Fantastic experience: went for I-9 verification, and it took literally time required for scanning the green card. less than 2 mins in and out. Not sure what's the fuss about a lot of people are making here in comments

Negative experience: learn how to talk with costumers I rent track from this place it was horrible, track was bad shape inside and mechanical, track was shaking when you driving, i sad Indian lady like track is bad shape and she just responded ok. Really? Anyway don’t rent track from them

Negative experience: Went for i9 verification, the person was very rude and she rushed through the process which resulted in my verification being denied even though all of my documents were correct. Had to go to another place to get it verified

Negative experience: Absolutely awful. The place didn’t open until 3:30pm and the person there didn’t even apologize for being late. They also didn’t honor my appointment time (which was at 3:10pm) and made me wait an extra 15 minutes after opening.

Negative experience: I had an I-9 appointment more than a month back. The person certifying it (a young man) was rude and irritable, for God only knows what reason. He kept muttering "I don't know" in a purported sense of indignation (again for what I have no idea), and in the end it turned out he didn't know how to process my I-9. He insisted I take a print of my expired I-94 and saying it was required. I tried to question his logic in vain. Later, the system itself put put a message saying this I-94 is a previous one. Anyways, it turned out to be a bad experience, I kept my calm and paid the service fee of 2$ (sorry the printout fee for a totally unnecessary print, I can see a lot of people have mentioned this in their reviews) and walked out. Try out other places for I-9 verification please.

Negative experience: I never leave reviews, but this place should not manage U-Hauls. It's a mess and not worth your time. Water, travel agency, notary, U-Haul, life and health insurance, mobile phone... Just stick to selling water and you'll be good. If renting U-Haul, go elsewhere. Ps, the guy who was working was nice and respectful to me... Not his fault.

Negative experience: Don't take on the responsibility of managing a U-Haul if you can't manage to put a key in a box

Negative experience: I went there for i9 verification. They refused to take the document I brought and asked me to print some other documents for a hefty fee. Though I showed up on time, the lady there became impatient with me when we talked about the documents and said my reservation was for two days ago and I should made way for others. Also, the lady just swiped on my cellphone without my consent. One good thing though is they asked my to type in my ssn by myself. Thank you for respecting my privacy. They said the verification went through after I printed the document. On the next day, I got an email saysing the verification failed! GREAT JOB! THANK YOU! edit: Thanks for being rude to your customers!

Negative experience: This place deserves negative stars. Went to rent a uhaul. Came in eating a banana, threw the peel in the trash. After watching me for about 5 min the woman working asked me to take the peel out the trash and throw it outside as "thats for paper". Like you don't have a trash to throw garbage in? I should've realized after that it was going downhill. Rent uhaul. Return that night. I came back the next day as I left something behind at the store. Upon entering, the woman who made me take the banana peel out the trash said I'm being charged a cleaning fee for white stuff on seat. Nothing was on the seats, and I was wearing all black plants. When I asked for proof she said she cleaned it. Mind you i was still wearing the same pants, which had nothing on it. Still fighting the bogus charge. This place is a scam and I'd avoid this scam place like the plague.

Negative experience: Guy who sits next to you fingerprinting (I believe his name is Danny — short-curly haired bloke) makes awkward jokes at best and gets frustrated at you for suggesting alternate techniques to fingerprint when the scanner isn’t reading. He also rereads personal information like SSN out loud for everyone in the room to hear which is extremely unprofessional. I was also helped almost a half hour later than my appointment time. Everyone else working there or assist — I believe they’re Indian or Pakistani or Nepali — are very kind and actually service-oriented. He told me to leave a Google review as I walked out — here you go dude.

Negative experience: Terrible service from the Arab man up front. I came 20 minutes early for my appointment to get passport/ID verified and he was eating potato chips , 1 by 1 , and “talking with his friend”. Told me to come back when my appointment time was (20 minutes later ). I came back 20 minutes later to a line out the door , and a 35 minute wait. 6-7 other visibly upset customers there. He was not effective with managing the line , or streamlining it. He could have taken me early but chit chatting and eating potato chips with his friend was more important. He was rude but always made sure to say “Leave a review on Google for us!” Sure thing man, 1 star for you so everyone can know your business sucks.

Negative experience: Don't come here for Job verification if you are a resident alien. I am one of the resident aliens holding H1B visa. But The staff here has no idea what docs are actually required for a resident alien and the business owner was being very rude throughout the time, I just asked if I could use other docs in the suggested list (like driver license, passport) from email they sent me, she said she could only take H1B approval notice and accused that I was trying to argue with them, so the customer had no right to ask questions nowadays? Well your reservation email listed out tons of acceptable docs but only latest H1B notice acceptable now? OK then I need to print out my latest H1B approval notice (I just received that notice in email half hour ago before I drove 40mins to this place) and they told me it cost $2 for two pages and throughout the entire verification process she was keep complaining, being very demanding, rude and disrespectful. And after that she ask $4 because it is actually charged by side, not page, and Venmo/Cash only. And keep saying she was doing a huge favor for me?? Well if being disrespectful and charging unreason amount of money for just printing counts. And what's intolerable, she even threatened me that she would get me lose my new job when I was about to leave. What is wrong with this place? The customer came in for a service and that's how you treat them? Even threatening, discriminating and trying to freak customers out, treat alien residents differently with US citizens (she was saying other people are verifying fast, that's true cuz they are citizens, passports are good enough for them)? Well if you would like a little bit respect when verifying your new job, don't come this place and save a good day for yourself.
