Fantastic experience: Jeff is the best! He took care of everything in the booking of my Caribbean cruise. Some would say it is so easy to book your own flight and hotels these days. With Jeff though, it was like having my own personal concierge. He booked a hotel right next to the port and arranged my travel back from the ship to the airport and took care of all the little details. So easy! So professional! I highly recommend Jeff and All-Inclusive Vacations! 5-stars definitely!

Negative experience: Was told by a friend that they had used their services before. I called and talked to Sharon. I got the email with a form To fill out. Sent it back and waited over a week. I finally got a response saying she had a family emergency. I understand things happen but there are more people there working. She could of told someone else to call me or just to help me with my plans. She sent me an email with someone new that is not in town either. Dont go here. If you get this type of service now imagine what your trip will be like.

Fantastic experience: All-Inclusive Vacations did a fantastic job organizing our trip. We were not having success with a company we worked with in the past. I found these guys online. Steve picked up the phone and we had about an hour conversation on potential choices. He was in constant communication with us before the trip, checked in while we were there, and followed up after. I was very impressed with Steve and highly recommend this company!

Fantastic experience: Kathie was wonderful to work with. She was attentive and very responsive. Even though we planned our vacation in March for an October date she made us feel important and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. The resort was wonderful and they even had a banner on the door for us celebrating our anniversary thanks to her. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Bob Collishaw continues to be amazing!!! I recently returned from the fourth Avalon cruise that Bob has booked and managed for me, and he always does a fantastic job. He is very helpful and attentive at all steps of the process - from initial planning, to booking, through to trip completion. He does a great job of providing great and timely information, and he periodically checks in to ensure all of my questions are answered. I also really like the trip itinerary app that Bob uses - it is a great way to keep track of things on a daily basis while on the trip, and it is very easy to use to communicate with him while on the trip. I highly recommend Bob and All-Inclusive Vacations.

Positive experience: Becky at All Inclusive Vacations was very helpful and knowledgeable about Hawaii and Maui. Having never been she was a great resource. It also gave us peace of mind that if we ran into a snag we could get in contact w her or the company. However, I cant recommend Hertz Rental Car in Honolulu, if you can, I recommend you change car rental companies there. It was a horrible hot experience. Otherwise all went smoothly. We had a great experience in Maui!! Leslie

Fantastic experience: Steve at All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc has planned my family vacations for my 70th birthday and then my 75th just recently. There are sixteen of us, most from Denver but a few from Georgia (ME) and some from Florida. Steve attended to every detail in a very competent and professional manner. He was always available (even when he was on vacation) to attend to all details. I loved his communication, always reviewing what was done and what still needed to be done. For a worry free vacation, I recommend All-Inclusive Vacations to make that happen! Can't wait for my 80th!!

Fantastic experience: Thea was amazing. She planned a trip to DC for 26 students and 10 teachers and parents. Every time I spoke with her, she was calm. Every detail was handled to perfection. She was a pleasure talking to and I was grateful that every time a hiccup happened on our end, she smoothed it on hers. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience booking my trip with Mickeen. I originally called just to get a quote and she made me feel a lot more comfortable then any other travel agency I reached out to so I stuck with her. She explained how everything worked and also gave me other options as far as destinations which I appreciated. She didn't at all hassle me and call me every other day, she let me know the total and the deadlines and left the rest to me. Any questions I had she made sure to get answers with out having to ask 2-3 times. I did run into some issues with my flight and United switching things up a couple times but Mickeen was on it and even went above and beyond to look at other airlines that accommodated my trip, I did end up switching and everything else flowed flawlessly. She also made sure to prepare me for what was to be expected through out the trip (my first international trip) and those airports are definitely something to prepare yourself for LOL. Going forward I definitely look forward to working with Mickeen again I actually already know where I want to go next so she'll be hearing form me soon! Again Thank you for making this so much easier then I thought it would be definitely took a lot of stess off of me!!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough wonderful things about All-Inclusive Vacations. Every trip we go on that they plan for us is worry free. From the moment we leave the house to the time we return home, every step along the way is planned in detail so our dreams become reality. Jeff has been so patient with us as we give him ideas that are unrealistic and he puts a plan in place that suddenly becomes reality. You give him an idea and he makes it exactly what you wanted but didn't know how to make happen. Every place we have stayed at has been mindfully chosen along the way. I wouldn't take a major trip of any kind without All-Inclusive planning it for us. They are truly the professionals when it comes to travel. Not to mention some pretty amazingly wonderful people personally!

Fantastic experience: We used them for our wedding hotel and honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen. They were very communicative and had great advice. We actually stayed in two different places. My wife wanted to stay at a place she had been before. It was not at the top of the list recommended by Steve. Regardless he helped us book it. When we had a problem at the hotel, we sent an email to Steve and shortly after the manager of the resort found us on the beach and made everything right. Very impressive whatever he said to them because they immediately did everything they could to make the stay better. At the top of us list of recommendations were the Palofitos, over the water bungalows. Not cheap but incredible service, luxury and beauty. We felt so happy and comfortable. Thank you for making the memories of our wedding and honeymoon so wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Mickeen was wonderful to work with. She made it really easy to review options, helped us stay close to our budget for our honeymoon, and we ended up at a very nice resort in Cabo for an all-inclusive week of relaxation. She provided us with good recommendations, though there were some things that would have been good to know (such as the resort we were at was a $40-60 cab ride to any town and that all the resort restaurants required men to wear pants to dinner), she otherwise gave us a lot of helpful information for us to have a fun and relaxing time and made it super easy for us. We even forgot that we had upped our room reservation with her to be a swim-out, and were pleasantly surprised when we got there! It was a great experience, we will definitely use Mickeen in the future for other travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Steve Lord at All-Inclusive Vacations has been booking my leisure travel for years and for good reason - he's the BEST! My most recent trip to Cancun, Mexico included 20 of my relatives. Steve not only saved each one of us hundreds of dollars compared to the recommended travel agent (from a relative who's wedding was in Mexico), he provided a stress-free travel experience! Steve's attention to detail and organization is unmatched in the leisure travel industry. I can't thank him enough for always taking great care of me and my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Thea Foley is the best! I have used her services for both my trip to Costa Rica and to Japan. Both trips were absolutely perfect. She planned everything from flights to hotel stays to site-seeing excursions. I enjoy a lot of my own free time while on vacation, as well, which was also planned for. She truly caters to her client's needs. I will be using Thea and All-Inclusive for all my vacations!

Negative experience: Only go here if you have a ton of money and not on a budget. Here is an email Larry sent me today: "At this stage in the process, it may be best if you book it direct with Expedia. We've spent a great deal of time back and forth and I work solely on commission so I won't be able to match their price. I understand you're trying to stay on a budget and that this may not work for you." Clearly, my "money" isn't worth his time. In our first set of emails, he said he would price match Expedia. Apple Vacations does price match with them btw. I just got off the phone with them and booked it myself on the discounted/matched price. I felt like LARRY was completely disrespectful in his email and telling me this may not work for me is so unprofessional. I think saving $230. is a good amount of money. I am sorry I don't have deep pockets, Larry but a $1,700.00 commission is better than 0. I will enjoy the crap out of my vacation and will never return to this place for booking anything.

Fantastic experience: Thea Foley has been my God sent when it comes to travel. We have use her for an Alaskan cruise, trips to Vegas, our 2 week cruise through the Panama Canal, and small trips in state. She is knowledgable and has a bunch of tricks up her sleeve and tips on the non-touristy hot spots. She is a dream to work with and brings a smile to my face when we talk about our next adventure. She lives in the excitement with us. All-Inclusive Vacations will be my go to for my group trips too. Can't wait to take our team out on a trip.

Fantastic experience: Steve did a great job making travel arrangements for my group of nine to the Iberostar Tucan in Playa Del Carmen, MX. Steve requested that we be placed in rooms close to the beach and the hotel complied. It's the little things like this, the attention to detail, that keeps us coming back to All-Inclusive Vacations for our travel bookings.

Fantastic experience: Kathie Angotti at AIV has arranged two vacations for my husband and me, and on both occasions for friends accompanying us. Both vacations were set up with an eye to our budget, but also how much fun we could possibly have! Recently, we returned from a spectacular trip to Alaska that Kathie arranged for us, and we couldn't be happier. I'm working on my husband for another great cruise....and it will be arranged through Kathie!

Fantastic experience: Steve Lord helped us plan our family vacation to Playa del Carmen. He spent a great deal of time and effort researching resorts and helping to advise us in making an educated choice which we really appreciated. We will definitely return to All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc and request his help when we plan our next trip. Had a really good time and Amstar/ Apple Vacations took good care of us. The Iberstar Tucan was very nice but the beach swimming was disappointing as it was full of seaweed. The poolside made up for it and we still enjoyed our trip immensely. Prices for things outside of the All-Inclusive were pretty high in the area which I guess sort of surprised me but all-in-all a great family vacation. Thanks Steve!

Fantastic experience: Steve Lord @ All-Inclusive Vacations has assisted us with planning multiple vacations over several years - He is the best! We have been several times to Mexico, to Jamaica, the Dominican Republic and most recently to Europe for a Viking River Cruise. He pays attention to the details that have made our trips go smoothly and most enjoyable. He communicates all the details we need to know, and is very patient with my sometimes endless questions! We are already thinking about where we want to travel next, and I'm sure Steve will be part of the planning process!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Just got back from Playa del Carmen - stayed at the Iberostar Quetzal (our 2nd visit to this fine resort). All-Inclusive Vacations, Inc. in Lakewood, CO is my go-to place for travel. I've been using them for over 10 years! Every place we've visited has been perfect.

I have relied on Thea Foley's help on a number of occasions for arranging travel plans, for both "I've got to get there tomorrow" emergencies and long awaited vacations. She has saved me hours of searching and comparing fares, schedules, and fees, and has always found flights that fit my schedule, flying preferences, and budget, and always comparable to anything I have found on-line price-wise and definitely better flight times! I look forward to the day I can book a grand vacation tour with Thea, but until then I will continue to turn to All-Inclusive Vacations whenever and wherever I need to fly.

Fantastic experience: My cousin and I just returned from our vacation in Belize. It was great! It was everything I asked for and more. Super accommodations (we stayed at Ramon's Village/San Pedro, Ambergris Caye-Belize City). The Staff was great. The people of Belize are very friendly and accommodating. I have a financial adviser, helping me prepare for retirement. She reviews my monthly spending. When she reviewed what I was paying for my trip, she thought it was a very good deal. She would like to know how my vacation turned out on my next appointment. I will make sure to give her thumbs up and Jeff's card(I didn't have it with me on my last appointment.) As the Belizeans would say, "Mucho Gracias" Jeff

Negative experience: I used All-Inclusive Vacations to book a trip for a friends wedding in Cancun. Up front Thea Foley told me the $375 deposit would be fully refundable should I need to cancel. Sure enough, something came up and I had to cancel, but now shes telling me only half of that is refundable. Not a very good business practice. I think they probably get paid for these commitments so they're inclined to say whatever they can to get you booked. On a side note, American Express is great with dealing with situations like these, so always use AMEX to dispute issues such as this. Fantastic experience: We have used All Inclusive Vacations 3 times already to plan our vacations, and they are THE BEST!! Steve Lord planned a 75 guest wedding that we attended in Mexico, and he paid attention to every detail for every guest. I know the bride and groom were thoroughly impressed with him, as they ended up staying in Mexico for 3 weeks at 3 different resorts and Steve arranged everything down to the transportation to each resort. We then used him again to book a family vacation to Mexico again for 21 people, and again it was all class. One of the people ended up getting sick and couldn't come for our family vacation, so we called Steve and got our money back through the trip insurance with zero hassle. We are going to use him again next summer for another wedding we will be attending, and he priced out two trips for us for our anniversary - either Aruba or Greece! We have all the info we need from him to make the best decision for us, and we trust he will help us every step of the way. Thanks All-Inclusive Vacations!
