Negative experience: The people at the office were great! HOWEVER THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SUCKS!! THEY LEFT A SENIOR CITIZEN & VETERAN STRANDED ON THE ROAD FOR MORE THAN 11HRS, AND HE STILL ENDED UP CALLING A TOW TRUCK ON HIS OWN, BECAUSE IT WOULD BE AT LEAST ANOTHER 4 HRS. NOT GUARANTEED!!! I would like to say this was a 1 time fluke incident, but a couple years ago he had to wait 8hrs broke down in the freezing cold when the fuel pump quit running on his way to town! My dad sat on a country road with no heat and ended up sick!

Fantastic experience: This AAA location is very convenient and its a nice comfortable place to make travel arrangements. Michele M. at this location has made my teavel arrangements in modern history plus she makes my travel groups normally annual trip to Vegas. Michele us great at making these arrangements so instead of me making my own arrangements, i leave it to the pro. I have also beenn to this location for a few travel events also which are great. The one thing i would like to see are trips like on a bus that originate from Ontario. A fall bus trip through New England would be nice.

Fantastic experience: The service at the AAA store in Ontario can’t be beat! Emily Weichman is tops! She’s been so helpful to my wife and me in getting just the right accommodations when we travel. We’ve been on a number of cruises around the world and dealt with numerous agents and Emily is definitely the best!

Fantastic experience: Our experience was fantastic when we booked our cruise. Emily was a lifesaver when our flight was canceled the afternoon before we were to leave. She spent hours on her Saturday afternoon off rescheduling our flight and kept us informed . Since it had been years since we cruised, she explained everything in detail . Now she is helping us with our next cruise next year. Thanks Emily!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! Ms Jenney was so helpful and went above and beyond to find flights and book everything for me. As a new widow and a Senior, things become very complicated. All the employees were helping each other, so friendly and really made a lasting impression. This AAA office is great.

Negative experience: Have been with AAA over 30 years. Our Mt Vernon office has closed-- 'cost savings' and 'restructuring' we were told. Had trouble getting out last trip tiks. Recently required a tow with a new to us, used vehicle. Called in and was told that someone would be there within the hour. The hour came and went -----. Wasn't able to start the van so we had no heat. Fortunately I had coasted on to a side street. Called in and was put on hold. Was told that there had been a problem and that someone else had been called.. Called back after an hour and fifteen minutes and was told they were short staffed. They were sorry. A friend who was coming to my Vernon to listen to their grandson play at dry Creek cafe stopped by.and left me a phone charger. We had plans to go and meet them at the venue later in the evening. My phone was slow to charge, several more calls were made into ok AAA. We finally made arrangements with the homeowner where we were broken d ok wn (bad flywheel) and wi was picked up by my wife -- 7 hours later. Worst experience that I have ever had with AAA. beencalled

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Travel agent Jamie was VERY professional. She had actually been on the tour which we were asking about. This experience was exactly why we are life-time members of AAA. Bye the way! The feature to make an appointment to see a travel agent was very easy to access.

Positive experience: The service I received at the store in Ontario. Ohio was really good. They were busy but kept acknowledging that I was there. I was more. disappointed in the lack of information on the trip we will be taking to Utah. Not the worker’s fault, just AAA in general I guess. There was very little information about the 5 national parks in that state and all of the state parks there also. I have been a member for over 10 years and was hoping to come home with lots of goodies. I left disappointed.

Fantastic experience: As always the ladies go above and beyond even going in back to see if a different color of a phone pouch was in stock. This particular lady even answered questions I had regarding a future visit to help with plane and hotel reservations. My receipt says her name was Jenny.

Negative experience: Inconsistent pricing. I moved from Findlay to Mansfield. My plus coverage went from $79 to $106. That's a huge difference. I was told each office sets its rates. So what's Mansfield going to offer that's different from Findlay? A big joke.

Fantastic experience: This morning I locked my keys in my truck while it was still running, I instantly called aaa, they had someone at my house and i was on my way 15 minutes after initially locking the keys in the truck. My mind was completely blown. Best experience I have ever had with any towing or roadside service company!!!! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Have worked with their travel agents for a few trips. Jamie's been great, as have a couole others. They're been able to get great prices in airfair. Online booking is fine for an easy trip, but sometimes i just need more help, info and insider tips. We've also had roadside assistance which has been awesome this winter.

Fantastic experience: Helpful and friendly agents. Answered all of our questions and got us the best deal for our vacation. Open on Saturdays, where other travel agencies are not. Which is awesome for the working Monday - Friday people. You don't have to be a member to book a vacation.

Negative experience: This is my 10th year as a AAA Plus member, and my worst service experience to date. The water pump and belt went out in my car. I have a 2 year old, who I'm not going to leave sitting on the side of the road with me until someone can make it to us, so we got a ride back home and I called my AAA office. I left the car unlocked and in neutral, so there would be no issues getting it towed. Although I've had the exact same car towed twice in the past month, and never once was told I had to be present to have it towed, the woman I spoke to told me it's required for me to be there or they won't pick it up. I asked when they changed their policy and she informed me it's always been a policy and no one should have allowed it before. If someone's sole form of transportation isn't in a driveable condition, how can they be expected to get back to it? Now I have to leave my child with a babysitter and drive a vehicle that is not mine, that I'm not insured to drive, just to sit there while a tow truck loads my car up and needs literally nothing from me. If I get pulled over on my way there or back, I won't be the one paying for the ticket.

Fantastic experience: I called for a trip tik and some add'l info for an upcoming trip to NY but didn't have the final destination address, so the lady at AAA gave me her extension and asked me to call her that evening when I got home and leave her a message and she would get the trip tik together the next day once she received the info from me. When I went to pick up the trip tic the next day, she had so much more than just the trip tik in my packet! She was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Walked in Tuesday afternoon and asked for a trip tic to Minnesota. The clerk at the desk asked if I wanted it today. I asked how long would that take, she ask another person if she was busy, she said no she could do it right away. In about 15 minutes I had the trip tic and was out the door. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful. They have always been very professional in dealing with. Thanks for what you do.

Fantastic experience: A phone call away from picking up several items of information for my trip, got way more information than what I expected and the person that helped me was very friendly and knew where to look for what I wanted so I didn't have to wait at all. Thanks AAA.

Positive experience: When I have visited the store,I have usually been there looking for triptiks and maps. Now that the triptiks are computerized(which I hate) I have still asked for the pull ones that can be ordered from Columbus. This past time I went in, the sales person seemed like it was a bother to have to do the routes I wanted, and that she would rather be doing something else. Maybe I wasn't wanting to book a cruise or a vacation, but I am still a AAA member.I'm amazed that people who work with the public cant seem to treat the public like they want to be treated.

Negative experience: Horrible. I asked for road side assistance, the assistance wa supposed to be here by 12:30 PM but didn't arrive, when I called I was on hold for 1/2 an hour. Checked online about the status, there was no record for the last 24 horas for my call. Very diss appointing service.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very helpful at AAA of Mansfield. My family is just new to the area and we needed a couple of local city maps. Just showed my AAA card and no problem. Also was given a local "Where to do what" guide without asking for it. Thanks for being there AAA.

Fantastic experience: I had good experience in getting my AAA Trip Tik maps tour books for trip NC. Sue Martin helpful. When I picked up my trip information Kay was very helpful too. Thanks Harold
