off to answer last minute questions -- they helped make sure everything was perfect. The trip itself was life-changing. Zach brought together the amazing cultural sites and flavor of the Bhutanese poeple in a classy way and safely led our group down some exciting whitewater. On getting back to the real world, Northwest's website has a great picture sharing area where Zach had already uploaded a lot of great shots from the trip. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Fantastic experience: Had the best time on the Rogue River with NWRC. J.R., Jonathan and Ryan were great guides, professional, knowledgable and very personable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After a wonderful day on the river, we were treated to delicious meals and good company. I would't hesitate to go again and highly recommend any trip with this company.

Fantastic experience: Zach and our tour guide were amazing. I was with a group of 5 other females (mostly beginners, and my first time) and they made us laugh, feel comfortable and feel accomplished. We stopped for amazing milkshakes, they took pictures for free and were super friendly and helpful throughout. I would love the chance to take one of their longer trips and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Truly one of the best experiences of my life. Zach and his team of seriously experienced guides (Hans and Adam) brought us down some amazing rivers in Oregon, and made the trip adventurous, easy-going, and memorable. It was a perfect weekend for me and my 5 friends, and we are planning our next annual trip with NWRC.

Fantastic experience: The Best Of All Worlds. What a great trip these folks put on. I've been on numerous commercial trips with a handful of different outfitters and I can say hands down I had the best time with Northwest Rafting Company. Organized well enough that everything ran smoothly, yet flexible enough that it didn't seem like a forced march. The guides allow everyone the time to do a bit of their own thing while still making you feel like part of a group. The office staff are truly first rate and were far better about contact after a trip has been booked than others I have experienced in the past. THE GUIDES ARE FANTASTIC.
