Fantastic experience: Amazing service, very helpful and very fast recommend this agency 10x over
Negative experience: AAA in general... they took over $2000 from me in May 2025 and it took forever to get my money back. Now they just took nearly $800 from me and said I owe them another $500+ and my automatic payment is only supposed to be $140 per month! They took my $140 on Aug 5th and then I noticed the nearly $800 missing today Aug 27th! I'm so disturbed! Now, once again, I have to spend my time trying to get my money back. The other issue in May took up many many hours to solve... now this! Time! Time I will never get back! I'm NOT happy!
Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is incredibly kind, attentive, and personable. I’m especially fond of my agent, Ms. Rita Perkins. She’s AWESOME and so very helpful every time I come in to see her. I am also very fond of Ms. Emily Stewart - she’s GREAT, and is so sweet and helpful every time I come looking for AAA Tour Books! I love this place….so many nice people.
Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 28 years and have never regretted it. I went in today for international drivers license and was warmly greeted by LaTonya Smith. She was so helpful in getting me additional information about my upcoming travel. She went out of her way to meet my needs. All of the employees were kind and you could tell that they enjoyed working with one another. It was such a an enjoyable experience. The next time that I am near the office I may pop in and say hello.
Negative experience: Over 3 hours and still no wrecker on site. 20 miles south of Little Rock and they say they can’t find anyone to respond. Might be that you’re paying peanuts to the wrecker services and they depriortize your calls for members.

Fantastic experience: I accidentally drained my battery and needed roadside assistance for a boost. I had to call Canada CAA, to transfer to AAA. The Little Rock branch was so enjoyable to deal with, I felt like I had just called a friend for assistance, CAA has always treated me well, but this branch of AAA was my best experience ever. I wish I could have contacted them to mention how great their driver was, so polite and helpful, I hope he's recognized for that. Thank you for saving the day
Negative experience: I’ve paid for a plus membership for my granddaughter and I for two years. Never once called them. My phone number and address are attached to the account for them to verify for any calls for service. The one time I needed them my car was running and the door was locked. When I called they said I’ve had too many service calls. Excuse me? Come to find out someone else with a completely different phone number called them in. No verification of phone number or address. In the meantime the car is still running and I’m locked out. They finally disputed one call in their system so they could send someone out for this call. After two phone calls (one they hang up on me) and having to escalate up to a supervisor. Not cool. To say the least I won’t be renewing.

Fantastic experience: The driver helped me immensely. You stayed with me until the tow truck vehicle and Driver came. He should get a raise. I wish I could remember his name but a very good young man.

Negative experience: Not the agent you want...check other towns..AAA itself has did us great but our agent apparently got what he wanted because WE PLAY HELL GETTING A CALL BACK or ANSWER....agent not swell company has did very well

Positive experience: Took about 45 Minutes to 1 hour. Nice guy no mask, pass my truck someone else had to flag him down.
Negative experience: What can I say about a 5-minute experience? 1 minute with talking to the lady behind the glass barrier and 4 minutes waiting for the specialist to come and help me. Then I decided to comeback later. I went to my next errand and then I figured AAA was not going to let me sign up there, being from our of state, about to go to another state, wishing I could cop some paper maps and not have to meds with cell phone for 850 mile drive. People don't care about a person who is not the normal case.

Negative experience: AAA literally tripled my premium because I withdrew automatic drafting. I have no traffic violations and 1 vehicle. Personally, I feel that they redline customers and force you to find other insurance by increasing rates.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with my agent Martha, she's the best at what she does. Stop by and see her if you want to save on home and auto insurance. While there I had the opportunity to meet two more agents Ms Pat and Ms Auni they all made me feel very welcomed.

Negative experience: I went there to buy Disney tickets after calling them on the phone. I was given a price which matched the website price. You have to buy these tickets in person, since they keep them there and you take with you when you buy them. I decided to take family down to purchase tickets since the kids were excited. When I got there, the entire office acted like they had never seen kids before in their lives. THE PRICE OF TICKETS WAS NOT THE SAME AS ADVERTISED OR COMMUNICATED OVER THE PHONE. The price you get is only $3 below the actual Disney ticket price although they say it is $40 less. They made my family feel very uncomfortable and they misrepresented their prices and services. I hate to say I will be canceling my Plus Membership and using Disney website. What a waste of time and money.

Negative experience: I've been on hold over 45 minutes waiting for an auto insurance representative. I'm glad I'm not with them anymore. I went to State Farm and they have better roadside assistance.
Fantastic experience: I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF YOUR AGENTS. I CAME INTO YOUR OFFICE ABOUT 4:00 ON NOVEMBER 30 2016 TO PURCHASE A TICKET TO THAILAND. I WAS DIRECTED TO AN AGENT, HER NAME IS PENNY JOHNSON. I FOUND HER TO BE VERY HELPFUL. OVER THE NEXT 2 HOURS SHE WORKED ON THE COMPUTER TO FIND ME THE BEST PRICE. SHE ALSO FOUND ME THE BEST FLIGHT SCHEDULES SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO SIT IN THE AIRPORT FOR LONG PERIODS. AFTER WE WERE FINISHED, SHE DIRECTED ME TO A VERY NICE RESTAURANT WHERE MY FRIEND AND I HAD A VERY NICE DINNER. THE NEXT DAY PENNY CALLED ME WITH SOME INFORMATION THAT I WOULD NEED LATER ON MY TRIP. I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THE HELP PENNY PROVIDED,AND WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS OFFICE AGAIN AS I TRAVEL TO THAILAND AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR. PLEASE LET PENNY KNOW THAT SHE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND I APPRECIATED IT.
