Fantastic experience: Silvestri Travel is a boutique agency with wonderful customer service and comes highly recommended. They were a great help in organizing international airfare for my mother along with insurance (you know... just in case...). My mother was assisted at the various gates with wheelchairs and the trip went much smoother than some past experiences she has encountered. Lisa even went out of her way to deliver the travel documents personally to my mother's home. Silvestri Travel thank you again!

Fantastic experience: Lisa at Silvestri Travel was great! She helped a friend and I arrange a weekend getaway with private transfers, great hotel on the waterfront, tickets to museums and private guided tours. Fantastic experience: This is the 3rd time I have used Silvestri Travel. This latest time was a trip to Iceland in December 2025 / January 2026 with my kids and granddaughter. The trip was an absolute BLAST. I'd been to Iceland before (that trip arranged by Lisa) in September 2018, but the experience this time was SO different. We were very busy getting a very rich Iceland experience, similar to what I found in 2018, but this time it was with family and a very different time of the year. The Northern Lights were much better and many of the experiences were a bit different, but so very enjoyable. And Lisa made all of so very easy, much that same as each of the times I've used the service. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lisa has arranged our travel for several years with brilliant success. Our most recent trip celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary at Beaches Negril Jamaica. She arranged the entire trip for our 14 family members, made efficient use of airline miles and companion tickets, expedited customs, ground transportation and more to make this a hassle free, relaxing and fun celebration.

Fantastic experience: Lisa planned our travels in Spain and Portugal. We gave her a general idea of where we wanted to visit and sites we wanted to see. She did an excellent job on accommodations and scheduling tours. We had no problems on this trip. We will definitely use Lisa again.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I along with my son, his girlfriend and her mom traveled to Italy for 15 nights. Fantastic experience: We recently traveled to Bavaria and Austria for 12 days with friends. We met with Lisa in January and provided her with a rough itinerary. She worked up a custom itinerary for us which included hotels, train tickets, admission tickets to the attractions and tour guides. Everything went flawlessly. Fantastic experience: My wife and I along with a couple from the neighborhood were looking to plan a roughly 2-week trip to Bavaria and Austria. We started working with Lisa and provided her a strawman with dates, preferred locations, and specific attractions. Fantastic experience: We recently enjoyed vacation scheduled and planned for the first time with Silvestri Travel. Lisa organized the entire trip, scheduling our flights, hotel car, rental, and cruise. We flew from Tampa Florida to Quebec City, Canada. Lisa booked delightful small boutique hotel for our stay in Quebec City with exceptional gourmet Italian restaurant. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Fantastic experience: Lisa did an amazing job putting together a wonderful trip to Portugal for us! Every detail was thought out and our trip was stress free...exactly what we were looking for! Her communication was great and she was always quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend and will use Silvestri travel in the future!

Negative experience: I don’t like to write negative reviews, but we were very disappointed with Lisa’s lack of attention to detail and overall lack of involvement on planning our trip. When we initially met with Lisa she promised she would be involved with us in making sure we designed a “ trip of a lifetime” to Europe. Lisa charges $150.00 upfront before you do anything, then 15% of whatever the airfare is. As she uses a tour company , she is just a middle person and passes on to you whatever the tour company has scheduled. It would have been nice if she had explained that up front. It turns out it would have been much easier to work directly with a tour company, or to plan the trip on our own. She did not inform us when our plane was delayed or when a scheduled tour was canceled. There were numerous other issues that she should have followed up on before the trip, but the worst part is she never contacted us to ask how our trip went when we returned home. We are planning a number of upcoming trips and I don’t mind paying for quality service, but unfortunately that was not our experience with Silvestri Travel.

Fantastic experience: Lisa helped my husband Tom and I plan a bucket list trip to Alaska, 1st Land and sea tours on the dome train through Denali then a cruise. The land and train tour was amazing we were looking forward to the cruise once we boarded the Radiance of the Seas we were made aware that there were mechanical issues with the ships propulsion and it could not be fixed so they were canceling the sail. We were very disappointed but more so worried about changing flights to get home! I text Lisa and she called me while she was stuck in an airport herself with flight delays, she worked diligently (overnight) to get us a flight home! While other guests on the ship were stressed about flights home she secured us a flight and we could stay stress free on the ship for a couple of days without any worries! Lisa not only goes above and beyond for her clients she genuinely cares! If you are planning a trip call Lisa at Silvestri Travel she is the absolute Best! Fantastic experience: Lisa helped us plan (and emergency re-plan) a trip to Italy and Scotland. Our accommodations were perfect, and we had knowledge tour guides in both locations. We had last minute flight cancellations, and despite the time difference Lisa (and the fact that she was also on vacation) was immediately available to help. She was just wonderful, and it was the trip of a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Lisa planned our Honeymoon all over Europe. We had the best 3 weeks of our lives! Traveling through Italy, then to Greece, and ended our vacation in Paris! She listened to all our wants and needs & provided excellent customer service before during and after our time spent. This was our first experience traveling with no stress! Negative experience: I don't know what's up with her, but she always appear to have too much going on. It's very difficult to get her on the phone if you have a questions regarding your trip. She'll promise to call you back, but you won't hear from her for a week. I wasn't pleased and WILL NOT be using Silvestri Travel again. We paid for transportation to and from the airport which she forgot to book and ended up having to pay for it out of her own pocket THEN she wanted us to give her credit for going into her pocket. I would not recommend!

Lisa had done everything.We had a printed itinerary with all the information we needed down to a science. All we had to do is show up! She asked for details, recommended a private tour, which allowed us to see many more sites in the same amount of time. Amazing sites. Pure luck that I found an agent who was patient, honest, and flexible! She somehow managed to get all of our desires, our scheduling conflicts, and our budget meshed into a magical trip, from sighting the Northern Lights to sampling the northerners nightlife! She made valuable recommendations for our trip to Morocco and Spain, arranged a tour that took us behind the scene in Marrakech to see how all the locals create crafts. Our tour included a local guide whom traversed the hidden walkways to Museums and mosques and we had a fabulous meal at a highly rated restaurant. Lisa arranged for transfer at the airport and booked us at hotels in Seville and Madrid that were exceptional with breakfast included that were gourmet. She booked the train for us between Seville and Madrid, which made our life so easy. I recommend Lisa for all your travel needs you won’t have anything to worry about as she takes care of everything. Before we left she gave us a packet which was so valuable as we went along on our trip. She emailed me when there was a change to our flight, which was so important. Fantastic experience: Lisa planned our honeymoon to Fiji, our one year anniversary trip to Costa Rica, and is in the process of booking/moving our cruise around. For each trip she booked everything down to the car services and our traveling we would need. If there were any issues that arose she handled them sometimes without telling me as I was a stressed out bride, which was very thoughtful. Since we left for our honeymoon the day after our wedding, she even checked us in to our flights the day before while we were getting married, which obviously was the furthest thing from our minds. Tell her where you want to go and what you want to do and she will find the best resort for your trip! We had a blast on both of our trips and look forward to many many more!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Lisa at Silvestri Travel, her passion & world wide travel experience is invaluable. With less than a few weeks notice she managed to arrange a 17 day itinerary for our family of 6 ( 3 couples) for an Italian Adventure to celebrate our two children's graduations. I also needed to renew my passport QUICK, & she took care of everything. However in the process there was a catastrophic flood at the Miami passport office & it was shut down. In a blink she was in motion, she recovered my orig. passport, had it returned fedex , secured an appointment at the nearest open office in Atlanta, & booked my flight to get there & back within the same day to make this trip possible. In the short time she had to plan our trip she kept in constant contact with me via email/text/phone sending options to choose from & for my convenience even came to my office on multiple occasions. Our itinerary consisted of 7 locations, each with separate en suite accommodations for three couples. Not an easy task in mid May at the start of season. Also secured was our rental vehicle, a private driver in Rome, private tours, & tour guides throughout our trip & all our air reservations & transfers. Lisa' vast knowledge of Italy along with her local friends and associates throughout the country helped to make our trip flawless. Her associates met & welcomed us at each location & were at our disposal during each stay. From our stunning 3 bedroom en suite apartment near the Spanish Steps in Rome, or our three story rental home with an outdoor terrace in the middle of Florence to the Hotel Pinei in the beautiful Dolomites, each reservation was exceptional. We had the same driver throughout our time in Rome, whom made the city very personal and took us to a castle/ winery location & a quick stop to "his family's" local beach for a peek of the coastline. All the tours & guides were extremely knowledgable, thorough & attentive to our requests. We drove from Rome to the Dolomites and her advice & tips were spot on making it an exciting & enjoyable time at each stop along our way north through Tuscany, visiting Montepulciano, Siena, Volterra, Florence, Bolzano, Ortisei & later leaving from Bologna. We'll soon be planning a trip the the Netherlands to visit our son whom Lisa just assisted AGAIN in getting a passport in a rush. The attentive service & thoughtful consideration she's provided in meeting our requests & needs makes her a stand out, Rock Star, Travel Agent!

Fantastic experience: We used Silvestri Travel this summer to travel to Ireland. The trip was a week long. Silvestri Travel arranged the Globus tour, the additional hotel stay, and the transfer to the hotel. We had a wonderful first time in Ireland. Having used Silvestri Travel in the past for a Grand Canyon tour, it just made sense to contact Lisa again for a fantastic trip.

Fantastic experience: Lisa has booked two of our trips, first to Thailand and recently to Japan, and now I can't imagine booking a trip without her! Not only is she a pleasure to work with, but I just tell her what my husband and I are looking for from wherever we are going and we get back a list of fantastic ideas and adventures. For example, this last trip to Japan we ended up doing a private Ninja/Samurai experience with a generations old Ninja/Samurai family that we NEVER would have done without her suggestion! Fantastic experience: We just came back from 7 days in Argentina. A trip was a last minute surprise for my birthday which fell between Christmas and New Years. I called Silvestri Travel less than a week in advance of leaving (days before Christmas) with no idea of where I wanted to go. I gave Lisa some ideas of what I like and she put together a spectacular itinerary in Buenos Aires and Mendoza, Argentina. Everything was beyond perfect. No one could have done a better job.  The itinerary covered all of the “must do’s” in each City along with time for shopping, eating and wine tasting! Wherever we went, someone was there to pick us up and take us to where we were going. My mother and I wanted to stop in a market in San Telmo which was not on the itinerary. We exited the van on one side of the market and when we walked out the other side, the van was waiting. We felt like celebrities! All of the tour guides were knowledgeable, passionate and flexible. Once in Argentina, we saw that we wanted to spend more time in certain places and the guides let us move at our own pace, took photos for us and made the experience memorable. We were even given an unexpected behind the scenes tour at the Catedral Metropolitana. The hotels were all very special and staff everywhere were wonderful. Villa Mansa in Mendoza was a home away from home. Restaurants were booked for us and each one exceeded the last in terms of the Wow factor! For my birthday, we had a 7 course lunch with wine pairings at a restaurant where the Chef came out and helped introduce the courses. Our guides seemed to have personal relationships with everyone which made us feel very special. I will also add that our guides stayed with us in the airports, assisted us with check in and lead us to security. There was no stress involved in any aspect of the trip. It was the perfect birthday vacation! Thank you Lisa!

Fantastic experience: We have returned from a fantastic river cruise and three day trip to Paris and Normandy France. It is a trip that we will forever remember. Every experience we had was beyond our expectations. I want to thank Silvestri Travel for helping us put this vacation together with our friends. Every detail from beginning to end was taken care of by Lisa, especially finding an apartment in the St. Germain des pres area of Paris that met our needs, was centrally located to the places we wished to visit, with a knock out view from our balcony. Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. Lisa booked my flight to Indianapolis and car rental. I had zero problems, flight experience was awesome, and the car I got was amazing! Fantastic experience: Lisa set up a Viking River Cruise for me and my daughter. My daughter needed wheelchair help at each airport and everything was perfectly arranged for her. Fantastic experience: These days it's easy to think you can be your own travel agent and many travel sites offer help to do just that. Over the last 12 years Lisa has organized two or three trips a year, sometimes for just my wfe and myself but also for our extended 12 person family. Lisa was not only invaluable in searching out good opportunities and good deals but was doubly so if anyting did not go to plan. Her attention to detail and perserverance and problem solving is quite simply first class. Travelling is fun and it's doubly so when you have Lisa at your service. She never disappoints.
