One is Madina market and one is Madina travel and we have nothing to do with Madina travel. With this being said, Madina market always tried to gain the full satisfaction of our customers and alhamdulillah we been abled to serve them in a best way and gained their satisfaction. Fantastic experience: Horrible my purse got stolen in broad daylight in the parking lot And the worker claims the owner is the only one who has access to there cameras and he may be bed away... All I ț of dirty n grimy people

Positive experience: I'm not sure but I think this place is out of business or permanently closed I've stopped here three times and it was always closed. The time I did go there and it was open the guy was really helpful and they were priced like everyone else.

Negative experience: Lack of communication, disorganized, not reliable, Hotel in Mecca it's not even a two-star hotel if you don't have a connection you are nobody and we were 5 in a small room.no spiritual leaders were available I did everything by my self. Lunch in Mina ( KFC) always late average 3 pm, and dinner between midnight and 3 AM. This is for the Hajj 2019.

Negative experience: اسوا حمله حج لم يوفروا اي مساعده لوالدتي، علما والدتي تبلغ من العمر سبعون عاما ،حيث قمنا بتوصيتهم عليها ولم يقوموا بذلك خلال موسم الحج لعام٢٠١٩ مع العلم دفعنا مبلغ كببر من اجل توفير الخدمات ومع الاسف لم يوفروا لها

Negative experience: He scammed my cousins dad and he is still waiting under the heat outside the Saudi Arabia airport and he paid extra money for the bags to get to the hotel and the guide didn’t even show up. Don’t use this it’s a scam!

Negative experience: The worst travel agency in USA Stay away from him. He knows you before you pay him and promise you everything but after you pay you are on your own. Dont deal with Madina travel unless the is no other option for. I will not recommend ay one to go with this company.

Negative experience: Ramadan umrah 2017. This is the worst travel agency i have ever seen not recommended at all. Took our money and gave us the worst service no communication( sent emails to shad never emailed back or at least to apologize), worst hotels, dirty rooms, food from outside and served to your room. I will never forgive them

There prices are hard to beat, with 5 star hotels and amazing food + other accommodations. Our hotels have been within proximity of Haram which is really nice! Br. Shad is a very hardworking and humble individual, who you will not see sitting for one second! He is always running around helping all his customers to offer such a humbling experience an experience that you will NEVER forget, an experience of a LIFETIME! I'm sure there are people who would say else wise, but we KNOW that Hajj is meant to be difficult and we should all understand that sometimes situations may happen, but it is from Allah (swt). I'm very pleased with Madina Travel and would HIGHLY recommend them! They are a hardworking agency, that ensures quality !

Negative experience: Me and my wife performed hajj this year with this travel,the worst hajj agency in USA,they took 600 ppl and no guide,only one mufti was there and he was not helpful at all, before hajj they told us we will have imam to guide us for how to perform umrah and hajj but we did ourselves,hujjaj don't know how to go jamarat from Mina tent, how to go for tawafe ziyarat,no bus service for us,and lots of other issues,if I mention everything it will take me one hour to write, please please please don't go with this travel agent,spent few hundred $$$ , find other travel,they all are cheater's

Negative experience: This for Hajj 2017. Coast us from Denver $7100 The worst company you could travel with they only care about the $$. They took about 600 Hajji this year, and he had no one running the show no communication or anything, even our Imam never showed up to help us with the Hajj, they make a lot of promises before you get there, once your there your just a Hajji # to them. Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase do your homework before your travel to Hajj with any company. There was 3 of Us and it did coast me about $21,300. I could keep going on and on and on about every issue, but you get my point. please you may pay little more for peace of mind and better service and communication.

Negative experience: .. This company is the worst company in the world in terms of organization and management ... The tent in Mina is not cooled 320 Haji inside the tent !!! The bus.This is the biggest problem .. The waiting times are many more than 8 hours to wait for the bus .... I returned a few days ago and this is my testimony to this company I never never advise anyone to go with them. Hajj is great and wonderful, but with this company is impossible .. Not honest ..

Negative experience: Still waiting for our hard earned halal money from Madina Travel. Its been 2 years but no communication from them, not sure how Shaad sleeps at night and how would he stand in front of ALLAH on the day of judgement.

Fantastic experience: Medina travels was referred to me by a friend, i thought it was a small agency so how will they be able to take care of us during our hajj journey (ALHUMDULILLAH i have been there twice before this with some big travel agents), little that i knew i was wrong, they exceeded our expectations, mr. shad is an amazing person he took care of us, provided us with VIP service in an economy price, INSHALLAH i will try to go again with them this year, may ALLAH reward them for all their hard work and effort.
